Rush non-stop toward Roswell Estate (Literally)

With coachman gone combined with time wasted due dealing with bandit, no matter what Alicia decide to do, she inevitably will be late to arrive.

‘While, I don’t particularly care about arrive there fast, I can’t afford to waste more time unnecessarily on those two pest scheme.’

Alicia walk back toward carriage, the horse which she thought have already ran away due commotion, still stay root on spot barely move at all, only now that Alicia notice that there’s something wrong with horse.

Alicia quicken her pace, cover her body with visible mana barrier closely clung to her body instead of her normally invisible one, she inspect the horse slowly touch it head then cast simple body check-up spell by release very weak wave of mana into horse body.

To cast Overload onto other, It will take longer amount of time compared to cast it on oneself and it’s consider as unsavory act, while it will given the receipient temporary overpowering strenght, they will definitely die afterward.

In front of Roswell Estate front gate entrance, the two guard who half heartedly stand guard in front of the front gate, bored to death only want that their shift end quickly so they could just go drink and have fun till they knock out.

One of guard, Jason a commoner that got forced conscript into military force, feeling particularly cold compared to usual today with feeling of itching behind his neck.

They unconscious hug each others, Their body still shaking in fear slowly turn their head toward the origin of sound.

there they can see a exceptional beautiful noble girl with black hair and eyes stand elegantly held handbag in her left hand, her body lit up by moonlight behind her make her look moon goddess that has descended into mortal world ,

and behind her is some what-tattered carriage that got stopped by sudden raise of earth wall in front and back, bearing the crest of Roswell Dukedom, Carriage a bit plain in design due lack of ornament but the price is still several times that of commoner yearly wages.

The girl turn her attention to guard and proclaim her arrival.

“Alicia de Roswell, I have come to participate in dinner hosted by Madam Rosaline de Roswell, here the invitation please hurry check it, then open the gate.”

Inside she can see the two people she hate, long and spacious dinning table decorated in fancy way with gold embroidered, the blonde young-looking arrogant man with sharp azure blue eyes sat on position close to head seat, nonchalantly slice the steak covered in demi-grace sauce with barely any vegetables on dish with his gold-plated knife and fork, completely ignore her exist.

and blond-haired blue-eyes woman sat opposite of him, slightly plump figure focused only eating the meal in front of her with right hand holding the gold-plated fork, on the plates, filled with various variety of sweets while drinking the tea from tea cup she holding with other hand.

With those two didn't even bother glance at her at all, Alicia have to wait for several mins before they finally finish their meal and turn their attention to her.

The madam, Rosaline look at her with cold graze and lip curl into smirk.

“Oh my, How can you be so late to dinner after I, specifically sent the letter to informed you to come to dinner on time today? How uncouth can you be?”

Right after madam finished her speech, The young-man sat opposite to madam Rosaline look at her with contempt spoke.

“Mere wretched woman, how dare you to defy mother and to come in such dress hah! As expected of worthless child of that lowly bitch.”

Alicia enduring the humiliation from two in front of her with expressionless face but her eyes are growing colder by second.

‘This gonna take while longer than I initially expected.’
