Part 3: Till all are One

The battle had begun. Grant dealt with several members of the Mohawk's while Liam was tactically taking them down one by one. Xythis on the other hand was basking it in as he had many of Jason's and Jessica's guards on them.

But throughout the fight, they were unsuccessful in weakening Xythis and as the battle grew fierce, the numbers only seem to drop for both Mohawks and the Geminus group. The number of bodies on the floor grew higher and higher.

Grant and Liam worked together in defeating more of the Mohawks. They then worked with Jessica who wasn't too skilled in taking down a few. Meanwhile, Jason, Yuri, Herald, Mid Gangster, and Jason's loyal guard, Frei all band together and faced Xythis together.

Jason shouted "Everyone! Together!" As they charged towards Xythis who had taken down a quarter of Geminus army by himself. All five of them cautiously attempt landing a hit on Xythis but he was too quick and barely showed signs of exhaustion.

Something happened that made Xythis react as Jason managed to hit him in the rib, causing Xythis grab Jason and throw him on top of Herald. Yuri and Mid together sit on opposite sides but this proved ineffective and therefore, Mid hastily acted and took out an electric baton and hit Xythis in the same area that Jason hit him, causing him to scream and kick Mid immensely in the face, causing him to fall unconscious.

Yuri attempted to throw in some more punches but Xythis grabs Yuri by the arm and causes his bone to crack and make Yuri scream intensely. Xythis threw Yuri to the grew. Yuri crabwalked away from Xythis, not wanting to fight him any longer.

It was all up to Jason, Frei and Herald as they attacked on different areas but they were surprised to see that their attacks were affecting Xythis.

Xythis snapped and shouted "Enough of this!" As he grabbed Herald who was about to attack and kicked in the stomach, causing him to fly in the air until he landed at the far back. Herald fell to the ground, defeated.

Jason charged at Xythis but ended up unconscious after one punch.

Xythis blurts out "This wasn't suppose to end like this!" As he slowly walked closer to Frei who stood his ground and went in for the attack but ended up getting knocked back by Xythis who appeared filled with rage. Despite the amount of wounds inflicted onto him, Frei didn't give up and tried again but was thrown to where Grant was.

Thankfully Grant saw Frei coming towards him and catched him, Frei thanked him but warned about Xythis as he drew closer. Every Mohawk had been defeated which left the remaining person, Xythis, to be faced by everyone.

The remaining Geminus fighters charged with all their might but barely did anything as he tore up his sparkling suit and used it to whip them. The remaining fighters, Grant, Jessica, Liam, Frei and Kindaichi were left and as soon as they were prepared to fight, one Mohawk member got up and hit Liam in the head with a bat.

Grant saw this and shouted "Liam!!" With immense worry and paranoia. As he ran to Liam, he annahilated the attacker down and he stomped on him, causing him to weep and run off. Grant ran to Liam who was unable fully open his eyes. He could only hear his brothers fainting voice.

Jessica looked at Frei and Kindaichi who both nod their heads. Jessica nodded her head and said to Grant "We'll keep him busy!" And saying that, three charged together and faced Xythis who had already taken out the last remaining fighters and now faced against Jessica, Frei and Kindaichi who all fought the best they could.

Meanwhile, Grant tried to get Liam to snap out and wake up but Liam was starting to hear nothing but distortion and as he was about to close his eyes, Xythis appeared and kicked Grant away from Liam, causing him to partially snap out.

Xythis slowly walked up to Grant with murderous looking eyes.

Liam looked and saw Jessica, Frei and Kindaichi as they lied on the ground, defeated. Liam tried to get up and saw all of his friends from Yuri crying from the immense pain to Herald at the back, unconscious to Mid also unconscious and red, then at Jason who was knocked cold and then at Grant.

Grant got on his knees and said to Xythis, "Listen Xythis, I withdraw from the fight so ple-" Xythis punched him in the face, causing his head to fall on the soil but despite this, Grant got up and continued "Look, you- you- you've won... look around you-" Xythis then kicked Grant in the stomach causing him to cough blood.

Liam tried to move but could only watch in horror.

"Xythis, please... My brother needs help... I'll surrender put please-" Xythis wasn't listening to what Grant said and began to stomp on his legs, causing Grant serious pain.

Despite the numerous amounts of pain that he was in, he still begged, even grovelling in front of Xythis and pleading him to stop this, saying "You've won-." Xythis slapped Grant hard that he flew before landing on his back.

Xythis began speaking "I've won..." his voice sounding like he didn't earn the win "I haven't won kid..." Grant tried crawl away from Xythis but he had pinned down as grabbed him by his hair. "You see..." He punched Grant as he talked while pausing "I.... Have fought amongst... And against gods... And they all have said the same... Do you know why? ... BECAUSE I... AM... A... GOD!!!!" Xythis landed the final blow, causing Grant faint and lie on the floor.

Liam's eyes appeared horrified and when he regained control of his body, he got up and ran to his brother.

He suddenly remembered a moment where Liam had fell off a cliff and Grant tried to save him. Grant managed to lift him back up but found himself in the same position and Liam, who was more weaker then, struggled to lift Grant up, saying "I can't do it..."

Grant then responded "Hey don't say that..."

Liam, in the present, said alongside the younger Grant "When Iron sharpens Iron..."

Young Liam grabs the courage and helps Grant up and together with the present Liam "Brother Sharpens Brothers."

Returning to the present, Liam roared "BROTHERS SHARPEN BROTHERS!!!!!" 

Liam landed his fist into Xythis's left rib, the same rib that he had hit earlier, followed by Jason and Mid and when it collided, Xythis' expression changed to total shock as he begun to scream uncontrollably. Liam's punch managed to force Xythis' entire body to fly and collide with the stairs.

Jessica, Jason, Frei, Herald, Mid, and Kindaichi got up and watched with amazement as to what Liam had done. Liam turned to his brother and went to check on, glad to see that he was still breathing. He whispered "I'm sorry..." before hugging his tightly.

He heard rubble moving from where Xythis and saw him rising back up. Xythis appeared more weaker and unable to move his body. He looked at Liam with immense eyes and said "I should ha-have known... I was facing against the wrong Geminus!"

Liam placed his brother on the ground and faced Xythis head on and said "Yeah well, you've also angered the wrong brother."

Xythis laughed it off and said "Pah! You're nothing kid, just like you're brother!" Xythis wrong, using every strength in his body to stand "I'll end this for good!"

Yuri got up and ran to Grant and told Liam "I'll call for help."

Liam said to Yuri "Thank you..." while staring intimidatingly at Xythis, which angered him.

"Stop staring me like that!" Shouted Xythis. "Fine! If you won't stop, I'll make you!!"
