The Perfect One

[At The Government office in Tokyo] 
A bunch of influential figures sat at the round table talking about the current state of Japan, the air was thick with silence which made the already tense atmosphere worse 
"This is Pure Madness" A Tall imposing man slams his hand on the desk, he wore an expression of rage, agitation and perhaps fear 

"Day by day , deaths keep increasing because of these Salphuthrite be it Suicide, Murder , Mysteriously. People keep dying a day doesn't exist where more than 5,000 people don't die because of these beings , intelligence beyond comparison unique abilities like no other , there is no doubt about it we are fighting a losing battle " He said with frustration as if he could explode from the anger, he was clearly agitated by the topic being discussed 

Another man spoke up, he was tall but not too muscular, he had the build of the average person and he wore a pair of glasses "Mr Fyuji , what you are saying is the truth. We are losing this battle and slowly but surely, Japan the place with the least Salphuthrite is starting to get worse daily " "Tch" Mr Fyuji clicked his tongue in annoyance. 

But the man however was not done "but however we are some of the most influential figures in Japan, we shall not sit idly be as this happens , that's why i suggest that all the previous incident involving murder or disappearance potentially from Salphuthrite we send them to professionals who will take them through extremely Psychological and physical torture if they're a Salphuthrite this will lure them out and right before you know it we got dozens of Salphuthrite in our custody , how does this plan fit with all of you" For a moment there is absolute silence in the room but a woman who goes by the name of Yui breaks the silence 

"I oppose this idea, Mr Takaki, while it may have "potential" benefits, if they aren't a Salphuthrite we would cause immense damage on those individuals and our name will be tarnished" she said. Mr Takaki however was not willing to budge "sacrifices must be made when it comes down to it , Results are what matters, or do you intend we just stay idle and do nothing as death rates increase" . And at that moment Yui herself didn't know what to say Suddenly the door flew open and out of nowhere a man dripping with Charisma entered seemingly interested in the conversation 

"My what do we have here, seeing all of you in one place is such a rare sight" The Man Said 

Nobody made a sound, they were shocked to see who had appeared before them "M-Mr Ken ,i didn't think that you would… um.. be coming" Mrs Yui stammered in a mixture of shock , disbelief and awe most importantly her expression was a reflection of fear, Ken's presence made the others trembled and self aware like subjects in the presence of their king

‘Tsk i never really liked this guy’ Takaki thought to himself as his body trembled 

Mr Ken looks at Mrs Yui "well perhaps i could have chosen not to but the matter is something I've been hearing for a long time and it piques my interest, so i decided to come" his expression immediately changed as he glared at her coldly "Is that a problem?" 

A chill that made them tremble ran down their spines and they respond immediately “No Sir" , Mr Ken’s lips curled up to a small smile as if satisfied with the reply 

"Well that's good, now you don't intend to leave me standing, do you?" Mr Fyuji was the closest to where he was standing so he quickly moved a chair to him Mr Ken proceeds to sit down and spoke "That's good now I'm aware of the matter on ground as i said before, and i think i have a solution" . Mr Takaki wondered to himself ‘A Solution? That’s absurd’

Mr Ken continued his voice firm "There is someone i know of and dare i say "Trust", he never disappoints, it’s not a stretch to actually say he’s perfect for this job, if there is anyone who could stop a Salphuthrite it's him…” He paused for a second and let out a breath before saying “Kanue.”

[In Sakura High ( a school ) ] We see a young student with blonde hair and a nice physique and a pure emotionless face walking to a class "Today’s my first day here, i better not disappoint" He mused, his voice devoid of emotion and face expressionless He opened the door and saw a lot of students in a class and a teacher teaching The teacher looked at him carefully before speaking"Ah you must be the new student forgive me for not recognizing you sooner " She asked politely 

"No problem" he responded looking uninterested 

"Well if you don't mind, could you politely introduce yourself to the class" The Teacher said politely 

"Of course, no problem" he walks directly to the front of the class his expression unreadable "Good day everyone I'm a new student who just enrolled here today, I'm from Osaka and just moved here , my name is Otigiri… Otigiri Kanue."
