Down at an unknown location, the neo nazis were on a meeting on what to do onwards.

“is everyone here?” greg

“yeah, we are all here.” arnold

“good. We have to talk about the membership of ahmed.” greg

“agreed. Ever since receiving power from money from us, he has been very forward with his plans.” masayoshi

“yes, agreed. He even dared bomb the US!” greg

“luckily, we received intel from the terrorists that he is safe from the nuke attacks.” jinjin

“that lucky bastard.” greg

“calm down now, we need him in our future ventures, specially when the plan is proceeding smoothly.” arnold

“i see. Thats good to hear.” greg

“anyways, should we still keep ahmed here in the organization?” jinjin

“i think that hes out, only cause he attacked the US. And thank god I wasn’t in new york that time.” greg
”we still need him and his men, thats the only reason why we still keep him.” arnold

“i agree.” jinjin

“i stand neutral.” masayoshi

“then its settled, even if its very frustrating for me.” greg said with a disgust face

“is there anything more on the agenda?” arnold

“yes, where and what should we sell now?” greg

“which devices are complete or about to be completed? Who is in charge of making the devices again?” arnold

“we are. Hold on, let me send to you pictures of the progress of the devices.” jinjin

Jinjin then sent the pictures of the devices being made

“and where are these devices now?” masayoshi

“in algeria, where we can hire all the workers we need. Our scientists are also there as we speak.” jinjin

“good. And I know what device to sell and where to sell, but first, we need a leader for the neo nazis.” greg

“why? Arent you enough?” arnold

“we need someone who will be the representative of the organization, thats what he meant.” jinjin

“it doesnt matter who might be the guinie pig is, as long as he or she can represent us, all while we are hiding.” greg

“how about letting ahmed represent us?” jinjin

“he clearly have the plans and the motives for the organization, so why don’t we have--” jinjin

Arnold cuts her off, “him as leader? I think we may still need him, but im not mad enough to go along with his stunts! He may even brainwash us with his ideology!”

“actually, I have someone in mind for that.” greg said with a smile

there at the malacanang, jake was invited to an UN meeting via online video conference. It was also about 5pm then when they started, where jake and rick sat and used separate chairs and laptops.

"Hello there everyone. it seems that everyone is already here, so let us start this meeting." John richards, the UN head of committee

"By the way, is this video call recorded?" Percy

"Yes. And today, we also have a special guest, which is jake burns. As he will serve as a third party in case if anything happens, as this is also the recommendation of presidents percy and rick." John

"Huh?! Just what can he really do in this situation? If one were to fight with each other?" Indian prime minister said

"Rest assured, i wont do anything that will kill anyone, even if i can at this range." Jake said as it sent shivers on some world leaders

"Please dont even say something like that jake. Now you got everyone creeped out." Percy

"Yeah, ok. That was a bit unintentional, though my aim for that was only for discipline." Jake

"Ahem. Anyways, what did you brought us here for president percy?" Rick

"I brought you all here so that i can apologize on what had happened with my handling of the terrorists. It was rash, but i feel that i had no other choice. I will be responsible for the deaths of those many people." Percy

"You said it right! We almost had a heart attack when you just announced your attack very late!" Queen mary jewels, the queen of england

"Yeah! Even if i feel for your losses, you gave us quite the scare attacking like that." Justin truman, prime minister of canada

"I could really feel as if world war 3 might have come to us." Takeshi aki, prime minister of japan

Many others also expressed their opinions over what happened, while the middle east stays silent

"Calm down, please. As being a great leader would need us to make the tough decisions in life, i just had to make the decision whether or not to retaliate or cower in fear." Percy

Everyone stayed quiet after the statement

"Well, representatives of the middle east, you may voice your opinions now." Percy

There was silence for a while, when they also muted to wipe off their tears, until they finally came to speak.

"W-we wish to end our deals with the US, effective immediately." The saudi arabian king said

"Yes, i would agree to that. Even though i was sorry for sheltering those terrorists--" pakistan president said

Percy cut him off, "as i said, i wouldnt have been able to quench thr anger of my own people if i didnt do that. And i understand with cutting off deals, we will think of something else."

"Then what about getting fusion energy and battery powered vehicles a try? You guys have already been developing that tech and is now available for use." Jake

"Well, the guy is right." Percy said as others agree

"Anyways--" pakistan president said

Jake cuts him off, "i think its high time that the world would transfer from crude oil to electricity, dont you guys think so too?"

"Jake, dont get ahead of yourself." Rick

"Let him speak. As the third party, and the representative of the new kind of humanity, he has every right to speak as much as we do." John

"Thank you. And my point is, that this world has already suffered so much due to climate change caused by us. Which i say, its now time to make a change!" Jake

"I see your point jake, but no matter how much policies we make--" president of greece said

Percy cuts him off, "well, he is right in a way. Change doesnt happen if one wont be or do the change first, right jake?"

"Right. I dont care if the middle east may hate me for this, but as long as there will be change in the world for the good of all, its totally worth it." Jake

"Tch!" President of pakistan said as other middle eastern leaders also agrees with him

"Anyways, does anyone else have any claims about the current situation?" Rick

Everyone was quiet to that statement

"I guess no one wants to speak i see." John

"Its because if we speak, we might get nuked as well." Egyptian president said

"Nah.. i wouldnt do that. You guys already know that i will target only the terrorist hideouts." Percy

"Thats also the problem mr president! You targetted many innocent lives just for what?! Just for the destruction of one city?!" Iranian president said

"At least i got the job done! Cause i dont want other people thinking that im such a wuss!" Percy said, banging his table slightly

"Thats the problem there! You think you have all the power in the world, so you just--" iranian president

Percy cuts him off, "What you say?!"

"Order! I will have order on this session!" John said, banging his gavel

"Hahh.. calm down president percy, all of you." Jake

In that instant, they were silent

"Change is both a want and a need, but if there is a way, then grab the best way possible." Jake

"Hes right. Though you guys really need to decide on what you want to happen." John

"As we agreed, we wont be trading anymore with the US. All deals are off!" Iranian president said as the middle eastern leaders also agreed

"Thats fine, there are other countries that we can still have trade with." Percy said with a gesture

"Also, you have broken the nuclear deal president percy, you must also prepare for some degree of sanctions on your country." Russian president said

"Yes, i am prepared for it." Percy

"Like lets say, you will have a 5% increase in prices in all imports that the US will make. How does that sound?" Chinese president said

"Make that 20%! You expect us to feel the pain when you yourself is the one who made that pain!" Iranian president said

"No! Make that 50!" Saudi arabian king said

"Order in this session! Please!" John said banging his gavel

"I would agree to 8%." Jake

"What?!" They all said

"What? Its just my opinion. And since 5% is just easy for the US. All imported stocks from around the world will have about 8% increase in prices, would that be alright?" Jake

"Gosh jake, you really make it hard for me here." Percy

"At least i didnt agree to the ridiculous amount of more than that." Jake said with a gesture

Everyone seemed to have an agreement except thr middle eastern leaders

"So that settles it then, 8% it is. The US shall have a sanction of 8% increase in purchases from every imports done, for 4 years." John said as he banged his gavel once

"Tch!" All middle eastern leaders dissed on the idea

"Hey! He apologized first you know, so cut him some slack!" Justin

"Sir justin, you must also understand that it isnt easy for them right now. Feel others as you feel the universe, there you shall have understanding of oneself and others. Right jake?" John

"You read the book? Im honored." Jake said with a gesture

"Anyways, we can not accept!--" iranian president

Mary cuts him off, "What more do you expect? A war?"

The middle eastern leaders were now considering the facts as they slowly agree

"As the representative of the mutants, hybrids, and enhanced, i can not allow any war to happen!" Jake said with glowing eyes

"Whoa.. easy there jake." Rick said with a calming gesture

"If i dont do this, they just wouldnt understand! Anyways, they just expect an excuse to use military force on the US." Jake said as he switched off his glowing eyes

"Whew! Tou really scared me there jake!" Rick

"Well, hes right. We cant have any war from happening between the US and the middle east, which is why the US is also going to be responsible for getting parts of the middle east back on its feet." John

“what?!” the middle eastern leaders said

“seriously? Cant you guess the mood now chairman?” justin

“yeah, maybe that was a bit rash.” john

“but he also has a point.” jake

“what?!” the middle eastern leaders said

“hes right. If you make a mistake, then the best way to redemption is to do it yourself. If you cant save yourself, how much more can you not save others right?” aki

“right. Which is why the US must help in recovery efforts for the middle east as well.” john

“tch! Fine! But if we say no?” iranian president said

“then you all get nothing.” john said as the others agree

“then we will have the sanctions please, and we say, enough is enough!” iranian president said as all middle eastern leaders agree

“is that so? I wont push you guys, and this would totally save us man power, but are you sure?” percy

“thank you for your concern, but this matter would only make us weak!” iranian president said

“just like you said president percy, it will make us weak if we just act as if nothing happened.” saudi arabian king said

“alright then, any more concerns?” john

No one answered the question.

“alright then, this session is thus adjourned.” john said as he bangs the gavel once

They then slowly turned off their screens one by one.

“hello?” jake

“hello jake, this is percy by the way.”

“what is the matter sir?”

“i have another assignment for you jake--”

Jake cuts him off, “sir, you have to go through president rick for any more missions for me im afraid.”

“oh, then I will leave you with some info I got.”

“like I said--”

Percy cuts him off, “yes, I know. But I will leave the info with you anyways, while I sort with the paperwork requesting for your help with your president.”

“alright then, whats the info? I will hear it at least.”

“thank you jake. Ever since the attack on new york city, our security has been beefing up on anything nazi related.”

“yeah, the underworld has already taken the helm of the nazis after all, calling themselves neo nazis,”

“intel says that the neo nazis have finished building most of the quantum devices and is planning to sell it.”

“i see. Though I think that they wont be as ignorant as before, unlike the leaders before them, since its now the underworld that has taken over the nazis.”

“yes, and can I ask on how did the explosion happen?”

“why? don’t you have other scientists with you?”

“yes, but none was as excellent as tom hollow. Anyways, can you enlighten me?”

“what did the scientists say about it?”

“hahh.. they said that they havent seen an explosion as big as that, and just from one makeshift bomb.”

“Is it because they confuse with mainstream magic with the magic we have now?”

“probably. So, what do you think?”

“i think that its due to magic. That by draining the life force of the user, they are able to make a bomb that would accelerate all atoms around the area to fuse each other.”

“you mean its a product of nuclear fusion? And magic has something to do with that?”

“yup.”

“i see. And paul manhattan has just escaped from prison."

"Oh, alright then."

"Really? I thought you would be surprised with that."

"I would be if paul would do something stupid with his new found freedom."

"Yeah, he might. Since he also took all the prisoners with him."

"Dont know, but lets hope he would be smart enough to leave everyone alone."

"That probably wont pass, knowing him."

"Anyways, thats all for now jake. And thank you for hearing me out." Percy said before cutting the line

"What did president percy say?" Rick

"Oh, its trouble, that you should know." Jake said before saying to rick the info that he has

"Welcome paul manhattan." Greg

They were now at a secret location only known to criminals, which is also a majhong house, where they were all sitting in a table.

"Yeah, and why am i here? Im the former president of the US you know!" Paul said, as he was still cuffed in his chair

"Funny story is, we need someone to run as our representative, of the neo nazis that is." Arnold

"So you guys are the ones who is running the nazis now huh." Paul

"Yeah, more or less.” masayoshi said with a gesture

“anyways, we need you paul manhattan.” greg

“what do you need of me anyways?” paul

“like we said, we need a representative for the neo nazis.” arnold

“now that you are a criminal, we chose you. Not only because of your connection with the old nazi officials.” jinjin

“tch! and why did you guys succeed the nazis anyways?” paul

“no one from the old nazi organization would want to take charge of the whole organization, and there was no structure from the organization, which is why we stepped in.” greg

“well, in short, this organization brought us ruffians together, Which is why we are saving it.” ahmed

“and I think im seeing new faces here.” paul

“yes, I just joined. Im ardel flower, the mafia representative.” ardel said

“enough of the talk, we need your decision now paul manhattan.” greg

”we voted on this, and it was unanimous. If you join us, you will have all the power you need to take down the current system.” arnold

“yeah, yeah.” arnold said before he keeps his gun,which calms everybody. “so, whats your decision?”

“alright then, like I have any choice.” paul

“good. Now to business then.” arnold

“get him out of his cuffs." Greg said to the thug with the keys

"Yes boss." That thug said before he uncuffs paul

"Well, its about damn time. Anyways, what would you make me do?" Paul

"Just simple really, you just have to conduct a sale for us. Make arms deals, kill some men we dont like, and sell quantum devices." Greg

"What?! You guys are seriously--" paul

Arnold cuts him off, "Hold on there, we didnt say yet what kind of device we were making."

"Then what kind of device you guys are making? I hope it isnt very dangerous." Paul

"We live in a very dangerous world now paul, no choice but to get used to it." Greg

"Well, alright then. What kind of device you expect me to sell?" Paul

"We expect you to sell all kinds of neat stuff on the black market, to those who might want to buy." Ardel

"Alright then, when and where do i start?" Paul said as they were thinking

"We are currently making the quantum devices in algeria, so we expect you to make a deal with the first quantum device there." Greg

"Are you sure he is ready?" Jinjin

"Yes, if you wont try, how will you know right?" Greg said with a gesture

"So, where will i stay from now on?" Paul

"Since you are now a wanted man, you wont have the priveledge to be normal again, just like the rest of them. But dont worry, we will provide everything for you." Greg

"Hahh.. im now a wanted man huh.." paul said with rubbing his temple

"Haha! Dont be too gloomy! You set out your crusade against mutants and look where it got you, former president of the US. When the majority was also in favor of the mutant law." Greg said as they all laugh a bit

"Stop it! If only i was elected president sooner--" paul

Arnold cut him off, "america, or the military, would have all lost ages ago. You saw how strong jake burns lightning is! You are a fool taking the fight to him."

"Tch! If only jake would have stayed obedient!" Paul

"You know that wasnt going to work, fate wont let you." Masayoshi

"You shut up!" Paul said pointing on masayoshi

"Hah! If your that frustrated, and hate him so much, present a plan that would benefit us as well." Greg said with a smirk

"Even if he did nothing to him? Thats just stupid." Masayoshi

"Hey! Everybody has an agenda. Besides, hes now a wanted man, He can now do anything below the law." Arnold

"Oh.. i got a plan alright.." paul said with a smile before revealing his plan

There at an unknown location in algeria, in a mansion of sorts, where its heavily guarded with hybrids, an auction was held.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome one and all! To the auction of the century! This is your host, paul manhattan by the way." Paul said on the little stage

They were now doing a party of sorts outside that mansion, in the garden, where the auction is to take place. Everyone was also murmuring on the fact that paul manhattan was there in the auction, everyone from medium sized company CEOs to big companies.

"You all might be wondering why im here, though i assure you that this is a legitimate auction from the neo nazis." Paul

"Why are you doing here? And werent you in prison?" Said one of the guests

"Well, it turns out that im now a representative of the neo nazis. Anyways, any more questions before we start?" Paul

There was then silence in the crowd

"Ok good. Now lets start the bidding shall we?" Paul said before doing a computer presentation. "First off, we will have the health pods. With these pods, you can make as many mutants, hybrids, and enhanced people as possible." Paul

"But doesnt that also heal wounds?" Said one of the guests

"Yes, it does. And it also regenerates limbs if one wants to." Paul

The crowd was then in awe.

"Well then, who is up for the bid?" Paul

"What exactly are we bidding for again?" Said one of the guests

"Ah, the usual question. We have actually made and tested these devices ourselves, and we now wish to sell it to the highest bidder." Paul said with a smile

"Why wont you use it yourselves?" Said one of the guests

"Oh, we will use it alright, but not now. We have plans for it." Paul

"I see." Said one of the guests as they all agree

"So, who wants to bid for the health pods?" Paul said with a gesture

Everybody went quiet for a long time as paul tries to make a single bid for the device

"Is there anyone who wants to bid for the health pod?" Paul

"Sorry, but pride is nothing compared to doing the right thing, and which is to abide by the law." Said one of the guests

"Damn it! Jake burns again!" Paul said, being irritated

"And whats more, you wouldnt be here if only--" Said one of the guests

Paul cuts the guest off, "if only jake wasnt here in the first place, i know."

"But thats not what--" Said one of the guests

Paul cuts them off again, "alright then, who wants to play bingo? The winners get the devices for free!"

"What?!" The guests said in surprise

"Yes! Since i have no other choice anyways but to make them free.." paul said with an irritated face

"But what happened to the bid?" Said one of the guests

"Nevermind that, lets play bingo guys! First prize gets the weather device that we have made!" Paul

"Weather device?!" The guests said in awe

"Yes, you heard me. The first prize is the device itself, and all the rest are in random." Paul

Upon hearing that, many african CEOs were blinded by the fact of a weather machine as they now play the bingo.

"By the way, there are over 10 winners for this, so thats about 10 devices which you will have!" Paul

"Whoa.." the guests said in awe

"With this, it could help not only the country, but my business as well!" Said one of the guests, as the temptation had a ripple effect on the whole populace in the party

After that, they then continued the bingo game until they eventually had winners.

"Alright! Now that we have the winners for the bingo game, i will now announce the prizes. Of course, first would be the weather device, which is won by an algerian company." Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Thank you very much mr paul." That guest said

"Second prize would be the health pod! Which is won by a chinese company!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Xie xie mr paul." That guest said

"Third prize, is the atomic manipulation device! Won by a russian company!" Paul said as that guest bows in gratitude, as he shows a picture of the device

"Fourth prize, is the virtual reality device! Won by a japanese company!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Arigatou mr paul." That guest said

"Fifth prize, is the mind manipulation device! Which will go to an indian company!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Thank you very much mr paul." That guest said

"Sixth prize, teleportation device, goes to a company from dubai!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Thank you mr paul." That guest said

"Seventh prize, which are bionic parts, goes to another japanese company!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Thank you mr paul." That guest said

"Eighth prize, the cryonic device, goes to a brazilian company!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"I dont know how i could make use of this, but thanks." That guest said

"And lastly, tenth prize, which are 10 pieces of energy shields and light sabers, goes to a company in london!" Paul said as he shows a picture of the device

"Thanks mr paul." That guest said

"And for the rest, may i present to you, the laser gun! First of its kind! And only 15000 dollars each! It might even be enough to kill jake! How about it folks!" Paul

The crowd was also in awe, after hearing that statement.

"And why would we want to kill him? If left alone, he wont be of any harm to us!" Said one of the guests

"Tch! Good point." Paul said to himself. "Anyways, i will inform the winners of the bingo game after this party, for the location on where we should meet with the devices."

The crowd was then happy, as they were congratulating the winners of the bingo game for winning such prizes.

"So, who wants to buy these laser guns?" Paul interrupted

"Just how is a laser gun now possible?" Said one of the guests

"I dont really know much, but its energy is rechargable! You just have to use a little bit of magic to recharge its batteries." Paul said with a smile

"I see, it uses magic to recharge." That guest said as the crowd was murmuring

"Well, you guys are taking forever. Just come to me once you have decided to buy them!" Paul said before going down the small stage

Then the party goes on with some now wanting to buy the weapon, specially the winners of the bingo game, so that they can better protect themselves from almost any situation. After the party, the bingo winners were all given a phone with an image on it, informing on where they are to get the devices. As the locations all lead to an abandoned house, up to abandoned warehouses, where people from the neo nazis await to make the transaction.

“hey berk, just why am I here in this empty warehouse in the middle of a hot afternoon?” kaseem

President kaseem mammeri, the algerian president, was invited by his long friend, berk zekkal, the CEO of berk industries, to the port of oran. The presidents security group was just outside, making sure that the place is secure.

“no worries mr president, you will soon find out why you are here.” berk said as he took kaseem inside the dark warehouse

“like really, no surprises here my friend. We have been friends for a long time, so I know that you will certainly surprise me.” kaseem said once he was inside

“alright then, here is the surprise.” berk said as the lights was turned on

And inside the warehouse, kaseem saw a big machine with some kind of tower at the top of the machine. Along with 4 hybrids beside the control panel.

“whoa, whats this my friend?” kaseem
”I thought that you would ask about it. Please don’t get angry at me my friend, after telling you what the machine is.” berk

“just what did you make this time?" Kaseem

"Its not make, its been given to me from a trusted source." Berk

"What is it then? If its not made by you. And where did it come from?" Kaseem

"Its a weather device, and my contract with my source says to never reveal any other information aside from how the machine works." Berk

"Oh berk, what have you done? You know you could get prisoned with just making this!" Kaseem

"I know the risks, but i just want to bring rain to our country when there is drought." Berk

"I know what you mean, and i trust you with almost everything, but is your source really trustworthy?" Kaseem

"Yes, they are. You may imprison me or whatever for making me use this device, but my action is pure, i want to help you and the country." Berk

"Alright then, show me what it can do." Kaseem

"Yes!" Berk celebrated. "You guys, its time."

The hybrids agreed and holds the handle bars after they inputted something to the touch screen, then a rainbow colored laser shoots out of the tower at the top of the machine, leaving a hole on its way to the heavens.

"Now, lets look at the weather outside." Berk said to him as he walks towards the door

"Alright then." Kaseem said, following him

Once outside, they were then able to change the weather, from a hot sunny day to a rainy day in a couple of seconds, where the rainbow colored laser peirced towards the heavens. The security group outside were also surprised by the sudden change of weather.

"Whoa! It really worked!" Kaseem said, rejoicing over the rain it brought

"Yeah, i know right?" Berk said, as he also rejoices over the rain

"With this, we could eliminate drought in the area!" Kaseem

"Not just in any area my friend, we could eliminate drought to the entire country if we wanted to!" Berk

"This machine can do that? Africa is quite a big continent you know." Kaseem

"My trusted source says that with enough people to manage the quantum energies flowing, its possible." Berk

"Wow! We should really--" kaseem

Berk cuts him off, "its too early to celebrate my friend, as this thing is illegal by international law, we have to keep this a secret."

"I see. Yes, we certainly will." Kaseem said as they shook hands

Back in the philippines, where jake was enjoying his day off with family, right at his parents house, just watching TV, chatting, and enjoying the moment.

*ring*

"I have to get this." Jake said as he was sitting at the couch before they agreed. "Hello?"

"Hello jake, this is president rick. We got bad news."

"What is it?"

"Remember the info you got from president percy about the neo nazis?"

"Yes, the fact that they are making something big. Why?"

"Its them, they just made a move. Intel says that they just gave away all that they made! And it seems that a weather device is also among them!"

"What?! That IS bad news. Well, who was the one who got the weather device?"

"It was an algerian company i think, and i just got the intel from president percy by the way, right before i called you."

"I see. So how did they know it was an algerian company?"

"Because they had a source from the inside. Anyways, what are your thoughts on the matter?"

"Im thinking of just leaving it be."

"What?! Why?"

"Cause if you have read the book, you would already know."

"Just tell me."

"As man creates, it also destroys, thus in order for man to learn, they would have to destroy their hopes over what seemed to be possible at the moment. As man can only discern or learn through the mistakes of oneself and of others."

"Why you say that?"

"Fear is not how i do things sir, but if you should order me to, i can always destroy the cause."

"Maybe not, i dont want to ruin any relations with africa right now."

"That, and cause we just need for them to learn not to mess with nature, even though their intentions may be good."

"I see. You maybe right on that one. Though how is a weather machine even possible?"

"Have you paid attention to the UN meeting that one time? Its possible only through magic, or manipulation of quantum energies."

"Yes i did, but how is a weather device really possible?"

"Here is my theory, they probably have a control panel to control the output of the energies being taken from the users. Then they send the energies towards the skies where the quantum energies will be dispursed, thus gathering all the water and ice in the air and forming clouds for rain."

"Is that really possible?!"

"Yes, with magic, it is."

"But i thought that magic is really weak."

"On its own, yes. But with many people doing magic, its strong. There is a limit to how much a person can wield magic."

"I see. Anyways, i will call president percy back to let him know your decision over the matter."

"Although, if there were 2 or more weather devices present, i would have moved."

"Really?! Why?"

"Because, 1 weather device, depending on its use, could manipulate the weather cycles of earth, then how about 2 or more? Since overuse or over manipulation of any cycles could lead to a ripple effect over the eco system, thus the weather cycles would get messed up all around the world, slowly if not fast."

"Yes sir, a weather device is one device that must never be made, no matter how much some people needs it."

Jake then explains everything back for the whole family to hear.

"Anyways, i already told president rick about it, so lets just leave the rest to him." Jake

Back at a secret facility in the US, where tom hollow was back in action, he and his team was experimenting on something big.

"How is the project going?" Bruce said as he enters the lab

They were now inside the lab, where the lab itself was very big, which is divided into 2 rooms.

"Oh! General bruce and mr president! And company! Welcome!" Tom said as he welcomes them to the lab

"So, how is the project?" Percy

"Going along fine sir, we have already finished building the devices themselves. Whats left is to test it out." Tom

"Perfect! So we came at the right time then." Percy

"Sir, as i have told, the test should have conducted by me and the generals, for your own safety." Bruce said as the others agree

"Nonsense! I can totally take care of myself." Percy

"But sir, in the case if an explosion occurs, not that im doubting your expertise or anything dr tom." Bruce

"You are right as well. Just in case sir, if anything were to happen." Tom

"Hahh.. i will see the testing to the end, and thats final. Besides, you guys have already thought about the safety protocols for the experiment right?" Percy

"Alright then, lets have it your way sir." Bruce said as they agree. "Let us begin"

"What we have here is project gemini, which the project takes us to reverse time and make me not ever invent quantum devices. There to your left, is the quantum traveller, whileto your right is the quantum star gate." Tom

"What does the quantum traveller do?" Percy

"Quantum traveller takes a person to travel through the quantum realm and exit to another point in time." Tom

"And the other?" Percy

"To make a wormhole which would take us back in time." Tom

"Wow! You have really outdone yourself doctor!" Percy

"Well, the project was personally suggested by you mr president, so the real genius behind the plan is you." Bruce

"Yes, you flatter me." Percy

"Then i have a suggestion sir." Tom

"What is it?" Percy

"Instead of going back to convincing me to not make the quantum devices, how about going further back?" Tom

"Like when do you propose?" Bruce

"Like during jakes tragic event?" Both tom and percy said

"Great minds think alike." Percy said with a smile

"I see. Lets give it a try then." Bruce said as the generals approve of the plan

"Alright guys! Set date to 2016!" Tom said to the team before they celebrated

"I would agree as well." Percy

"Are you sure sir? This would literally change everything! We wont even know how much it would impact our time itself!" Said one of the team

"Probably, yes, that would be the best case scenario here. But im prepared for it." Tom

"Which is why when i also mentioned about time travel, i should be there as well." Percy

"But first and foremost, we must send a forward team so that they can assess the situation." Bruce

"Agreed." Percy

"Well then gentlemen, its time to assess whether this plan works or not. Lets all go to the monitor room now." Tom

They then go to the monitor room where they are to oversee the mission take place.

"Are the teams ready?" Tom

"Yes sir." Said the team leader of each forward team

"Good. Let the mission begin." Tom

With that said, the devices starts up, and the forward teams go through both devices one by one. Both devices both made a swirling gate made of black and white, and both forward teams for has magic shielding with their vehicle, for them to safely pass through both gates.

"Team 1, team 2, are you there?" Tom said over the comms after they passed through both gates.

But as after some hours of trying to communicate with them, no one ever responded.

“what the heck could have gone wrong?” tom
”maybe there wasn’t enough magic being used on the shields.” percy

“or maybe, that there was no change at all. Coming from president tramp himself, he is a really tough guy to convince after all.” bruce

“its as I thought, we really need jake burns theories in here.” tom

“what?!” they said

“i already proposed that we also seek the help of jake burns if anything should go south with this experiment right?” tom
”yes, you did. Hahh..” percy said with rubbing his temple

“pride is nothing compared to doing the right thing after all.” tom

“i know, this wasn’t pride that was pushing me forward, it was hope. The hope that this machine or device would be the one.” percy said sadly

“oh, sorry mr president.” tom

“anyways, I will call him here.” bruce

“no, lets just call him for his expert opinion.” tom
”agreed, we don’t want the facility to be seen by anyone else, much less, a civilian.” percy

“hes actually a civilian volunteer for the military sir.” bruce

“ah, whatever. We will just call him for his advice then, would that be alright with you general?” percy

“yes sir.” bruce
”let me call him, its much faster if I do the explaining.” tom said as he walks towards the door

“wait, im coming too.” percy said, following him towards outside

“me too.” bruce said as he does the same thing

They then got outside the underground facility, where it was in the outskirts of arthur, nebraska, for a signal on toms satellite phone.

“hello jake, its me, tom hollow.”

“hello there my friend, whats up?”

“uh.. you see, we are having an experiment right now, and its got some difficulties. Would you mind sharing with us your wisdom?”

“hahh.. you joined the military again am I right?”

“no, president percy recruited me back, with a pay raise.”

“i see. So, whats this call all about?”

“are you free for now? Its kind of an emergency.”

“well, im in no hurry yet, since I got paper work to do with the mall that im managing. Whats the emergency all about?”

“actually, we wanted to go back in time.”

“sorry, but thats not possible. And why would you guys want to go back?”

“we just want to go back in time to undo my work on the quantum, and to undo your event."

"I see. But no matter how much you change time, you cant change the inevitable, no matter how much i really want to change my past so much."

"Meaning, that without me making the quantum devices, someone else at another time and place would have made it?"

"Yes. Maybe not now, maybe in the future, and maybe not ever. Depending on the events that preceeded the actual event. Time may be confusing at times, but its actually simple at most."

"Yes, i can see what you mean. Anyways, lets say we actually made about 2 kinds of time machines, would it work?"

"Can you state what kind of condition for the travel? I wont ever pinpoint the exact words if the information isnt exact, even though i can only say things in general."

"Sorry about that. Lets say you have a machine that lets a ship shrink and go towards the quantum? How would that work?"

"Its not possible. Since if any object shrinks, they would lose atoms as they shrink, since no object can ever shrink towards the quantum. Unlike in the comics."

"I know about that, but lets just say there is a magic shield around the ship? Would that work?"

"Nope, they wouldnt even survive the trip."

"Why?"

"Even if that ship has a shield which repels all the energy being made in its surroundings as you go quantum, there is also the ships integrity. I suspect that even when the ship has gotten inside the quantum, the moment it does, the moment the ship is pulverized until there is nothing left."

"I see. So travelling through the quantum is not possible."

"Yes its possible, you would just need to abandon your material body and be one with the quantum energy itself."

"Haha, no thanks. Anyways, second question. What about wormholes?"

"Its still the same principle if you wish to go back to the past with wormholes, as going through the quantum. You would still need to go quantum to travel through the wormhole into the past."

"Hmm.. what about the future then?"

"Well, the future is possible enough, since gravity made by quantum energy is lesser when you go to the future. But you wont be able to go back to your point of origin."

"Why is that?"

"When you travel to the future, that future becomes your present. But when you travel back to the present, since that present is now past, its not possible anymore to come back to the past."

"I see. And you said before that quantum energy is lesser when travelling to the future, why?"

"Imagine space time as a zipper, the fastened part is the past, the middle is the present, and the unfastened part is the future. And all that are managed by quantum energies."

"Of course! You are a life saver jake! Because there are now more quantum energies in the past, gravity from space time is denser! While in the present, its unclear how dense it is. Whereas in the future, when one is in the present, quantum energies are less dense!"

"Right. Which is why either way, you wont ever be coming home once you travel through time."

"I get your point in all this jake, so meaning that we cant stop the progress of quantum devices?" Percy interrupted

All 3 of them were now sitting by the table in the canteen at the surface of the underground facility.

"Whoa, did you put the phone on loud speaker?" Jake

"Yes." Tom

"Thats good. Saves me the trouble of having to explain to them." Jake

"Anyways, what do we do now? We want to stop the progress of the quantum age, or at least put it in a pause." Percy

"Sir, you cant just put a barrier in the middle of the river, the river will just flow on regardless and maybe even destroy the barrier itself." Jake

"I see your point. Hahh.. maybe i will just try to terraform mars." Percy

"Thats alright, though it will take years until plant life would grow in that planet." Tom

"But firstly, we must think of the budget needed for the venture." Percy

"Hate to burst your bubble, but thats also not possible." Jake

"What?!" Percy

"Please explain jake." Tom

"I dont know if i should explain everything to you guys, since this is mostly knowledge from the gods themselves." Jake

"We will accept responsibility of never telling it to anyone." Tom

"Oh, here we go again. His story of gods and stuff. Dont get me wrong, i trust you jake, but i dont quite trust your story of the gods and stuff." Bruce

"Thats alright, and it would also be better if everyone knew of this knowledge before its too late." Jake

"Yes, it is also a warning. What they said to me states that all planets have their own frequency and charge of quantum energies, which still makes them still separate from the sun." Jake

"Frequency and charge?" Bruce

"Have you ever wondered why the earth still havent been swallowed by the suns gravity, if gravity is the only force which separates the planets as it revolves around the sun?" Jake

"But isnt it gravity which makes earth revolve around the sun?" Bruce

"Of course! Why didnt i think of such a question before?" Tom

"Really?" Bruce

"Yes, since quantum energy is the one who manages all the atoms in the quantum realm, its also possible that they would manage the planets at macro scale!" Tom

"Correct. Quantum energies also makes the gravity necessary for planetary revolution. And imagine spacetime as a giant trampolene, and the sun is a very heavy object, examples of trampolenes would lead us to the conclusion that the planets would eventually sink towards the center, thus leading the planets towards its demise with the sun swallowing it. But all that hasnt been done yet, why?" Jake

"Because of quantum energy, brilliant! Its so brilliant that it might be able to change the world of science!" Tom

"And back to our topic, what would happen if mars were to be terraformed?" Jake

There were no answers for a short while

"What would happen then?" Percy

"Actually, no one knows. But i have a theory that they might have the same charge or frequency to earth that both planets might physically attract each other." Jake

"Causing a great collision! That, we havent thought about, and is one possibility." Tom

"Yes, thanks for that. So, what do we do then?" Percy

There were no answers in a short while

"Well, how about making a harvesting device for solar rays? We havent tried that." Jake

"Solar rays.. its possible, but--" tom

"How about stepping it up and make a harvesting device for the sun itself?" Jake

"A dyson sphere! Jake, you are a genius!" Tom

"So thats what its called. So, how much would be the budget for it? And is it feasible?" Percy

"The budget would be astronomical sir." Bruce

"But it would provide enough energy to even replace oil!" Jake said as tom agrees

"It would be totally eco friendly and our greatest source of energy yet! And how did you know about this jake?" Tom

"I saw it on social media once, the dyson sphere." Jake

"Alright then, i will go talk with the senate about this." Percy

"Why not also step it up sir, and discuss it with other world leaders?" Jake

"Thats a great idea, though i dont know if they might agree with it." Bruce

"Whats better than to try right? This is going to be another large undertaking." Percy said, scratching his head over on how to convince the others

"Alright then, thank you jake for your input. We will take it up from here." Tom

"Yeah, dont mention it. Glad to help." Jake said before tom cuts the line

3 days later, percy invited all the world leaders into another meeting in geneva, switzerland.

"All please be seated for our first speaker, dr tom hollow." John

"Hello again my fellow leaders,glad to be back here gain. For those of you here who are new, im tom hollow, chief scientist of the pentagon." Tom

He was now at the stage where he is to explain first on the topic

"today we will discuss on another topic which is the making of a dyson sphere around the sun." Tom

"What is a dyson sphere?" Said a representative

"A dyson sphere is a sphere around any star, or our sun, which is used to harvest energy from it." Tom

The crowd was then astounded by what they are hearing

"Harvesting energy from the sun? Is that really possible? And how?" Said a representative

"Yes, its possible. By using many solar panels around the sun, we will be able to collect more energy than we have ever collected while on earth." Tom

"What about if the US will just do it? like every other time." Said a representative

"This time, the decision is to seek help from all other countries, aside from the fact that the budget needed is astronomical." Tom

"So, How do you propose we do it?" Said a representative

"We would just send some people to make the dyson sphere, and some materials along the way." Tom

"Be more precise please." Said a representative

"We will be sending men to work on outer space for the materials before sending the materials and men towards close to the sun to make the dyson sphere." Tom

"Sending men to outer space? How do you propose we do it?" Said a representative

"Via 2 way launch towards space. First we will send the men and the materials to space to make the facility necessary for the dyson sphere, then we will send some men close to the sun to build the dyson sphere." Tom

"Via 2 way launch? What about using rockets instead? We already have fusion drives right?" Said a representative

"That would be possible, but it will take quite a lot of effort to get out of earths gravity, which the fusion drive cant yet do." Tom

"What about the harvested energy? How will we divide it?" Said a representative

"Rest assured, as each country is going to be making their own part of the dyson sphere in outer space, each part would be for a country." Tom

"Is that the agreed on model for the sphere? And each country would have only one part?" Said a representative

"Yes, its the model for the sphere. And each country can make as many parts as they want or need, as long as it wont over up the sun." Tom

"Cover up the sun? What do you mean?" Said a representative

"The plan is to make parts of the dyson sphere on outer space and transport it close to the sun, to make a ring around it." Tom

"How would we transport the energy back to earth?" Said a representative

"Among the parts would be its main rechargable battery, which will be transported back and forth towards towards the dyson sphere, using AI." Tom

"And can you explain further on how the energy will be transported?" Said a representative

"A battery will be transported back and forth towards earth and the dyson sphere right? And im not even talking about little batteries here. So on outer space, we will have the energy be transferred to any size batteries before transporting towards earth, via a space elevator." Tom

"You also propose to build a space elevator around the earth?!" Said a representative

"Yes and no. Yes, it will be around the earth, but it wont even touch the ground at all." Tom

"Why shouldnt we cover up the sun?" Said a representative

"The suns rays is the very source of energy for all plant life on earth, so blocking maybe at least 50 percent of it would hinder the delicate balance of life on earth." Tom

"About the space elevator, what do you propose?" Said a representative

"We propose that the elevator itself would be in between outer space and the ground, which the means of transportation towards the elevator would be via 2 way travel." Tom

"I can see what you mean, however, what do you propose in exchange?" Said a representative

"We will get to that once my turn is over, so any other questions anyone might ask?" Tom

There was only silence in the room.

"Well then, off to the session in question. Which are in favor of the dyson sphere?" John

"First of all, we must discuss what would be the exchange for such an undertaking." Said a representative

"Yes, i would agree. As business is business." Chinese representative said

"This is a place for laws and decisions to be passed, i would request a moment of decision making from all of you." John

"But how could we decide if there are no merits for the construction of the said project?" Said a representative

"If that is all you seek, dr tom hollow, would there be any merit to the making of this project?" John

"Yes, there are many benefits and merits to this project. One would minimize or phase out the use of oil for our cars, another would be to reduce climate change and restore nature, another would be making more money out of the energy being harvested from the dson sphere, and many more! All of it, with you making more money and doing lesser things." Tom

"What? The contruction of the dyson sphere would be a tremendous task!" Said a representative

"Only at the start it is, but once everything is in place, everything will be like a moonwalk. Besides.. its only at the start of the journey that everything is complex and a bit hard, but once you will get to the middle, everything will be easier and easier as you go." Tom

"Tch!" Said the middle eastern representatives

"Yes. Anyways, the project itself will have a lot of merit and benefit to you all, specially private companies who are willing to help with the venture." Tom

"I see. So, is there any questions before we will begin the vote?" John

There was only silence as there were no other questions.

“well then, lets start with the voting.” john said with a bang of his own gavel
