Making amends

After telling Yuri his story in how he met Liam, he soon began to regret the words that he had said towards Jason and said "You know... I should apologise to Jason."

"I think you should." Said Yuri.

"Don't push it." Responded Grant. The two got off the roof and returned back inside where Jessica had finished bandaging up Herald while Liam was pretending to rest to avoid getting a lecture from Grant. He saw Jason sitting at the left corner of the workshop and walked up to him.

Jason spotted his shadow and stood up and faced Grant. He closed his eyes and brought his face closer, implying that he wanted Grant to punch him, even saying "Go ahead." And even lifting his arms out, for reasons that are unclear.

Grant made Jason place his hands down and said "Open your eyes, you idiot." And Jason did so, Grant later said "I would like to apologise for my recent tantrum... Liam means a lot to me as brother and as a friend and the fear of losing him would hurt me dearly... And I should never have put that blame on you. And I can only hope that you are willing to forgive me."

Jason looking stunned later let out a light chuckle along with a smile and answered "I... Forgive you... And I am sorry too... I honestly thought that this mission would be easy but seeing how much you guys have had to endure so much pain last night, I can't be more grateful." Yuri, Herald and even Liam were smiling as they appreciated Jason's words.

Grant offer Jason his hand to shake to which Jason does shake it. Grant says "Now lets conquer ourselves a city."

Suddenly the front door opened and one of Jason's loyal guard entered the room with a newspaper in his hand. Jason, puzzled, asked "What are you doing here?"

The loyal guard answered "You have to see this sir." The guard hands them the newspaper and Grant goes through the paper with the headlines reading 'BOUNTY ON HOODLUMS LIFTED' and after reading that, they all looked at each other puzzled. "These were issued out 15 hours ago sir." Said the loyal guard.

Jason was somewhat glad as well as Yuri and Herald but as Grant continued reading, he found news covering the fleeing of the prime minster.

"I'm afraid we have bigger problems than that I'm afraid." Said Grant as the group gathered around and saw what Grant was referring to. "Pelias has fled Londinium." And from hearing that, they were puzzled as to why Jason's uncle would do so but Grant continued "And Downing Street will be operated by the Mohawk Gang Leader, Xythis!"

Their expressions changed as now they had to deal with a monster who was capable of defeating even the strongest fighter the group.

"This is bad!" Said Jason, "This is really bad, now!"

Suddenly the loyal guards phone went off and the Caller ID read "Xythis". The guard waited until it stopped but suddenly, the guard received a message that stated 'answer the phone'. And after that text, the phone begun ringing again.

Jason nods to his guard to answer it. The guard answers the call and puts it on speaker.

"Howdy partner!" Said Xythis in a terrible American accent. "I assume you've read the news... a fascinating title don't you think? I came up with it myself."

In the prime ministers office, Xythis sat in the PM's chair while he had his feet on the table along with his men who were measuring and even some were removing some items in the room. On the floor, a beaten up Pelias lays on the floor as he struggles to move.

Grant asked "What do you want?"

"Why its simple." Said Xythis as he licked his lips in a disgusting manner "I want control, I want chaos and..." Xthis leans forward and continues "I want you!" Xythis places the phone close to his ear and flips the table forward over Pelias. Pelias screamed in pain but surprisingly survived.

Jason and the others flinched at the sounds of Pelias screaming. Even hearing Pelias making threats upon Xythis, saying "I'll kill you! You hear me!? I'll make you regret the day you were born! Argh!! I'll kill you!"

Xythis ignores Pelias' screams and continues talking with the group. He says "I' propose a little... match... My entire gang... against the likes of you... bring anyone you like, it'll only be more satisfying to break their skulls in."

"What if we refuse?" Asked Jason.

"Oh? You wish to refuse? Well... If you do that then maybe I'll go after everyone that matters to you... Starting with your precious mother, Jason... Then to your adorable little sister, Yuri... And then your wife, Herald... And finally coming to you Grant... I'll take your father, your brother, your sister... And even your mother."

Saying that Grant grew agitated and said "Like hell you will, you hear me?!"

Xythis grin grew uglier as he said "Good, meet us outside Epping forest in four days. While then, you get prepared... See ya." Xythis hung up the call and readies his fists as he threw the chair aside and is about to torture Pelias while Pelias' tone changed from being cocky to being downright afraid.

Pelias screams in horror.
