His life could not be called an easy one. But it was the type of life that doesn't have you wondering what you really want to do.
He was born as an exile, and ever since a young age, he knew his duty would be to keep the village alive and to help the resistance.
This was the duty his parents had entrusted to him before leaving for a fight they have never returned from. Did that pain him? Maybe, but he always knew things would end up like that.
As a leader, he wasn't half bad. He took good care of the tribe, and he was a kind brother to his two younger sisters.
On the other hand, his younger brother got to see his strict side. It was not that he didn't love him as much, but his brother grew up too pampered for someone who may end up taking the seat of a leader one day.
Yet, for a position that should not be lacking in freedom, he was yet to have a wish of his own. All he had done for the past 40 years was ensure the survival of those around him.
That's why he was surprised when he found himself thinking about leaving the village for somebody.
He had met a girl from the outside he was captivated by.
