It started with a full moon…

The brightly lit moon began to fade away, and darkness filled the sky. She knew this, of course she did! She was there after all.

But she missed the moon's brilliant light, as it always made her feel…

“Happy,” she whispered. “It makes me happy.”

Everyday, Mizuki Gekkou wanted to kill herself. She thought life was hopeless and not worth living. Despite that, the moon made her happy, it brought joy to her life, but it was all over now, the moon was gone.

Tears started flooding from her eyes as she watched the glowing moon disappear. She wanted to stop time and reset to when it just started shining. She hated crying, she hated the darkness swallowing her. She hated it all, she hated life. She wanted to go back.
