Prologue

“Everything has a price. It can be food, clothes, a house, or even friendship and love. Nothing in existence is free. But that price can be overlooked if you do whatever it takes to achieve what you want. Even if that price is high and heavy, if one is willing to pay it, they can achieve anything.

My price was hard and painful and really expensive. Even if it’s painful to this day, the happiness that comes with it far outweighs the pain.

If I were to go back in time, with the opportunity to change my fate and be free of this pain, I wouldn’t hesitate for even a fraction of a second to make the same decision I made back then. Do you know why? It’s simple, really. It’s because I love you, my little fairy, and I always will. Be it for a century, a millennium or even eternity.”
