The Fool

In the darkness of the abyss, a woman sat, contemplative and silent. A table draped in red satin sat before her, a deck of cards to the right.

One by one, she began laying out the cards in a row, numbering five in total. They had ornate patterns on the back, symbolising many things, and yet nothing at all.

This woman, obscured in a black veil reminiscent of a starry sky, flipped the card over, a smile spreading across her face as she stared at the dancing figure on its surface.
