Announcement! The Children of Eris Reborn!

Hello everyone, it's TheGrompFather here!

It has been a very long time since I last posted much of anything here on Honeyfeed, but there were a few reasons for this.

First, come 2025, I'll be living and working in Japan (yay!) and so I was doing a lot of interviews, a lot of part-time work here in the UK and a lot of searching for the right company to work with, and the best place to live - some of which is still undecided thus far.

Second, I do intend to get back to writing and publishing here on Honeyfeed, but I've also been looking into setting up a small Patreon of some description. Not anything major or with super high fees, just like £3 a month to get access to stories early before they launch on Honeyfeed and a £1 tier if you just wanted to cheer me on. Or just do that on here - whatever you prefer (There would only ever be early access stuff on Patreon and NOT exclusive stuff).

Third, after much consideration, I have decided to return to The Children of Eris BUT not here. Instead, I have decided to semi-rewrite it or, more specifically, refine it.

Year 2 was a long, tiring venture, one that I could not say I was wholeheartedly happy with the result. I felt that the prose wasn't as strong, the moments didn't quite land as I intended them to and people were left confused as to who was who - all errors I intend to fix with the rewrite: The Children of Eris - Reborn.

So, it won't be posted here, but on a new page titled The Children of Eris - Reborn AND there will be a spin-off Eris series as well - The Shadow of History. I'll reveal all about that in time when it's ready to post.

As for when all of this would go live, given that I am currently a little bit ill and it's the busy holiday season, and I've still got a fair amount of stuff going on in real life, I think it'll be realistic to expect all of this to be launched mid to late January or the start of February.
