Double Shot - Zallo Village Arc

After Witz had knocked the beast unconscious she dashed towards another at top speed before delivering a turning kick to the head of the wolf sending it hurling towards a nearby tree, snapping the tree in half.

Another aether wolf tried to attack her from behind when she served a back kick to chest of the beast causing it to fly into another one knocking both out cold.

After knocking out the two beasts she placed her hands into her lab coats pockets. As another two wolves charged at her a clicking noise could be heard from her pockets as she twisted her wrists. As the wolves jumped at her sides Witz kicked up a large smoke screen of dust dodging the attack, all with her hands still in her pockets.

As the dust settled the two beasts gained sight of her again and begun to dash at her once more. One wolf going for a bite attack, the other trying to slash her. As the attacks came closer Witz took her hands out of the pockets revealing gloves made of high-tech gear going up her entire forearm, glowing with the same purple fluid as her boots.

When the slash and chomp of the wolves were about to land, she caught the beasts, one by the muzzle and the other by the claws. She swung both of the beasts at each other and launched them back into the forest from which they came from.

The remaining beasts in her half of the pack had become cautious as they had begun circling her, finally giving her a chance to breath. During this time, she caught her breath and sneaked a peak over at Honō to see how his fight was going.

Honō, electric frost blade in hand was somehow drinking coffee and dodging every attack from the remaining beasts in his half of the pack.

Honō was toying with them.

After dodging another attack Honō flashed a wave and smile at Witz as he sipped his coffee.

“I swear his aether is really just summoning coffee sometimes” muttered Witz as she started to concentrate on her own battle again.

She leaped into the air and used her boots to propel herself towards one of the beasts that were circling her. As she grew close to the wolf, she started to charge up a punch to take it out. The beast dodged the attack causing her to hit the ground, making a small crater around her fist.

She stood back up and dashed once again at the beast this time even faster then the last. Unlike last time instead of punching she grabbed it by the throat and slammed it into the ground.

After witnessing this the rest of the pack raced towards her from different directions, at full speed. As Witz noticed this, one of the eight remaining wolves lunged at her.

Witz had dodged the attack just in time by falling to the ground.

The wolf realising it missed doubled back in charge with the other remaining beasts, now racing towards her on the ground. As she laid on the ground, she tried to catch her breath as she had winded herself with the fall. The pack grew closer as she pointed her index fingers towards two of the beasts.

“Double shot, bitches” bellowed Witz as she shot the fingertips of her gloves index fingers at the two wolves. As the fingertips hit the wolves it was like they doubled in the direction of another wolf repeating until each of the remaining pack were knocked unconscious.

She had used her aether, duplicate to double each fingertip just before it hit the wolves into the direction of the next wolf so that they would keep the momentum of the original.

As each of the aether beasts fell, Witz started to raise her fist to the sky.

“Take that Honō I got my half first” shouted Witz in victory

As an overwhelming shadow began loom over her fatigued body on the ground.
