Chapter 1

It was already 9pm and he is in his room. His house was an ordinary house where it was surrounded by other houses and a university with their local store at the bottom.

He then closed his eyes while sitting on a chair and arrived at the gates of heaven where all the Gods awaited him. He had gone to the space in between heaven and hell, where the space was half white and half red, and another was the underworld right beside hell.

All the Gods are disguised like their image in statues except Hyawei since their true shapes are balls of bright light. Hyawei had a figure of a big angel without a face and a crown on his head. Gaia also had the same features as Hyawei.

While he on the other hand, rods form was of a human without any sexual organs.

“hello there. I’m sure that you are confused by all this, but you have been chosen by us, as the son of God, and as another hero, a Demi-God.”

Zeus said as they appeared to him in their giant forms. There he saw the gods, zeus, herra, Athena, ares, hephestus, hermes, Poseidon, aphrodite, odin, and thor.

“What?! You said that I’m the son of God?!”

“Yes.”

Rod was confused as well as honored with the fact though such a human as him would receive such an honor.

“I am honoured about all this and will try as best as I can with everything, but I’m still needed—“

“yes, you are. It is really early to call upon him but since the foolish humans have meddled with the natural flow as always, we have no choice.”athena

The Gods agreed and told him of his role.

“soon, the humans will evolve and there will be a war.” ares

“ We will need your help with it as the next in line, the X-God. The God of all mutants”odin

“what?! This big of a role is mine? Is this true?”

Role leaned forward and expressed his deepest surprise and confusion since as human as he is, he hasn’t done any heroic acts or haven’t contributed to mankind as of yet.

“don’t worry my child, this will be a long process but we will guide you through your journey.” Zeus

The gods say this as if it was his destiny to become one. But due to certain events of foolish humans that lead to his behavior, the gods took notice of this and purposely pulled him into the borderline or astral plane.

That the destiny lines had now led to his demise where in turn would lead the world to some sort of darkness in the future.

“thank you dear Gods.”

“no, call us brothers as you are the last one of us.”

Astonished by the fact, his eyes were wide open and couldn’t say anything for a second.

“no, I will still call you Gods as formality. But still I just cant grasp my mind still on my current situation.”

“alright then. Though mastering your new powers will be a bit easy is it not?”

Rod imagining every bit of practice that he would do from now on to master his new powers. As he also heard he has mutant powers, he imagined himself mastering multitudes of mutant powers and a future where he would save the world.

He then snapped himself out of his imagination.

“i think not my Gods, for I am still new at this. I would need guidance for this.”

“alright then. Soon, you will have teachers who will teach you of the ways of wisdom, leadership, and discipline. but beware of evil as they are going to test you as well.”zeus

“alright my Gods. I understand.”

He then opened his eyes and recalled the conversation.

As one of his greatest gifts was imagination, he then imagined of all the powers that a mutant would have before going to sleep.

Then one day, when his parents are still present as they were worried about him,the chatter still has not gone yet and still bothering him. Maybe they are afraid to go near him as they still continue on with the chatters. Or maybe they just don’t want to go near him as a freak, either way, his current situation was still bothering him so much.

By then, his parents assured that there was nothing going on and they did not call every night about his condition from when the event happened.

they rented a hotel room and stayed there together. But on next night, evil struck and the Gods are in a pinch.

he closed his eyes once more that night before he slept to see a vision of the other gods having a hard time fighting evil where each god fought one evil entity at the tip of a mountainous terrain.

“what happened?”

Bewildered, he looked from left to right to only see the gods in battle as well as angels and devils battling it out at the foot of the mountains. He was also standing in a hill where both armies have not yet noticed him.

Hermes approached. “the evil Gods are attacking and they are having a hard time at it!“

Rod was surprised by all these new developments.

He just became what they call a demi-god and having mutant powers at that.

“can I help?”

“Sure! Lets go!”

With his gift of imagination and his knowledge, he then jumped and first helped zeus which he is having a hard time fighting the titan of ice in their gigantic state. He imagined he had a sword made of fire and began to slice at the ice titans foot.

The titan notices andattempts an ice breath onto the foot of zeus while rod jumped back.

“oww! That hurts!” he then kicked the ice titan in the stomach sending it backwards. “why are you here?”
“im here to help!”

“what?! One wrong move here and you will die!”

“I will becareful!” As he jumped towards the ice titan with a fire shield was thrown away.

“go back child!” as zeus picked up his lightning bolt which was lying on the floor

But he didn’t listen. Rod instead covered himself in an armor of steel and lava where he punched the ice titan.

“listen to me child!” zeus shouted as he jumped above the ice titan.

The ice titan then rolled over and zeus missed where they backed off to regain their composure.

“you need help from a child zeus?!” ice titan as he charges towards them again

Rod then brought up a wall of earth where the ice titan pierced through at the center with an ice blade where it also pierced through his lava titan armor. The lava titan armor he created was slowly frozen over.

rod escaped at the back while zeus catches him and sets him aside.

“rod, let me handle this. If you wanna help, go to the others.” Zeus

Zeus said this as he faced the ice titan once more.

It turns out, zeus settled rod at the side of the mountain where he saw aireal devils and angels fought in the skies.

Then beelzebub bumped to rod at his back in human size where she was battling Aphrodite.

Beel felt a small sensation of darkness within him and faced him smiling. she was interrupted by an arrow from Aphrodite.

“hands off!” she said as rod then backs away

Rod then produced a titanium sword and shield where he readies himself.

“lets rock beel.” Aphrodite said as she flew an arrow to beel followed by a gunshot from rod which grazed her face.

“ohh. Now you have done it.” Beel said as she saw rod with a double caliber gun instead.

Beel then ran into rod where they fought it off.

Rod was able to pin her down. But beel stared in his eyes and was shown of his regrets of his past.

“rod! Run!” he heard the Aphrodite and let go of beel before he was fully hypnotized.

Aphrodite then raised her arrow upwards and shoot where a rain of arrows showered upon them. Rod then made a rock formation to protect him and beel did the same with her shadow.

She wasn’t able to shield herself as the arrows were pure, which made a hole in her defense instead.

Rod then shot her by the arms and knees from his earth shield which immobilized her.

The bullets then finally pass through her and managed to pin her down with her arrows

“please go to the others! They would also need your help! “she pointed towards the other top of the mountains.

Rod nodded and jumped towards a mountain where hephestus was battling at the side of one of the mountain against the lava titan. Rod then equipped himself again with the lava titan armor and punched the lava titan.

“is that you rod?”

The lava titan fell backwards.

“yes hephestus. Here to help.”

“help? This is only regular for us.”

“even so, I will help to maintain peace and order.” The lava titan then got up

They then ready themselves for battle as the lava titan got up and ran towards them.

“well then, let me take care of him. Go help Athena.” Hephestus then kicked the lava titan at the neck

“alright then.” As rod was about to jump

Hephestus then grabbed rods shoulder “wait! You should dress for the occasion my boy. Wear an armor best suited for you in battle.”

“yes sir!”

He looked all over on where he could help next and found Athena leading the army of angels at the bottom of the mountains. Athena was in her battle armor, ready to fight with her sword and medusa shield.

he then jumped towards the foot of the mountains to find Athena leading the army against the other demons.

Rod then landed unto the middle of the battlefield with an armor change which the impact created a small crater. He then changed to an iron armor made out of titanium and 2 swords for battle.

In the distance, the devils and angels looked quickly at the situation and saw rod at the center of the crater. He then ran towards the horde of devils where they bumped the angels threw spears at him. he dodged every spear and slayed every devil that came his way.

As the armor came with a jet pack, he flew to assess the situation only to find himself in a horde of flying demons. he then flew away which he and the devils had a dog fight where he switched from swords to his double caliber guns. The fight was intense as he fought against 10,000 flying demons around him.

he then found aries battling against satan in the middle of the battlefield on the ground. Rod hid at the side of a mountain and formed a sniper rifle but was about to have a surprise attack in his back when an arrow shot on his back. Rod saw a devil was about to backstab him and disappeared because of aphrodites arrow.

He looked around to see Aphrodite helping Athena against the remaining demons which they rounded up on the ground along with Beelzebub. Many angels were injured on the battlefield as both angels and devils cant die. Rod then go back to his target and locked on to satan.

The fight between aries and satan was fierce as both used martial arts. Rod then got a lock on in satans front side and shot him.

He shot him for more than 3 shots rapit fires of the sniper rifle where aries notices rod with a sniper rifle. Aries then drove a sword to satans chest, pinning him down.

Satan struggles hard but him being very tired from their fight, he just breathed hard before collapsing on the ground.

"hey kid, i was handling on my own here."

"no worries. I thought you needed help." Rod then puts up a thumbs up.

"as one of the generals of the army, its my duty to strike him down. Im the god of war you know."

Aries filled with adrenaline and pride, he raised a hand in protest to what rod is doing.

Satan struggled once more and was then freed from the sword. He then did a flying kick but aries noticed it and countered it with a kick of his own. They both were pushed back from the blast of their own powers and got back to their battle positions.

"go along kid. I got this. Im the god of war so i know martial arts."

Rod then backs away sensing that they must never be disturbed.

"alright then." Rod said as he noticed the devil army closing in on their position.

Instead, he fought the devil army surrounding them both. He flew once more and chose his double calibre to shoot at a long distance in the sky at the devils fighting the angels in both sky and land.

After long hours of non-stop fighting the horde, they all thinned down to only a few left before retreating.

Aries also finally got satan along with beelzebub in the corner, dragging him and throwing him beside her.

Rod then got down from the skies to meet with Athena and aries.

"where is hyawei?" rod

"up there" athena pointed to the top while walking forward.

The sight of hyawei, in his galactic form, shooting power in both his hands into a black energy ball that is Lucifer. Lucifer with all his might, trying to escape his hold.

"he cant yet get the binds out as lucifer might escape" aries

"the others are not yet done with their opponents. Can you help them? Or how about hermes battling against the rest of the aireal demons?" athena said as she brought another batch of demons.

Both Athena and aries smiled on rod as his help was useful for them.

"alright then!" he jumped and flew equipping himself with his dual calibres. He then flew towards hermes who is still battling against the flying demons with his wind and his sword.

Hermes was always flying with his sword, combating the demons when rod flew and finished a majority of them.

Then rod turned and flew at mach 3 towards zeus and produced a gundam where he shot the ice titan with a lot of laser fire. With that, zeus was now able to pin down the ice titan.

“thanks boy!” zeus said as he punched the ice titan in the face.

Rod nodded and flew towards the lava titan to decapitate it with the laser sword. The lava titan was unable to move for a few minutes and hephestus was able to pin down the titan by hammering the lava titan a lot of times.

He then flew and helped hercules and the other heroes which are battling the wind titan that was making a hurricane. Rod then produced a giant particle beam and shot the hurricane in the center. The whole of the wind titans true form which was in the center was shot making the wind titan lose its power due to heavy damage. hercules was then able to pin down the wind titan.

Rod then flew straight for the earth titan who was guarding the hole in the borders where saint michael was still battling it.

“saint Michael! Move!” rod said as the particle cannon was now at full power.

Then a particle beam headed straight for the earth titan was seen and dodged by saint michael, injuring the earth titan making the capture more easier. Without a second thought, he headed straight for lucifer where he shot a particle beam at him.

"you got a job to do right?" rod

"yes. Thank you son. Let me now go to do my job as the creator of galaxies." then went upward.

"this silly thing wont hold me!" lucifer said as he stretched his muscles.

Lucifer then flies towards Rod where his gundam was heavily damaged by his melee attacks. rod disengaged the gundam and fought bare handed with his martial arts and his armor.

The armor was eventually slowly broken thus making him use his spiritual powers and transforming him into half werewolf with wings and wielding dual swords.

“oh? Is that all you got?” Lucifer said as he raised an eyebrow

Rod grit his teeth for another intense match as the fight was another intense one since lucifer was very fast.

"just give it up boy! You cant win against me in your current form."

"no, not yet anyways!"rod said as he blocked him and thrusted at him. Rod then let out a burst stream of intense power of all mutant, divine, and spiritual.

He over-powered Lucifer so letting the other gods pin him down. Rod fell from the sky and into the ground out of exhaustion and almost fading away. Saint Michael stood at his side.

“don’t worry rod. You will be fine.” He said with a smile.

As he opened his eyes. He was covered in sweat and felt a bit tired before sleeping on his bed.

With his big break, denizens of the spiritual world visited him the next night introducing them, including medusa as a spirit where she wrapped herself around him, her enormous weight being felt in his bed sheets. Even the grim reaper has visited him as a guardian of the balance of the spirit world, keeping the balance between humans and spirits. That night was a bit scary for him that he forgot the words being said by them though there was one thing that he said.

“Please take it easy on me as I am still a human. The spiritual is a bit too scar y for me and I would appreciate some distance from other spiritual beings for now. Please take it slowly.”

“alright then” said the grim reaper.

The chatters outside are now saying “according to spectral analysis, there is some kind of entity in the room! And it is shaped as death himself! Even a being that looks like medusa!”

Then people ran from every floor, room doors banging while luggage’s banging on the floor and people running from every side. And soon after medusa got out of his bed, he finally went to sleep with the grim reaper guarding him on his foot side.

As a child brought about with so much love and everything that he needs was there, a child brought about with so much security as well, little has he known experience with the outside world.

Except that he was also given the opportunity to experience and learn the basics of martial arts, sciences, and philosophy by reading a Confucius book and many more novels.

Alone, he was very lonely until one fateful day, an encounter through his friend made him enlightened and opened his mind to imagination. In short, he was made into an otaku.

With so much wisdom from anime and books, much knowledge from science books and science channels, much experience with the basics of martial arts that the he was also made one of the perfect candidates from the Gods perspectives as a potential hero.

He was then brought back to his home town where the Gods often visited him and taught about mutant powers and he learned about the Gods and their history.

That time, He did not close his eyes now as he tries to talk to the Gods. it was faint, but he could see an ghostly image of them floating.

“my child, here are the heroes of ancient times to teach you of the ancient ways” Athena said as she appeared before him.

The heroes then greeted him.

“yes, thank you athena.” He said with sincerity.

“Though be reminded young one.” Reminded by Athena herself “we shall visit you periodically as you are still in your human form and is still unstable.”

“really? Alright then. “

“let us get started then young one with your lectures. Let us start from the beginning of the universe.”

The beginning of the universe started off with a big bang filled with energy and many kind of atoms flowing down the stream where they all form the basic structures of the galaxies.

Each universe is like that actually, and with Hyawei making the whole universe, moulding it into a piece of art where only he can make.

At first, the universe was at chaos where everything was a mess. Then he added and moulded and repeated the process for each galaxy, each planet. Then finally, he made life in each planet he visits, though only specific to those which he decides to visit.

He then visited this humble planet where he made life and left it for a while as he had more things to do. Then after a while, as he checks on this planet once more, there was then life. But he found the the life made was unlike what he had hoped for so he erased them from the planet.

He made another life once more from scratch and found that this planet now have good species roaming. he then bestowed another specie called humans after a while. Overtime, he also watched his creations grow as civilizations rise and grow. And overtime, other Gods form, accompanying him from his boredom. He, as a father of all, took care of all his creations with unconditional love.

“in short, the comets were made from his poop where it forms into planets. Space clouds were made from his fart. And stars were made from his hot urine making a condensed form of molten planet. He repeated the process as well for each planet.” Athena giggles as she made her joke.

“what?” rod said as he raided an eyebrow smiling

“that was a joke. Though some of it were true, just like you, he was a bit of a troublemaker. He made some out of his.. you know.. but i tell you, he was quite busy all the time.”

“haha..thats neat..”

Rod was intensely listening at that time though now he leans back as he listens.

“well then, as I have explained the universe to you, i will leave you to the heroes where they will teach you next.”

Then many lights shone forming images of heroes throughout time such as scientists and philosophers. And Athena disappeared out of thin air.

“let us begin then young one.” Said Confucius

“yes please.” Rod said with a pleased tone.

As explained, the universe was first formed through chaos. Then after several years, it then settled where peace and tranquillity spread throughout the universe. Fengshui and Taichi basically incorporate the balancing of 2 forces yin and yang, where you draw chi from your surroundings and manipulate its course or flow if necessary.

“interesting. “ rod then raised an eyebrow

“as this world is headed for evolution and the world is watching you, what would you like to be taught?” Confucius gave him an option on how they should teach him.

“let’s see..hmm..”

As he was of good heart, he then chose to want to help the community and the world at that, he chose to build buildings or want to help with infrastructure of his local home town. Though that still had not yet stopped the chatter outside as he can still hear the chatter. Since it has also reached his home town.

“he is going to make something!”

“what is he going to make? “

“Make something that will benefit the nation!”

“yeah! That’s right!”

“No! Let me make something in order! And I choose to help with the local structures and then the world!” rod said as he had heard the chatters.

He then proceeded in making projects to help with the local government structures such as bridges and buildings. Though he wouldn’t want to bother with the professionals, he would instead look for solutions to their problems.

“yes! I know! Let us help with the bridge building project that the government wants to build for so long!”

“alright then.” Said Confucius “let us do that.”

Confucius then readies himself in front of rod. “ehem.”

“Feng shui is based by the placement of objects in which chi, or the flow of the air, the sunlight, the light of the moon, the placement of water and etc, would affect the whole area.”

Chatter outside still going on and on about random topics involving him.

“hmm.. if that is so, I have got an idea! How about we also redo the whole road maps using fengshui while at it?”

“alright then. Though that would be a tremendous task”

“let us try at least, as you have taught me”

He then searched the internet using GPS, brought out a big notebook for his designs, and printed a map of his local town.

And by judging the direction of the wind coming from the water, he then devised a way for the chi to flow throughout town more efficiently. He even found a way for a very long bridge to be strong and probably a bit cheaper.

Confucius even pointed out some mistakes he made and moved along with what he taught.

Every night, he would design buildings and structures as his course in college was also being an engineer, being side by side with some of his civil engineering batchmates.

“done. “

Rod then leans back with a satisfied face.

“good work considering that you had to go through many of my lectures. I am proud of you that you have come this far.” Pleased, Confucius nods in agreement and smiles.

“thank you Confucius.“ rod bows.

“you better go to sleep young one, so that you can rest easy from your day’s trials. Then tomorrow morning, we practice once more with your martial arts along with taichi”

Since his family also owns a local store within the city, he has to help with the sales. Then at night, he is free to do what he wants to do in his room for a limited period of time, which is when he also works his designs.

from time to time, he is also being taught on how to control mutant powers as his power is imagination, also called imagination breaker. And every morning, he trains himself with his knowledge of the basics of martial arts, even making use of his knowledge in anime mimicking an all defense technique. He also used 2 wooden sticks to practice for his weapons. He practiced on the rooftop of his house, taichi, kungfu, double sword, boxing, and fencing.

“thank you Ghandi, for teaching him control of his powers. “ Athena said as she appears one night.

“unfortunately, he is still unable to control his other powers.” Ghandi sung his head left and right.

“oh, the divine shield that we gave him.”

“yes, so that he can see his powers being used.”

“no matter. Let us now take—“

Hermes then appeared “bad news guys! There is a new prophecy where another race will attack planet Earth!”

Surprised, the heroes murmured among themselves.

“Lets take a look. “ Athena

Hermes nodded and they disappeared.

Then rod closed his eyes to travel to the borderline once more to see whats happening.

“what’s happening?”

Zeus. “good thing you’re here son! Were about to begin!”

They sat on a giant round table where a hole was present in the middle. They were all also in their giant forms.

Hera “yes. Please come”

Odin “let us see what you got destiny sisters!”

The destiny sisters then appears and walks towards the center. Rod then got to the table in his human size right beside athenas left arm.

“yes my liege” destiny sisters

On their magical crystal ball, they then showed of an evil entity, a reptilian of shape and with an octopus like of a head. And a planet which is covered in sand where their culture is for survival of the fittest and to kill or be killed. The vision was in seconds as the gods of that planet would detect their presence.

“whoa!” destiny sisters said as they suddenly back off from the crystal ball which then broke “that is the limit of what we can see as they might spot us”

“who and what are they?” aries said with a serious face

“The Gods and the species of that planet.” Destiny sisters said as they shivered.

Aries “Hmm.. they have a specie there that thrives in war. Not good at all.”

The destiny sisters warns “ from what we can see, the gods of that planet are vicious and are cannibals who eats other lesser gods just to gain power.”

“What?!” zeus said as he slammed the table

Aries “its as bad as we thought”

Athena “yes, it is as bad as we thought it is. Let us prepare for the upcoming invasion that they might do.”

Destiny sisters “their top god is also as powerful as hyawei, but more ruthless.” As the eldest sister calms down the other sisters.

Hyawei “bring it! Though I would need to also prepare myself.”

“why does that planet also have a god as powerful as hyawei? Is that planet from this universe?” rod

Destiny sisters “good question. yes, they are from another universe and in maybe less than a month, their scout ship would spot this planet filled with life and will come to conquer it.”

Odin “quick! Let us shield this planet from them.” As he stands up from his seat

“yes father, let us.” Thor said as he stood and followed his father who was walking away from the table

“may I ask why is odin and thor here?” rod

“ you see young one, in the past with the Vikings, they were a barbaric race where it is the survival of the fittest.” Athena said as she faced rod at her side

“yes, they even had a hard time convincing them to not do that as we bestow upon them many heroes and prophets. Good thing the modern age still remembers us and is filled with peace.” Zeus said with

“I see. “ rod with his thinking face

Zeus “anyways, let us all prepare. You should too young one. “ as they all stood to adjourned the meeting

Athena “let me accompany you back.”

He opened his eyes and found himself sweating.

“a war between worlds is coming” rod said as he wiped off his sweat

The chatter outside silenced as they heard his words. “what?!”

Athena “let us prepare young one. Confucius, as the leader of the heroes, prepare him for what is to come!”

Confucius “yes, right away.”

“I will prepare myself as well on my end as I help with the cloaking of this planet.” She touched her head as if receiving a transmission. “It also seems that hyawei going to the other gods in other galaxies to discuss what is happening. So that they can arm themselves. And there also seems that a planet in the galaxy almost near the edge of this universe has been destroyed as it showed signs of life.”

“good thing the people outside couldn’t hear us, only you young one.” Ghandi said.

“so what should I do now?”

Hercules then appeared “as your training is now complete, you can practice and do as you have to. Our adjustments to your body is also almost complete as well.” He then smiled.

Athena “you stole my line..” she then pouts at the side.

“haha.. just don’t let it bother you.. “

“anyways, what should I do now? Since my training is completed, and there is nothing much that I can do here anyways since I can’t also go down the mountains to train as its quite dangerous. And my divine shield would just let any attack with power be nullified, I can’t also practice my mutant powers.”

“let us instead try to help humanity.” Aphrodite said as she swooped down to his shoulders in her tiny form.

Confucius “alright then, let us do that.”

Ghandi “as much as I hate that plan, since there are always many stupid people all around us, let us do it”

They then made something for humanity as they prepare for the war.

With the help of the heroes spirits, he then made innovations that would benefit mankind for the next generation such as a new energy source and a defense grid for the planet.

On one night, they then made the final adjustments where hyawei did brain surgery and rewired his brain while he slept, even adjustments for his super powered brain. The next morning, he was feeling like a million dollars.

he was still sitting on his bed when he was busy designing, there came a 3 balls of light where he was visited by the alien gods of this universe.

“hello there my friend, I am from the fire realm of the 9 realms. I am ulak, from the planet of fire and molten lava.” An image of a sentient lava like creature stood before him introducing himself while touching his chest

“my name is vegan from the planet of ice.” An image of a sentient creature with a hood stood with his mysterious presence, exhaling smoke.

“my name is gigan from the planet of giants” an image of an ultraman like being stood while doing a bow.

“hello vegan, ulak and gigan. It’s a pleasure to meet you. For what honor do I owe the visit.” Rod said as he looked at both 3 gods in their human size forms.

Vegan “we come here to see the new hero and to ask for an alliance with your planet as neither of our planets or people have the technology to come here and talk. they are still primitive creatures, unlike your species.” Said as he stood there still exhaling smoke.

Gigan “that’s right. As soon as we could learn your language from hyawei, we came as soon as we could for the impending threat upon us.” Said as he clenched his fist.

Rod looked at them as gigan and ulak, their hands were shivering with fear and anger from the thought of their home planets destroyed. With also their expressions very serious on the matter.

Ulak “I hope that we all can work together on this.”

Ulak step forward with his hand reaching out to rod.

“yes, let us all help together and hope for a bright future with all our races.”

Rod responded with a handshake with was unusual for them.

“on earth, this is a form of agreement.” rod

Ulak then nodded and smiled.

Hercules then appeared “excuse us as they would be going to the other gods for a meeting.” While Facing rod “ And you should also continue with your designs so that humanity would stand a fighting chance. You are their only hope”

Rod then thought about the possibilities of the war, what could happen, and what he could achieve. But the thought was all too much for him as he thought of only him saving the human race from extinction. Him, a normal human, as the hope which all their fates lean on the balance.

Rod then shivered and brushed off the thought.

“me? Why only me? I—“

“don’t get me wrong. There will be others aside from you but they will not appear until the great war. Until then, you… are their hope.” Hercules said as he pointed his finger to him.

Hercules then disappeared along with the other gods who visited “see ya. And have a good job out of all your work.”

Confucius “well then. As they are now gone, let us continue.” He said as he lead the way to his desk “Though what other projects would you like to contribute or make? You have already made an iron armor, the defense grid, and many others.”

“I want to design more as to help humanity with its new frontier, outer space.” Rod said as he faces the ceiling.

The heroes who were there on his desk smiled as if in appreciation.

“Please look at what I might have envisioned, though I still lack some data as to how to make some of those.”

It was not surprising considering that rod, despite his overwhelming curiosity and present knowledge, that he would ask for more information since his knowledge is still very limited.

Though they were surprised at his statement to look at his vision. They thought how on earth could they see it? The heroes then thought that it would be better to look into his mind and so that was what they did and excused themselves.

There they saw mars being terraformed and turned into another earth or making colonies where it is enclosed with air filtration units.

They saw Jupiter and Saturn having spheres where humans live inside of it. Those spheres will absorb the energy from the storms and converting it into energy and gravitational energy.

they saw Neptune with spheres at the top and underwater, making energy by the tidal waves of water or by his invention for renewable energy.

Pluto will be the same as with the moon and mars. And where there will be a station for deep space exploration.

Heroes. “whoa!” the heroes all jumped out of his mind.

“that was amazing!” the other heroes said out of amazement for his vision.

The clarity, the magnitude, and the 3D experience of his vision left them bewildered and left them speechless for a second.

“you truly deserve the powers of imagination breaker!” ghandi said as he finally realized why the gods bestowed upon him his powers.

“let us design those right away! “ said the other heroes, as they chatter along with what to do and what to design.

But as soon as the heroes chattered, as the chatter outside halted.

Confucius then silenced them all and listened as he noticed the quietness outside.

Michael jackson then appeared “we got trouble over the ports of your home town. The military is here.” Since he was just strolling around town wondering what to do.

“what?! “ all of them said

“they must be here to secure and observe him since they are quietly monitoring him via satellite. They even hacked his accounts.” Nicola tesla said.

Rod, with his eyes open, thought what to do. Though he has thought of all that has happened and all the possibilities on what might happen, he gave up as there was nothing that he could do Since if he runs away, his family might be in trouble.

The military closed in on his house where they got all the people to step aside, though they only brought about just one Humvee with lots of soldiers. After a while, they arrived at the foot of their house.

“rod mason! Please come down and quietly come with us!”

Surprised, his parents came into the window and wondered what might the fuss was about while rod looked out in his window still not yet asleep.

“whats the matter here?” dad said while mom held on to dad concerned for what might happen or what he might have done.

“sir, we need your son to come with us.”

“why?”

For a while, the soldiers asked the man in charge and looked around as people are all looking at their windows.

“can we come inside?”

“sure.” Dad said.

The soldiers waited as dad and mom got down to let them inside to know the situation.

Rod then turn his attention to the heroes which are above his desk.The heroes suddenly panicked and disappeared. But before that, confucius said "be brave young one, and be wise." Before he also disappeared.

"yes sir." Rod said as he gulped.

Dad "rod, lets come down. we have a lot to discuss." Said as he knocked at his door.

"yes dad."

Without even doing anything else, they had gone downstairs where their commanding officer is waiting.

"whats the problem commander?" dad said

“no, i think we should head over to the UN, gather all the world leaders and discuss over what i know. “ rod

“we can also do that, but it will take some time to prepare. Though in whose authority and in what reason will i even gather the world leaders?”

“if i say the world is going to end, will you believe me?”Rod with his serious tone

“thats ridiculous. Even if the lights around you were true, how can you also even explain what they are?”

“let me explain all of this in detail as i arrive there mr president. Please gather all your generals and listen to what i have to say. And can the test be simple tests?”

For a while, they were hesitant on going. Dad thought hard about what to do.

“alright then… Since the president himself has called us personally.”

Rod nodded but was grabbed again in the arm by his dad, having thought of one last thing.

“mr president. How long will this take?”

“as long as possible if possible. He might be involved in a military case where he will become the witness, but that is if he was in sort of trouble. But rest assured, he will be under protection of the government”

“alright then. Rod, pack your bags for as long as possible.”

“ok dad.”

While dad was trying to convince mom of the situation, rod headed upstairs to his room, packing his bags for the trip.

Hercules then appeared “sorry young one, about all this.”

“no, this might be my destiny.” Rod said as he was packing his shirt. “But i may still be able to figure this out and head in the right direction.“

“yes, we believe in you. And hyawei is also helping in this case as well. Well, want to help but zeus insisted he will help instead. from father to father, he has his word.” Hercules then crossed his arms and smiled in confidence.

“alright then.”

But suddenly, something flew over the sky.

“oh no... What are they doing?! “said Hercules as he disappeared.

Rod looked over his shoulder to find Hercules gone.

Athena then appeared “whew, that was a close one… Though now they know that there is a planet with life over here. It was Hephestus turn to maintain the shield but he didnt hold on for long.”

That got rods attention and he stood up open eyed.

Thor then appeared “by god. The alien gods now know that we are here and that there is life over this sector of the universe. They are coming!”

Both gods then disappeared.

rod was almost done packing, when he decided to head downstairs when he was contacted by hermes. “we will hold the line here for now so you better try on your end to do everything that you can. Message from hyawei. We leave this side in your hands.”

Hermes then put a thumbs up for rod.

“leaving it to me, is kinda heavy for a mere mortal.” Rod said as he scratches his head for the situation.

“we trust you.” Hermes said as he slowly fades away to go back.
