They then began their inspection of the car, which they saw that the device is under the car and being rigged with wires for the device.

“so how does this work? Does it fly?” erwin

“yes, of course. We will test it right away.” jason

“also, what is the use of the project?” max

“in the long term, it will be used for space travel and easy travel through gravity.” alexa

“so in the future, we will now have flying cars am I right?” fox

“yup. Thats the plan! Though we would still need all of your help for this.” jason

“and whats the catch for this project? So far, all of rod masons plans were for the future of mankind.” a general said

“so now you guys are focusing on his designs? After all this time?” jason
”just answer the question.”

“alright then. Of course, the project is also for the future of mankind. But also for us to go out towards the very broad universe and protect all life from the bug aliens and reptilians.” jason

“yeah, it will be a long fight, but it will be worth it! The universe and nature is even counting on us anyways to protect every other specie.” jackie said as she flew down towards the crowd

“i thought you wouldnt be able to come!” alexa said being happy

“well, I had something to take care of anyways back home. Anyways, isnt that right ya?” jackie

“yes. The universe is indeed counting on us--” jason

“dont just count us in in your war with those monsters jason. don’t even think everyone thinks like you do.” another general said

“i know. But eventually, you guys will have no other choice whether you like it or not, and even when we will be gone from this world.” jason

“who is we?” alexa

“me and jackie. Well, we are the most powerful mutants present at this time right?” jason said to alexa

“yes, but--”

“its only in the future alexa.” jason assured her with a smile

“anyways, please do tell us on how we should go to space jason? What are the particulars of your vision of the future?” max

“what do you mean?” alexa

“i mean what--” max

“no worries alexa.” jason said before facing towards max. “I know, as the former US president, you must ask right? For the sake of all people.”

“yes, thats right.” max

“my vision for the future is for humanity to go towards the unknown space and explore it, and protect every life that they should encounter along the way. Thats it, simple.” jason

“we get that and all but what are the specifics on how we can survive in space?” max

“we now have project stardriver right? The antigravity device. And if your all worried about survival, lets just build a ship overtime which is also like theirs which stores life from the inside.” jason

“really? You know that will be a very huge undertaking and a very high cost of money. Specially with the virus still--” a general said

“no worries. whether you guys will do it or not, it will be built in time. Specially when there is still the threat of bug aliens and reptilians around.” alexa

“tch.”

“well, we now have all the essential tech and science for the journey am I right? You guys figure something out for the journey itself on what you should decide to do. My role here is now to provide some of the things that one may need.” jason said with a smug face

Everyone else was a bit pissed when they heard about what was said, except for those who knew jason, which was smiling.

“well said bro. And so, shall we proceed with the testing?” jackie

“so, who is going to drive it?” alexa

“i will ya, please let me.” jackie said with anticipation
”alright. Have fun.” jason said with a smile

With that, jackie then happily goes inside the car and starts the car and slowly floats upwards.

“with project stardriver, you will only need a bit of power to have the car or device levitate upwards, depending on the power being put.” alexa said as they were looking at the car

Everyone was amazed when the car flew upwards before flying forwards and all around them. But then, jason suddenly came to a transmission and was like in distress.

"Jason! What happened?" Alexa said as she noticed his behavior

"E-everyone! Gather around now!" Jason said still catching his breath

"Whats going on?" Cesar

"Thats an order! Now! I dont have time!" Jason said as they were slowly gathering around him

"Jackie, thats enough. Please get back here now." Alexa

"What is--" jackie said before she got cut off

There was then a big round light which enveloped them all, though what saved them was jasons shield around them in a big ark before directing the beam upwards in all directions.

"Whats happening now?! Speak to us jason!" Max

"Dont. He will lose concentration if he answers you now." Alexa

"But what about miss jackie?" Fox

"She will be alright, shes got the protection if nature by her side, i think." Alexa

Like jason, jackie was able to shield herself with an invisible electtomagnetic shield around her while the whole car was destroyed. Then jason sensed other energy sources coming from other directions as well.

"Tch, they really dont know when to quit!" Jason said struggling

As the energy beams grew closer to earth at the speed of light, he then had no other choice but to absorb those energies. By using all particles around the upper atmosphere, jason was able to redirect all energies towards him, thus absorbing all energies. He also deployed his sword, the electron, as the absorbing rod for the energies.

"Jason! You cant take that much energy!" Alexa said as she nears him

"I know! Trust me!" Jason said with a smile

With so much power within him now, and with quantum entanglement, he was then able to rewrite the dna of the alien virus and bacterias. But after a few minutes of the energy beam, the aliens noticed what jason was doing and shuts down the energy beam. During the process, his eyes and mouth and his whole body was glowing so bright.

"Is it over?" Erwin said as he later noticed that he peed his pants

"Its over alright. Though what of jason?" Cesar said as everyone agrees

Jason was now on his knees with steam gushing out of him.

"Jason!" Alexa said as she then ran towards jason being very concerned

"Dont worry about me, im alright." Jason said as he pushed her out of his way. "Here is comes again."

Then another barrage of energy beams went straight towards earth once more, this time, with more power than ever before and more in numbers. And as usual, jason just absorbed all the energy beams and rewrite the dna of alien viruses and bacteria, all while still on his knees.

"We gotta help him somehow!" Max said as everyone agrees

"Tch! Signals jammed!" Cesar said as he brings out his phone

"Too much static around us for any signal to come!" Fox

"Damn it!" Alexa said hearing all their comments while trying to look at jason who was shining and cant speak right now

With all that energy flowing through him, jason redirected all that energy towards his rewriting the genome and other things included. But after every problem was finished, he then redirected all the energy beams back using particles to store, direct, and release energy. The alien ships which fired all those energy beams right outside the solar system was then struck with energy beams as all of their ships just couldnt evade in time.

"Is it over now?" Erwin said, also on the ground now

"Its.. over.." jason said while taking his breath

"Give him space to breath first." Alexa then massages jasons back

"What do you guys think was that all about?" Fox said looking around him

"I got my signal back! Gonna call the pentagon for now." Cesar

"Please do." A general said and all of them agreed

While jason was still taking his breath, cesar called the pentagon where they briefed him of ghe situation outside the solar system.

"Sir, our satellites are now seeing that those ships have now been destroyed."

"What is our status as of now?" Cesar

"Sir, comms were down all over the world during the energy blasts so we couldnt contact any other commanding officer. Also, some of our satellites were also shot down."

"Thanks for the update, will contact you guys for any other updates."

Cesar then cut the line and explained the situation.

"Its like they feel like getting serious now." Max

"Yes they will be. They are all still planning on how to attack us." Alexa

"Ughh.. what happened?" Jackie woke up at the side where everyone didnt notice

"Good thing your up miss jackie, are you hurt in any way?" Fox said running towards her

"Anyways, i have just deflected all their energy beams back at them." Jason said standing up being assisted by alexa

Everyone was then relieved of the fact.

"But its strange, that there were 2 energy beams that have been shot. What really happened?" Max said and everyone agreed

"Oh that, i just used all that energy to rewrite the dna of all the alien viruses and bacteria to eat themselves up." Jason said with a smile

Everyone was then shocked

"Did i hear that right?" Fox said being amazed

"Yes. He even said in that interview back then that he would need more energy to pull off such a stunt." Cesar

"You also watched that?" A general said as everyone agrees to the thought

"Oh and, i also incinerated all the trash in the world and turned its particles into harmless gas, and repaired the ozone layer while at it. And i revived some dead people which died because of the virus." Jason said with a smile again

Everyone was just simply in shock on what they heard

"It just means that there was just so much energy to deal with." Alexa

"That if he hadnt had those powers, those energy beams would have already fried us." Erwin

"Not to mention destroying planet earth as well." Fox

"But what about our resources, they wouldnt go that far right?" Cesar said shaking

"Yes they would. In fact, there are still other planets in the universe which are more or less the same as earth right?" Jason said looking around

Due to the energy beam deflection during the first stages of his shield, there was also some destruction around the surroundings. With that in mind, everyone also looked around to find the horror of what has happened.

"So basically, what just happened is like a miracle! You just made a miracle!" Another general said

"Maybe. But lets all keep some parts of the event to ourselves." Jason said with a smile

"A secret?! All of this is very hard to keep a secret!" Max said being pissed

"Alright then, report everything as you please. Though i think that their aim was the destruction of the projects." Jason

"Why you say that? Is that really all their objective?" Cesar

"Yes. The first energy beam was only directed towards us right?--" jason

"Thats the thing, we dont know!" Cesar said shakingly

"Calm down general." Max

"I am calm!" Cesar said witn tears almost going out

"Anyways, i might still write a report on it for you all later, though i will still say it now. The first beam was to destroy any human development and the rest would be to annhialate all of humanity if it fails." Jason

"So what happened just now was--" max

"Yes. They are beginning to be afraid of us, specially with me on the front lines. Gladly, no one got hurt and that we were the first to make the antigravity device." Jason

"So, what should we do now sir?" Fox

"For now, lets all build project stardriver and quanta. I think its about time to level up our defences." Jason

"I agree." Alexa said as everyone else also agrees

"Whatever funding you need, we will give it. We must level up our defences!" A general said and everyone agreed

"But first, we must improve our ability to take people into space, which is why we propose the project yggdrasil. Take a look at the 4th page of your copies please." Alexa

They all then saw and agreed to the plan without any further arguments.

"Like we said, whatever funding you guys need--"

"We dont need just funding. We will need you guys to make all companies around the world and many people to work on all those projects. Aside from building more military ships and gravitons." Alexa

"Shes right. People, we are going to get busy from now on." Max
