Chapter 4:
Flames of Vengeance: The Dragon Within
(Clash of Light and Darkness)
The sky roars with thunder and the ground shakes beneath the colossal armies.
On one side, King Zorak, the North King, stands tall atop a dark mountain ridge, cloaked in shadows. His eyes burn with cruel ambition as he raises his hand, commanding his 500,000 strong army. Despite their number, his troops wear tattered armor and grim expressions—soulless warriors animated by dark magic.
Beside him, the wicked magician Kagutsume no Yurei floats menacingly, chanting in an ancient language. His hands weave complex sigils of shadow and death.
With a final, sharp incantation, Kagutsume unleashes his forbidden spell:
“Veil of Endless Servitude!”
The spell ripples across the battlefield, shrouding the North King’s army in an eerie, shimmering cloak of invisibility. To mortal eyes, the ground seems to ripple like a ghostly ocean. These soldiers are now undying, bound to serve until their bodies crumble or are shattered beyond repair.
Across the valley, the South King Raiku Arkus stands with calm resolve, his radiant armor glowing like a beacon in the dusk. Behind him, ten powerful mages chant harmoniously, channeling their energies to bolster the South Kingdom’s 250,000 elite warriors—each a master of sword and magic, their spirit unyielding.
Raiku’s sword gleams as he charges forward, light trailing like comet tails. He locks eyes with the looming figure of Zorak.
The kings clash--
Zorak’s dark sword slashes through the air, summoning bursts of shadow that attempt to consume Raiku’s radiance. Raiku counters with a Solar Slash, cutting through the darkness with beams of pure light.
The earth splits where their weapons meet, sending shockwaves that topple nearby soldiers.
Despite being outnumbered two to one, Raiku’s army fights with unwavering strength, their discipline and power making every strike count. But the North King’s invisible undead army begins to close the gap, their silent advance threatening to overwhelm the South.

His cruel grin widens, eyes burning like molten lava.
Zorak:
“Foolish Raiku... You cannot hope to stop the inevitable. The world will bow to me—the World Lord!”
Raiku raises his sword high, light bursting from the blade like a halo. His expression is fierce but calm.
Raiku:
“As long as even one breath remains in my people, I will stand against your darkness! The South Kingdom will not fall today!”
Kagutsume no Yurei chants, his hands weaving
sinister glyphs in the air. Shadows coil around him like serpents.
Kagutsume:
“Death’s Embrace, consume them all!”
Dark energy shoots from his palms toward the South’s front line.
Ten South mages form a protective

Kagutsume no Yurei, eyes glowing with malice, floats forward, preparing to unleash a devastating spell to turn the tide further in the North’s favor. But Raiku’s eyes narrow—he knows this battle will require more than sword and magic alone.
The South King’s forces fight valiantly but are visibly overwhelmed. Flames flicker low, and soldiers drop one by one.
Commander:
“We’re losing ground! The undead just keep coming!”
The South mages are casting desperately, their faces strained, their magical energy flickering.
Mage Leader:
“Focus your spells! Don’t let the undead break through!”
A massive wave of invisible undead soldier’s surge forward, breaking the South’s frontline.
South Soldier (shouting):
“Fall back! Fall back!”
The South King Raiku stands tall amidst the chaos, fury burning in his eyes.
Raiku (roaring):
“Enough! I will end this now!”
Raiku clenches his fists, his entire body glowing with blinding golden light, eyes turning pure white.
He unleashes a devastating One Mind Strike — a focused blast of light and energy directed straight at King Zorak.
The world itself held its breath.
Half of the battlefield was consumed by swirling black storms summoned by King Zorak, and the other half glowed in the sacred brilliance of King Raiku Arkus, the Lightbringer. Between them, the earth cracked, burned, froze, and shattered again — a death-zone for any mortal foolish enough to stand between two gods of war.
Raiku stood upright, battle-worn but proud. His white cloak was ripped, his crown fallen, but his aura? Still burning.
Zorak (floating above): “You’re trembling, Raiku. Your armies fall. Your mages burn. Surrender.”
Raiku (raising his blade): “A king does not tremble. The earth does — when I fight.”
The next moment was instant.
They vanished — not teleported, but moved so fast the air cracked behind them.
CLASH!
CLASH!!
BOOMMMM!!!
Their blades collided with the sound of suns imploding — golden light and black fire twisted like two dragons mid-sky. A single strike from Zorak’s Abyss Sickle split a mountain in half behind Raiku. Raiku’s Solar Crescent Slash turned night into a false sunrise.
Zorak summoned cursed clones, each wielding ancient weapons of hell. Raiku danced through them, blade blazing, fists glowing with holy runes — every strike a miniature supernova.
Zorak: “I AM DEATH! I COMMAND SHADOWS!”
Raiku (shouting): “AND I CARRY THE DAWN OF GODS!!”
He roared, igniting Flame of the First King, coating his entire body in golden sun fire. His speed multiplied. His strength warped the ground. He PUNCHED a cursed meteor back into the sky.
But then —
Zorak dropped his limiters.
The sky shattered like glass. A thousand eyes opened behind him. Screams of the damned echoed. He activated Dead Zone Throne: True Demon form — his body mutated into a titan made of shadow bones, crowned with an antlered skull halo.
The realm darkened.
He fired a Void Obliteration Spear, tearing the horizon apart.
Raiku’s mages screamed: “NO HUMAN CAN SURVIVE THAT!!”
Raiku (weakly):
“This... can’t be... the end...”
