I was sat leaning the giant stone in the wall, looking into the ceiling of the cave as the particle of light was coming my way, I embrace it with my hands and hugged as it faded into my chest, I look how everything started to be blurry

I was tired for walking so maybe I need some rest, besides the caves was humid, drops of water were falling into my chicks, I could feel the cold since I felt something in my nose, wanting me to sneeze, I look down and saw how drops of water fell into the floor.

Everything was a big lie, a lie to me for not accepting what was happening, the drops of water were my tears, falling from my eyes to my cheeks and then to the floor, the feeling in my nose were mucus that came out as I was hyperventilating.

I give my best to not cry but I didn’t’ have the strength to not doing it, I touch my chest and open my mouth, leaving a soft moan just to close it with my teeth, but that didn’t work, I couldn’t contain my sadness and from my mouth a word, a name was the only thing that I could say.

I started crying ugly after saying that, taking breaths just to choke on my screams and my tears, trying to sniff the mucus just for them to come out again and seeing how the floor was getting wet from all that was coming out of my body.

I was like that for a good time, probably thirty minutes until I leaned on the wall again looking totally miserable, my face was wet and some tears were still coming out, I felt like if I just puke, I had no energy left in my body, I touch the rock and close strongly my eyes.

I stand up and started to walk slowly looking back at the stone having faith that something would happen but that wasn’t the case, she was gone and it was my turn to leave, I did have a hard time leaving the place since after some minutes outside from where the stone was I comeback just in case but there wasn’t anyone in there.

I leave the cave and went back to the bus station, it was really late to take a train so I went to a café to sleep in there, but I couldn’t I watch the same movie that I watch from Evelyn in repeat, the next morning I took the train and eat sandwiches and keep going, I didn’t stop, I couldn’t feel anything.

It was a miserable coming back to home, and had to pass another night in a cafe, and after a long time, I returned home, I went to the bathroom and after taking a piss, I look at myself in the mirror, my hair was a mess, and I had eye bags, but I wasn’t as bad as when Evelyn found me.

I point and touch myself in the mirror.

“You are not that pathetic anymore”

I went straight to my bed and took some sleep, it was a long nap, I woke up at 12:00pm and went outside my room, I went upstairs and looked at the door of my parents’ room. I opened the door and turned the lights on.

“Mom… Dad… I think I found the love of my life…”

I went into the room as I sat down.

“I went on a fine trip with this amazing girl, and now she is just gone… it pains me a lot but I know that’s what she needed to do… I did my best to not let my thoughts get into her, we did have an amazing time and with that goodbye kiss I think it was enough… I just wanted to let you know…”

I stand up and look a picture of my parents as I gently pet the picture frame

“I miss you a lot, mom… dad… but I will move forward with both of you at my back… sorry for taking so long to say my goodbyes… I love you… both of you… sorry for being so an arrogant child…”

I left the picture in the room and closed the door as I sighed, the tears didn’t stop coming so I went to the bathroom and took my clothes off to take a shower, after that I changed and went to prepare some eggs, sausages and soup to eat, it was really lonely.

I went to my room after taking care of the dishes and looked at the screen, empty, I clicked on the visual novel that I loved, and loaded a save state where I found Evelyn, I saw the symbols and touched them and, at that moment, the monitor started to be bright again.

I saw how a pair of hands were coming from the monitor and then a body came from it, pushing me to my bed, and kissing me.

The scent, the smell, the touch, the feeling, the breathing, the hair, the moans, the tears, the heartbeats, the excitement, everything was familiar, I hold the face of Evelyn and put my tongue into her mouth as I cry, she didn’t let me go as she pushed me into the bed as we both cried getting choked by our impeding of breathing.

When we both almost faith from the lack of oxygen I hug her and repeat her name while patting.

“Ev… Evelyn… I love you… I love you so much… Evelyn… Evelyn…”

“Azura… I love you too… Do not ever leave me, you fool. I love you to the death…”

We both laugh and when we calm down, we cuddle while holding hands.

“How? Where? You shouldn’t be here…”

“After kissing me like that you said that, do not do things out of order, Azura… I reunite with my family, there were doing fine, they miss me a lot and I miss them a lot too, I couldn’t stop crying, a lot of people were camping outside the rock but we notice something when I was there”

Evelyn came from the portal and touched the rock.

“AZURAAAA!”

She touched her lips and some tears started to flow down her chicks but a familiar voice made her turn around.

“Evelyn?”

“Dad?”

Evelyn cried even harder when she saw her family, they hugged each other and cried together as one old person approached them.

“Evelyn, how did you manage to come back?”

“A guy in there helped me come back… but…”

Evelyn looked at the stone in the wall and sighed while her eyes were crystalline.

“Evelyn…”

“Is there a way to get in and come back?”

“EVELYN! What are you saying?! You just came back and now you want to go again?”

“I know that this is out of place to say mom, and I am happy to come back, if my only options were to come back or be here I would stay in here with you, but I want to know if there is a possibility… there is someone waiting for me in there”

“The guy you mentioned?”

Evelyn nodded and her mom sighed as her dad looked at the stone angry.

“We need to explore the possibility, but it would take some time, I will let you know if we found something”

“Are you taking that into consideration, elder master?”

“Your daughter fell in love, and I love a good romance story as you know, I will do what we can Evelyn, but do not get your hopes up”

Evelyn was a bit embarrassed but nodded and went with her family

“I was notifying when they found something and now, I am here”

“What was the solution”

Evelyn took out an amulet with the codes engraved on it.

“I thought this would let me go to the stone in that forest but I am glad I am here”

“But do I need to let my PC on to let you in?”

“Not necessary, the elders said something about connections with places but your monitor just serves like that, I do not know why thought”

“I see, so you can go and come back every time you want”

“Want to know the best part?”

“What?”

Evelyn took my arm and put the amulet in the monitor as it sucked us into it .

Everything was weird but when I opened my eyes again, I saw a cave different from the others and an old man in there, Evelyn smiled at me and went into the center of the cave, opening her arms.

“Welcome to my world, Azura”

I was flabbergasted by it, but this meant a ton of things, the main thing is that I could stay with Evelyn a lot more time than I expected and that this would be the start of a new adventure together.

“Guess is time for you to show me how things work in here”

“It would be my honor, come on!”
