Life Contract and Outcome

My head hurt…or rather my entire body hurt.

I don't know how much time has passed but stay in upside down position while tied up for so long, I can't even think properly anymore.

After keep wait for unknown amount of time, I finally heard sound of door being opened and closed soon after.

The faint footsteps sound growing closer to me.

With sound of swoosh!

I come crashed down toward ground with my head hit the floor first.

“Arghh!!”

“Scream from only this much pain? How pathetic.”

After rustle sound the cloth wrapped around my eyes finally taken off.

My eyes sudden face with light after long period of darkness make my face grimance in pain.

“It took longer than i expected, I gave you way more then enough time to think, I will cut it into chase, So? What is your decision?”

Alicia with frown on her face without wait for him, To decide his fate right here right now.

Yuuma still in pain from sudden fall and hesitate a bit, but already made up his mind for while now, despute still feel afraid, he moved his head toward Alicia, determined, decided to look properly into her eyes and answer her question.

“If that…really can fix my legs, Then I…willing to do whatever it take for that to happen!, Please make me your servant!!”

Alicia can see Yuuma determined eyes looking toward her directly, her lip curled up slightly. She started gathered her mana in her hand to finalize the contract.

“I heard you answer well, Come to think of it, I never ask for you name.

So, answer me, What is your name?”

“Yuuma, Kanzaki Yuuma"

The mana in Alicia hand grow even more even more extense.

“Very well, I ask spirit of contract, Heed my call to establish the contract,

I hereby declare, Kanzaki Yuuma shall serve only me Alicia de Roswell for the rest of your life, if you ever dare to betray me, your life shall be forfeit immediately, Do you agree to this contract?”

Yuuma hesitate a bit after heard that he might die, but as long he don't betray her nor any intention to not repay her if she really manage to heal his leg and after see various magic-like phenomena he decided to not think deeply anymore since he won't be able to understand them right now anyway.

“Yes, I agree to this contract”

in the end the conclusion Yuuma come up with is.

WHATEVER LET'S DO IT!

The light grow brighter in blue light before something flew at him with incredible speed into his heart.

“The contract has been established, from now on you're my personal servant, i will send letter to contact the church, after your leg is healed, you will undergo basic training under this mansion butler and maid, I will teach you the rest myself.”

Alicia controlled the mana to remove the robe that tied up Yuuma Body.

“Wait right there, and your stuff that come with you is on that corner take care of them later."

Alicia point the corner of room then turn herself away and walk slowly toward door but stop before reach it.

“Oh, Just to be clear do not trust the butler nor maid, and don't accept any advance from them, unless you have death wish"

With that as her last word she abruptly leave and close the door once again.

Yuuma absentmindedly look toward the door, sense that from this moment onward his life…instead of the usual hard mode, it might… become Hell mode instead.

‘I…not gonna die right away…..right?’

After Alicia left the room for short while, she come back then lift me with something-like telekinesis? Anyway she drag me and give me to the maids, then order them to clean my body and get the tailor to check body measurements. After went through all that (Embarrassing moments)

They bring me to one of small room with only essential for living in mansion (desk, chair and bed with 1 small window) , sat me down on chair next to table inside the room, after while they carry bunch of books and force me to study all of the book they called basic knowledge.

Forced me to memorize all of them if I want to leave the room.

I don't want to talk about what I happened afterward (Traumatize)

Just recall it make me shake in fear.

After, I barely manage to squeezed the knowledge into my stupid brain 2 days later, she order them to bring me around to familiarize myself with the surrounding.

But being carried away in princess carry is really too embarrassing.

*quietly, i think there is water leak out from corner of my eyes

5 days has passed since the day i agreed to become her servant, the priest finally arrive at the mansion, like usual i was being carried to reception room to be examine by priest.

He look similar to old-bald western priest in white robe with gold embroidered i saw before on YTube

I don't know what he did to examine me, but after he touch my leg and close his eye a bit, he then went to talk with Alicia who wait nearby inside the room, I can't exactly hear what they talk about since they're talk quietly and too far away, but Alicia face grimaces slightly while priest face lit up. She then place small bag into priest hand, before pass by me but not before she stare at me for moment then left the room.

The Priest with smile on his face approach me then said.

‘Don't worry it only gonna hurt a bit’

Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

This is not just a bit at all!! It feel like my leg is distorted!! After endured what feel like eternity of pain, I lost my consciousness.

I woke up by the next day, I found myself back in the small room I been living for almost week now.

My head are hurt…

I tried to sit up on bed slowly like usual, but something feel weird?

Normal move my leg a bit will cause sharp pain in my thigh, knee, calf and ankle, but somehow this…time, I don't feel any pain moving them at all.

Yuuma feel hopeful in his heart due current sensation, he slowly try to place his leg on ground, his body shake with excitement and fear.

He focus slowly increase the strength on his leg he placed on ground.

Quietly try to make up his mind, he put strength into both his hand that still grab the bed side, lift himself up with his arms and legs.

Fear of disappointment and Hope for miracle.

He found himself finally manage to stand once again on his two legs albeit weakly without use of clutch, for the first time since the accident in past.

Yuuma quietly standing there with difficulty, recall all his past difficulties, his getting blurred from the tears that keep fall out without stop from his eyes.

I-i! Ugh…Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

He stood there shed tear alone finally being able to once again stand on his two legs.

Alicia quietly wait outside Yuuma room wait for him to finish his business, thought to herself.

‘With this, he will feel gratitude and good feelings toward me, With this I can finally take another step forward, The Dimension cracked is still there inside my closet, I need to ask him about what beyond there later too’

But for now.

‘I will let you enjoy this moment for while’

Alicia closed her eyes for bit and lean on wall quietly wait for the one inside to calm down.

The maid who walked pass by feel uncomfortably when the usual lady who rarely come outside of her room suddenly come to and then stand there outside in servant room corridor.

But that is another story one.

Afterward.

I, Filled with determation to repay the lady with this life debt.

I went through a lot of training from butler and maid in mansion, work hard to become someone who can help Lady Alicia.

The job is fulfilling, Aside from the fact that majority of others servants in mansion clearly look down on me like street-rat and sabotage the work or accident, there also few of them, who even try to suggest me something or ask about lady, but i pretend to don't know what they try to do.

‘Is this what she meant by doesn't trust anyone else in mansion?’

3 months has passed since then.

I went through a lot of suffering, but i somehow managed to barely become recognized as as butler-in training?

I'm a bit curious about what happened to my apartment room after i ended up here, I hope it noy like like those story where you only spent few days in another world but several years pass by in original world.

Eh…my room probably become messed by now due i didn't clean for months, or maybe someone else already rent the room after throw out all my stuff?

….That just depressing, let's stop think about that for now. In the first place…

I…..don't really have much attachment there to begin with.

I barely see Lady Alicia at all for these past few months.

That aside, Finally today is the day she ordered the maid to tell me to go receive personal training from her!

I already look forward to it!!
