“jackie, have you seen my toothbrush?”

“why dad? You have packed it along with your stuff right?”

“yes, but I just cant find it. Maybe I left it back at america”

“dear, why are you on the window right now?”

“just thinking mom. We still have about 4 or 3 more days until the end of the world.”

“dont worry about that we all got each other. And you are here to protect us.”

“dont forget about jason, hes still hard at work up until now.” her dad

“yes, I know. By the way, just where is your brother now?” mom

“ah, if your looking for him, hes currently at the malacanang, waiting for any missions.”

“why is that?”

Jackie explained the situation to her parents again.
”don’t worry about him hon. Hes now all grown up.”

“yes, and I can never be more proud. Though he could have just stayed with us right now.”

“there is no time left, thats what is said. Though I kinda get what hes feeling right now, restless.”

“just why was he being chosen.. hah.. if only some other--”

“no one could have ever done what he did hon. Maybe thats why.”

“in any case, hes now at the malacanang or maybe out there at the world, saving the world again even through politics and all that crap.” jackie

“tell us again why isnt the philippines one of those countries you spoke of?” mom

“yes, like some countries, we remained as a neutral country which will believe in jasons words. Which is why only some countries where able to sign the treaty. It would also depend on those other countries if they would let those aliens in or not.”

“i hope your brother would be alright.”

“me too.”

“count me in.” jackie said as she was staring at the night sky by the window of a safe house in the philippines.

“remind me on why im currently at the white house president richard?” jason

Due to the light of present events happened, they were invited to the white house suddenly after a few days in which they are now on a presidential ride towards the white house where it was a cloudy day.

“say, why don’t you just agree to also bring your sister along? I mean shes already grown up and all.” richard

“its not as if I don’t want, but her training isnt complete yet.”
”so, when will it be?”

“we think that shes almost ready, she just needs to realize something.”

“almost ready? And whose we?”

“oh. And isnt it inconvenient to just call it your partner? Your sword may need a name.”

“nah, its alright. Anyways, if you will stay close to me, I will guarantee you protection against their mind control.”

“you sure about that right? Cause im just counting on your for this.”

“also, is that really all to your premonition?”

“yes and no. There are still parts that are vague, but the majority of what they will do is just to enslave us like cattle. And eat us when they see fit, like they are the rulers of this universe.”

“this is very bad. Though what are those parts which are very vague to you?”

“as the great god zeus said, the answers you seek are always simple, its solutions are the ones that are complex, and its only humans which makes the simple answers seem complex.”

“i see. And truth be told, im still not buying the whole gods thing, did you really went and talk to them?”

“you know, I already died once. They gave me a second chance, as the messenger of the upcoming war to come for all humanity.”

“why? Humans are so chaotic and sinful, why do they still care so much about us?”

“because humans are one of the only species on this universe that they havent put their hands on. If they get their hands on us, then its game over for many species in this galaxy, or maybe even this universe.”

“you serious?”

“yes sir, dead serious. If it werent for the gods, I would have already been dead by now. And I wont just let that debt go unpaid by living my life in hiding.”

“why not? It would be fine if it were me.”

“you really don’t understand. They have already given me many great knowledge which can help me in this war, also gave me a chance to go back to my family. Remember, I was fooled to think that I was joining a program for a better purpose.”

“what program was that?”

“i forgot. But you found me in outer space right? In their research facility. Who ever is responsible for giving me to them is also hiding in the military.”

“you really mean it?”

“you can always tell them, so that they will be sweating off their butts now that you know.”

“why you trusting me jason?”

“because you’re a good president. And politics aside, I think that you are a good man.”

“is that really enough? Any president may be able to fill in the blanks for that.”

“yes, but the gods chose you sir. Anyways, whatever comes my way, I will just have to deal with it. Like what hercules and thor said to me.”

“you also met them?”

“yes, up there. And here I thought that you don’t believe me.”

“anyways, believe not in what I say, but believe in what I can do for humanity.”

“good answer. Cause I will need the support I will get from you for this.” richard said as they have now arrived at the gates

After a few minutes of checking, they were now able to enter the monitor room for the president.

“welcome jason, and president richard. Have a seat at the table.”

The room had a conference table where the presidents staff would always do meetings, but this time, they fitted it with monitors.
”as per your request jason, I have fitted this room with monitors for us to communicate with the other leaders.” mark

“yes, thank you for that. And where is the bug alien?” jason said after he sat

“i will have him in a moment.” mark

“where is that thing anyways?” richard

“that thing is a he, and you guys will not believe what he has in stored for us.” mark

“i know that your are excited for their visit, but don’t you think that we might otta be careful with them?” richard

“yes, I know. But after what they just showed me on my head, I think that my proposal would be best for this.” mark

"We will see. Though it might be that what you have seen might be an illusion." Jason

"Why? Why do you doubt them? Is it because you are the chosen one" mark said with a smirk

"Now your mocking me, great. Like i said to all of you before, you need not believe what i say, but believe in what i can do." Jason

"I believe, but i also believe in what i had chosen." Mark said seriously

"Hahh, just come to me if you ever regret it, though it woukd be all too late by then." Jason

The bug alien then entered the room with a few scientists.

"Sir, you really wont believe how much technology they posses! How far advanced they are to us!"

"You know, a couple of years earlier if your pride hadnt got in the way, we xould have been at the level that they are right now." Jason

"Who is this insolent person sir?"

"Hes my guest, the reaper, jason wild." Mark said annoyed

"Oh. So hes the one that destroyed our finest creation."

"What creation?" Richard

"You know, billy craw." Mark said as the scientists are now by marks side

"Ah, the one that i defeated due to his own pride, ego, and lunacy. He was always saying about being a god and all." Jason

"Preposterous! He didnt say that!"

"Did you ever hear the recordings?" Richard

"What recordings?"

"Tch. In any case, they are in a need to know basis only. We should now get started." Mark said as he reached the remote and turned on the monitors for the call. After a few minutes, the world leaders came to view.

"We should really schedule these calls mr president." Yamato

"Sorry. So, what have you guys got for me?" Mark said before he faced the scientists

"Hes got advanced technology on cloning, gene therapy, ans many more! Even highly advanced math!"

"Does that math apply to dark energy and matter though." Jason said smirking

"Just, how did you know about that? Your--"

"Your just a brute who does justice through violence, is that right?" Jason

"We didnt mean to say that." One of the scientists replied angry

"I get that a lot though, so im sorry if any of you are offended." Jason

"I see. In any case, they have agreed to share with us their technology--"

"But not all, am i right?" Jason

"Could you stop interrupting all the time? The alien is now angry at you, i can feel it."

"I will have you know, i casted a spell on us to not be affected by his mind control." Jason said smiling

As the alien understood it, it was then very angry and jumped at the table towards jason as both of them go face to face against each other, without moving an inch. Everyone in the room gasped at the scene and was very surprised.

"As a species, they are insest like and give birth to millions of eggs at the same time, also they have a queen. Its the queens telepathic mind that we have to becareful of, for its a hundred times more powerful than their subjects. You can read me right, queen?" Jason said as he stood and pushed the alien backwards

"I think we should go now. There might be a lot of things you guys must take care of." Richard

"Yeah! And make him never come back here!" The scientists claimed

"You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. There are already existing designs which can put our technology on par with them, you and your pride just gets in the way." Richard

"Enough mr president, i have heard enough for today. As only i can attend for today since the military is on their ship for an inspection, i cant say anything with the military side either." Mark said massaging his eyebrows

"Well, your military will be gone by the time they meet the queen. The logic the enemy of my enemy is my friend right? But what if they also have an enemy on our side, like me? Think about it. Though im just one man, what coukd i possibly pose as a thret to them right?" Jason said as he walked towards the door

Jason and richard then exits the room with the room very tense.

"Weird fella, though we cant ignore what he just said."

"Shut up, my decision is final. I cant turn back now." Mark said silencing the scientists

"No, we still can--"

"Mr. President, i suppose you didnt forget that we are all still here beaeing witness." One of the leaders said

"Sorry, got a little preoccupied." Mark

"As per our decision earlier, we vote to trust the alien bugs."

"And the rest of us vote to be neutral in this."

"I vote to not trust them. My instincts tells me not to. And to vote to have jason back in command." Queen

"The rest of us neutrals feels the same way as well, though except china and russia."

"China wont be voting for anything, and be neutral."

"The same goes for russia. Russia can defend itself against some invaders, and rod mason long ago proved it."

"Wiat, im receiving a transmission from the queen, saying she wants to meet with all those who wants to alliance with them, including russia. If not, the US will be obliterated?!" Mark

"Why should we?"

"Because the queen says so. All your countries are also target now to my rage, he angered me." Mark said as he translates for the queen

"Well, tell her no thanks."

"Tell her the rest of us will be on our way."

"Those neutral will really seek help from jason, he can bring down your ship just like he brought down 3 reptilian ships!"

"Oh? Interesting. What could just a mere mortal do against me? We rule the whole universe, but he is just one man. You guys should really hear her, shes laughing." Mark said shivering

"Whats the range of her telekenesis mr president?"

"About the size of the entire US sir. She can always put everyone on her command at anytime." One of the scientists says

"All except for those activated mutants right?" One of them said

"How did you know? Said the queen." Mark

"He told us. Cause of the activated regions of the brain of mutants that they are able to counter almost any mind control from a certain distance. As what he said."

"The queen is now silent. Hahh. You guys should really help me, like i helped you." Mark

"Really? Why should we help?"

"We could try, but there is always a limit to everything."

"Good thing i secretly assigned all other mutants to the UK." Queen

"What?! Why?!" Mark

"Given the situation now, i wont tell you. She might be listening. In any case, the rest of us will neither go to war with them or sign a peace treaty with them. If you wilk excuse me, i have to prepare for a war." Queen said before she signed off

After the queen, other neutrals agreed and signed off.

"Looks like its just us then. So, how many are there with you right now?"

"Just one mothership. Looks like its only the US that gets protection from the reptilians." Mark

"Nope, also us. Shes sending reinforcements here right?"

"She told me once before that she has called for back up already, so we just have to wait for them and hold out." Mark

"What is the data of the reptilians?"

"Sir, based on the alien bugs, the reptilians vary in size and shape, but they are mostly big and about maybe 10 feet."

"My god, are they strong?"

"Very strong. But against their telekenesis, they are nothing."

"Good. Cause we will need all the help we can get, and without jason."

"Since your now back to being just a regular soldier jason, how about joining our special ops team?" Tuba

They were now back at the malacanang where tuba was promoted to a general at the military.

"Why should i? I could just also help protect this country alongside my sister." Jason said in his chair

"Ever since space, you have been a little bit edgy. Why?"

"Cause of what i have already briefed before, its now 3 days left before their forces theoretically comes here and--"

"I know, i know. So your just being pissed off right?"

"Yes. Hahh.. at them only."

"Then my team wont be like them though, and its a team filled with mutants just the way you like it."

"If i refuse?"

"I go to your sister for the offer."

"Gosh, you really are something."

"So, is that a yes or a no?"

"Yes, i will join. Though same as before, i reserve the right to refuse any mission i deem not worthy."

"Yes, you can. In fact, you will be their team leader."

"Ok then. So, when do we start?"

"Hold your horses. We will all meet at 1500 this afternoon, alright?"

"Can i include liu in this? Shes now staying here after all."

"Liu? You mean the fire witch? Let me just think about it."

"I need her sir, since shes fire, one of the primary elements of nature."

"im not saying that, though i like her, were not yet at the phase of dating. And the war is soon going to start after all."

"Yes, of course. The war. Just how reliable can your infornation be jason? This country and all others are trusting you on this."

"Yes, you should be. Cause the blame will always be on me if they wont trust me, thats always how it goes."

"Yes, with politics.. true. Alright then, let me also include fire witch to the team. Who else do you need?"

"Lets just activate more useful mutants that we could fill in the number of 6."

"Good idea. Though shouldnt we--"

"Nope, not a chance that my sister joins. She will be the last line of defense for this country if anything goes south."

"Alright then, will meet you at the meeting room at 1500 hours right?" Jason said as he stood up

"Sharp."

"Sir, im almost always sharp." Jason said as he exits the door

Then at 1500 hours philippine time, they were able to assemble with 6 members.

"Here are your members jason, introduce yourselves now." Tuba

"Im rica, and i can control my hair."

"Im john and i can do camouflauge, all except my eyes. I can even hide my clothes."

"Im jai, i can hack any computer with just my mind."

"Im jazz, i can break stuff with my hands by shacking it."

"Im kent, and i got a third eye."

"This is liu, the fire witch and--" jason

"Jason wild! We know."

"Oh, ok. General tuba, this set up is really great for a secret ops team." Jason

"I know right?" Tuba said puffing his chest

"Are they newly activated or were they on standby?"

"They were all on standby right here, whike the only one volunteered was justin."

"Ok then. Lets start, whats the mission details general?" Jason

"There are reports of disappearances of filipinos and many other nationalities during these 5 days, from the announcement of the incoming aliens towards earth. We want you to investigate these disappearances and get those people out, as soon as possible! We would need all the people we need for this war! Thats your mission. Other neutral countries also has put request for us on this."

"Do we have a lead?" Jai

"No, not yet. Ever Since the US has been very busy with their new visitors, we cant put in any request for them to investigate." Tuba

"So you want me to read hack the networks for this? Even for me, thats a little too impossible." Jai

"I would have hoped for it, does anyone have an idea?" Tuba

"I can read the signals in the atmosphere and determine on whats bad or not." Jason

"Seriously?!" All of them said

"Just how useful are your powers. I would have wished to have powers like yours instead." Jazz

"Dont worry, your powers are a part of you and only for you. You have been chosen for that kind of power. So have pride with those powers of yours." Jason

“in any case, I want you jason to--” tuba

“wait, I can only sense any bad vibe for this, even though this is part of the vague predictions from my premonition ability”

“again, say these things first before so that we can properly plan.” tuba

“thats what we are doing right? Though we should be careful here.” liu

“liu is right. We should be careful in our steps. For now, jai, can you hack to the world wide web to find any traces of those kinds of transactions?” tuba

“i can try, though this will take months to finish.” jai

“jason, can we ask the gods then for help?” tuba

“i can, but they only answer on a whim. They might still be busy approving applications for new mutants.” jason

“haha, very funny.” kent

“you serious dude?” jazz

“yes, I am. For what I heard from them, the approval process is very hard to achieve without just one thing, compatibility. Which is why I said to you jazz, your chosen for that power.” jason

“ok then.” jazz

“so, back to the question, can yo contact them somehow jason?” tuba

“i will try.”

“oh gods, heed our call, where can we seek this absolute evil which takes lives of many?” jason said at the ceiling

With that, they saw jasons eyes glow as he receives a vision of what they seek, and with the light faded away, jason came to his senses.

“i think I know where to look.” jason

“where?” tuba

“its badder than you think. And I think that we might need to hurry up and start as quickly as now.”

“like the general said jason, where?” john

After an hour of their flight, using a commercial helicopter instead of the plane, they finally arrived at tokyo, japan.

“tell me again why we are here? This place looks nice and peaceful.” rica said as she sees outside of the helicopter

Seeing the high rise and the buildings of tokyo, they saw a peaceful view of a bustling city of people going to work and stuff.
”we are only here to talk to the yakuza for any leads on the whereabouts of those missing people.” jason

“why does going to japan is connected with those people?” john

“yeah, those missing people filipinos are only reported to be missing.. where was it again?” jazz

“they were all missing from all around the globe, not just in the Philippines.” liu

“i see. And tell me again why the fire witch is here? Shes not filipino right?” jai

“as of yesterday, shes been transferred to the filipino military. Which is to say that all of you are under my command for all the missions to come.” jason

“yes sir.”

“just reminding. Anyways, we are here at the presidential palace.” jason

“whoa. Amazing.” they said as they saw the view of the palace from above

After a few minutes of landing the helicopter, they were now able to talk with the assistant to the president of japan.

“hello there, welcome to tokyo mr jason.”

“yes yuri san. Its a pleasure to meet you, though matters are pressing. So we must hurry up.” jason

“ok then, follow me.” yuri said as he gestured to get in to the presidential palace

Inside, they were able to view the inside of the palace, and they were able to seat at a conference table with some documents on it.

“what is this?” john

“that is the files that you are looking for.”yuri

“so you have already been keeping a close eye at her right?” jason

“yes, we did. Its really hard not to.” yuri

They all then looked at the file to view the picture of a woman.

“shes pretty.” jai

“it says here that shes one of the descendants of the great rod mason.” rica

“wow. Shes got quite the lineage, though why is this girl so important anyways?” kent

“this girl that your seeing is the last heir of the yakuza.”

“what?!” they all said except for jason

“why didn’t you tell me this, I kinda like her now you know dude!” jazz

“unfortunately, shes not available, as said to her profile on social media.” yuri

“i see. Anyways, why is she very important to you jason?” liu

“not me, to this mission. I need to ask her all about the other secret organizations that shes been communicating with, as I need contacts.” jason

“why do you need them wild san?” yuri

“i think your government also has posted some request on this for sometime. For me to find missing japanese persons.”

“yes, but you declined all of them. Why?”

“becuase the dude can only talk with the gods, and able to find bad signals among the good ones, not able to find missing dudes.” jazz

“thank you jazz. Anyways, can we meet her now?” jason
”no, you cant. Cause shes always been protected ever since she was little. she rarely goes outside and our policemen cant even get into the house without any warrant.”

“why cant the local police do anything with the yakuza? Arent they bad?”

“ever since japan became peaceful, the yakuza have been in hiding and blending in to every day society. In other words, we cant find the rest of them.”

“i see. So, what should we do now boss?” john

“we do what we do best guys, infiltrate the place.” jason said smiling

After that, during night time, they finally infiltrate the place by using spy gear. For any guards that came outside, jai was on sniper duty while the others all infiltrate the place. As the mansion is also an old wooden house, liu was ordered to use her powers only on command. As the place were only guarded all over by guards, they set their guns to stun so that they could disable them.

“so far, things are going quite as planned, I fear for the worst.” liu whispered on jason

Worried as jason may be, he has no other choice but to move on forward. And in every room, they inspected on what might be inside to find nothing.
”spread out. Remember, only stun them.” jason ordered

They agreed and went on with the mission towards other parts of the house. Jason went to the east part where the baths were and found someone bathing. And taking a closer look, he finally confirmed that it was her.

“miss hikari, I need to talk with you.” jason said while hiding

at first, she was speaking japanese.

“please speak english, and we are not here to harm you in any way.”

“ok then. So, why don’t you get out of your hiding place?”

“no can do. Please miss hikari, I am in a hurry.”

“well im not. I can chat with you the whole night long you know.”

“arent you afraid that I might kill you or something?”

“well, I am. But your only here for one thing right? Information.”

“yes, your right.”

“so that leaves us to one conclusion, have a long chat over a bath.”

“why must it be a bath?”

“i cant have smelly men walk besides me you know, I need them clean in order to talk with me.”

“oh. Anyways, may I ask for just one favor then miss hikari.”

“depending on the favor, I might turn you down on that.”

It was also then that the others catched up to jason where he signaled them to guard the area instead.

“what is your answer?” hikari

“alright then. Let me get to the point, can you give me all your contacts with the other secret organizations all over the world?”

“what?! like I would care to give you that info!” hikari said startled

“the fate of the world is at stake here hikari san.”

“thats sama to you.”

“in any case, would you mind giving me the contacts please?”

“your still hiding. How can I give someone whose in the shadows?”

“alright then, if you insist.”

Liu then tried to grab jasons hand to not go but instead, he insists on going saying it would be alright. And thereby the light of the doorway to the hot spring bath outside, he unmasked himself.

“i am jason wild, and I request that you cooperate, or else the world would be at stake.”

Of course, hikari was also surprised on her visitor in the middle of the night, on her night bath. As she found out that she was talking with the jason wild. There at her office inside the house, while she was still on her bath robes, she then invited the whole team.

“i will have you know that jai is on sniper duty.” jazz said threatening her

“shush, she doesnt need to know that. We all come in peace, don’t worry. They are just over precautions over the whole thing.” jason said calming the situation down

“no worries. My life is always being targeted by someone, which is why by my coming of age, I wasn’t able to go to college or anywhere and stayed here only.”

“thats sad. But why?” rica

“because others would want me and my fortune. Gladly, I remained as quietly as possible so that others wont give a damn about me.”

“i see. Anyways, can we have those contacts now?” jason

“why? Why are you so pressed in time? Is it because of the aliens?”

“partly yes. We are a bit short on time.” liu

“yes, we don’t know what the aliens might do to us.” jazz

“hey, this mission isnt about aliens you know.” john

“sorry, my bad.” jazz

“then what is it about?”

“its top secret information.” john

“then I wont hand over the information.”

“damn it. Give it to us right now!” john said while pointing his gun at her

“stop it john, thats not the way to ask.” jason said before he walked towards her desk

“what is it?” hikari said as she was conscious

“our mission is to figure out what happened to the lost souls being kidnapped all over the globe during these 5 days.” jason

“why should I help finding those souls wild san?”

“because, the balance of the whole universe is at stake. Whether you like it or not.” jason

She then laughed hard.

“if that isnt enough, I would propse a deal then.”

“oh? And what kind of deal would you make?”

“how about you make the deal princess?”

“hah! Quite the charmer, but it wont work on me. Though I will take you up on that offer. Then let me think.” hikari said as she sat on her seat

“no jason! We musnt deal with the yakuza!” john said as he was about to reach to jason but was stopped by liu

“lets trust jason on this.” liu said as hikari was still thinking

“i hope your right.”

“how about a sword fight? Who ever wins shall have the right to marry me and carry on with all my wealth and power.”

“wait, what?!” liu

“deal.” jason

With liu as angry as she could be, jason and hikari drew real swords on the yard where they are about to start an exhibition match. This time, hikari was able to change into her armor

“john, you be the ref.” jason

“seriously? After everything?” john said sarcasticly

“yes, I would permit it.” hikari

“alright then. don’t ever blame me on who dies on this.” john

“you wild san, must not use your powers.” hikari said after she drew her sword

“dont worry, I don’t need any powers for this.” jason

“ok, ready..” john said as they ready themselves, jason then drew his sword and divided it into two.” fight!”

With the fight underway, they both were at a stance and circling each other without anyone of them moving. But as time is short, as jason thought of while the match was underway, he goes for the initiative. They strike and guarded and done this process for a few seconds.

“why wont you go serious?” hikari said being a bit tired

“why wont you?” jason

“should we call it a draw?”

“no! I need that information and I don’t have enough time. Lets do this now!” jason said before he strikes again.

There, he strikes again, but only with more force and technique this time. His technique was fast and furious at the same time, as he then sliced her sword in half.

“im stunned. You really are serious about not having enough time.” hikari

“you should be surprised on what turn of events will unfold in this.”

“yes, it seems that we both share our own share of struggles.”

“do note that im also from a long line from rod mason.”

“oh? Is that so?”

“anyways, I would need that information now.” jason said as he sheaths his sword

“is this fight a draw or a win?” john

“cant you see? Its a win for jason! And im also furious.” liu

“liu, just say it, you want to be close to jason.” rica

“but..” liu said blushing

“how cute, anyways, he can always have concubines if he wants. Im going to be his main wife.” hikari said with her arms on his arm

“no! I will!” liu said before she also get the other arm
”this is going to be a long night.” john

“you said it dude.” jazz

“in any case, we need that information right now miss hikari!” john said as he touched her shoulder

“yes, of course. You can have that information. But there is a condition.”

“what is it?” jazz

“i would be the one to call them. Both as the heir to the yakuza and as the wife of jason.” hikari

“oh boy.”john

“have jai come down here now. We will need her for this.” jason

“sure thing boss.” john

John then communicated jai to come down. The mansion was also in the mountains near tokyo, so the only sniping spot that she could ever take are on the tall trees. And after entering the front door, jai was welcomed by hikari and the others and orders the guards to stand down. As honored guests, they were to stay at the mansion overnight, where jason were being squeezed by two flowers. Gladly, jason was able to sleep towards the next day. On that next day, hikari then called upon the other secret organizations one by one where jai was ordered to hack through their phones to search for any communications regarding the kidnappings.

“sir, we might be almost there.” jai

“ok. Keep going, I will just be here beside hikari.” jason said to jai before he goes back to listening to calls made by hikari

After some time, they were able to figure out some connections related to the kidnappings.

“lets review what we have learned, all the secret organizations including the other yakuza in hiding, triads, the cartel, and others are recently kidnapping many children lately in these 6 days.” jason

“which reminds me that there are 2 more days to go before the end of the world.” jazz

“theoretically jazz. In any case, there are clues that they are planning something.” jason

“yes, they are certainly.” liu

“they are definitely plotting something. According to a source of mine, there are plans in motion on the black market, like selling slaves instead of selling organs are a big hit right now.” hikari

“it really disgusts me to know, but shes right. Also, they might be planning to make more mutants along the way.” jai

“as bodyguards of course. The selfish bastards just wants to protect themselves.” jai

“yes, it would depend. Since the one who got that power has turned into a lunatic where he thinks that hes a god or something.” jason

"No, the moment i knew that hes the one that almost did horrible things to my sister, i loathed him. Anyways, do you know what they might have planned?" Jason

"Aside from that, we really dont know." Hikari said and jai agrees

"Where from kent?" Liu

"From the forest outside." Kent

"By the way, you never got to explain your powers--" jazz

"Extra sensory. They are now close to the house, we must go now!" Kent

"Alright. Liu, with me. The rest, guard our asset." Jason said standing up

They were all at a room at the top of the mansion, just beside the yard where the invaders are now closing in. Jaaon and liu then came out of the window and into the yard as a shortcut.

"Who are you from and why are you here?!" Jason shouted at the men in camoflauge

The one at front signaled them to stop by the sight of jason. They were about 20 men as liu probably estimated.

"We are in no orders to name oursleves with you." Said the leader before pointing his gun at them

"Then leave now, or else pay the price." Liu said while standing at jasons side

"Our mission is to take that lady over at the room your holding her. So if you dont mind, you will be killed."

"She is now our asset, and as such, its our duty to protect her." Jason

"No matter what the cost will be?"

"No. This will only cost you your lives if you continue." Liu

"We dont know who you are but if you get in our way, you will only be killed." The leader said being tense as they saw that jason was a battle hardened guy and stepped a bit backwards

"If that is going to be your answer, please dont blame me for it on the afterlife." Jason said as he lights up his right hand

"So you are jason wild huh. I guess that our end probably is with honor."

"Why is that?" Liu

"Because your mutants, and we are humans." The leader said as he threw a grenadeat them. "Take cover!"

With that, they ran towarfs the bushes while jason produced his shield and liu made a fire shield. As the blast went off from the grenade, jason was was crouching with his shield and liu tripped over herself and lies down.

"Liu! You alright?!" Jason shouted

"Im alright, just tripped over myself." Liu said standing up

"No! Just lie down there and get to safety. Just fire at will from there." Jason said before he advanced

She then hid by the house with her fire shield on and threw fire balls at the forest behind the yard, Whereas jason was still moving forward amidst all the firing of bullets until he was close enough. He then summoned lightning from his sides and lit up the forest as well as hitting some men hiding. He did this for a couoke of minutes until the leader ordered to evacuate. By the time they evacuated, jason summoned a thunder cloud so that rain would fall upon the forest on fire.

"Guys, whats your status?" Liu said as she was ordered by jason

There was no response whatsover for a few seconds, so they came up to the room to find the doors broken, the team all unconscious, and hikari kidnapped.

"What happened?" Jai said as she was the first one to wake up

"You probably passed out when someone shot you on the shoulders." Liu said as she was treating her

It was now early in the morning and jason was also tending to his team mates and captured hostage.

"What are you going to do with me?" Said the hostage

"Nothing, will just ask some questions." Jason said smilong as he tended to his wounds

"I will have you know that im your enemy"

"I know. But your not my true enemy. The enemy of my enemy is my friend right?"

"What are you babbling about? Haha. Why should i ever give you the information you need?" He said as he was writhing in pain

"Because, you have no other choice. Im running out of time here." Jason said before he looked at jai

"Jai, can you walk?" Liu

"Yes, i can. Why?" Jai

"I order you to hack his brain for the whereabouts of where their base or bases are." Jason

"Can you do it jai?" Liu said as the mans eyes grew wide

"Sure, though dont expect anything with me." Jai

"What are you going to do with me? Stop her! Now!" The man said while struggling but failes as his limbs were paralized by the lightning strikes from last night

There, she was able to hack into his brain and got all the information they needed in his memories. Jai just put her fingers on his forehead so that she can absorb some electrical signals from his brain and decipher them.

"I know where they are now, and you probably wont like it." Jai said after she untouched him

"Why do i feel so weak? And sleepy?"

"Sleep, you probably need it to recharge your brain." Jai said before the man fainted

"You didnt kill him right?" Liu

"Yes, hes just unconscious." Jai

"Anyways, do you have the info we need?" Jason

"Yes. Their base is located in china, and their other base, he doesnt know." Jai

"This is troublesome. Chinas one of the neutral countries which always keeps quiet. Damn it. This is quite troublesome." Jason

"So, what do we do now?" Liu

"We do what we do best. Infiltrate. Which part of china is their base?" Jason said as he massages his eyebrows

There at the mountains of china, lies an abandoned warehouse and factory for making electronics and in an abandoned village, they begin their mission.

"Sir, just why are we here again?" John said as they were marching slowly at the village

"Were here to rescue our asset and save anyone affected by the kidnappings. Thats what." Jazz

" i know. But why are we here of all places?" John

"I even dont think that the chinese will welcome us if they knew." Liu

"We all came here on fake identities after all." Kent said as he was on high alert

"Kent, do you sense any presence at all?" Jason

"No sir. This is certainly an abandoned village." Kent

Before they went to the factory, liu and kent were ordered to scout the warehouse first.

"Coast is clear. There are only a few guards here." Liu

"Sir, im sensing multiple people right at the warehouse too." Kent

"Good, just as i thought. Your orders now is to wait there near the warehouse and monitor the situation." Jason

"The rest of us shall try to infiltrate the factory. John, try to go at the back to see if there are only a few people there." Jason
