Ryoko’s Domination—Even at Work

Shota stared blankly at the desk in front of him.

No—not the desk—the private office bearing the plaque “Special Assignment Sales Division.”

And seated at the center, smiling gracefully, was of course—

“Section Chief of the Special Assignment Sales Division: Ryoko Takahashi.”

“Welcome, Shota-kun♡”

“...Ryoko-senpai, what is this ‘Special Assignment Sales Division’?”

Shota asked, his voice slightly trembling.

“Ufufu♡, this is a division that handles only sales projects crucial to the company’s survival and fate—a department personally commissioned by the president♡”

Ryoko explained cheerfully, but Shota’s face grew even paler.

“What am I supposed to do in such a department!?”

“There’s nothing for you to worry about, Shota-kun.”

Ryoko smiled sweetly.

“I’ll take care of everything♡ All you have to do is stay by my side. All day long♩”

Shota shuddered, but then remembered something important.

Ryoko’s expression halted for just a moment.

Then, the very next second—

Ryoko put on a sad face and spoke wistfully.

“Section Chief Yamada… changed jobs…”

“He said he finally found what he truly wanted to do...I guess he just didn't see eye to eye with our company's corporate culture...”

Shota: “……”

(...Did he really quit?)

(But just the other day, Yamada was shouting, “Shota is mine!”…)

Doubt swirled within him, but Ryoko’s smile radiated an aura that said:

Shota decided not to dig deeper.

And so began Shota’s days in the Special Assignment Sales Division.

On the morning of his first day—

“Shota-kun, I’m heading out first♡”

With that, Ryoko flew off from the balcony.

Panicked, Shota scrambled to get ready and hopped on the train.

Just as he was about to rush into the company building, barely on time, he suddenly found himself floating a few centimeters off the ground and couldn’t move forward.

He felt Ryoko’s presence.

And then—

He was late.

When he arrived at the Special Assignment Sales Division office—

“Shotakun? Have you been slacking off lately~?”

Section Chief Ryoko, beaming, was sitting on her desk with her legs crossed and elbows propped up.

“Uh, I just overslept a little…”

“Overslept!? That’s no good for a working adult… NoNoNo♡”

As Shota looked puzzled, Ryoko walked over with a mischievous smile.

“I think a naughty boy needs a little punishment♩”

“Chief, was that whole floating thing at the entrance your doing? Did you just want to play this whole scenario at the office?”

“Ufufu… of course♩ After all, you were the one who said you wanted me to be your boss♡”

“Eh, that was just a figure of speech…”

“It’s truly a wonderful idea. Why didn’t I do this from the start...? Now then, your punishment for being late will be...

‘A curse that makes you irresistibly motivated to work when Ryoko Chief massages your shoulders♡’”

“That’s kinda borderline power harassment!?”

“Come on now, let’s get those hands moving.”

“Wahh, Chief, the dopamine’s flooding out—I feel so motivated! I want to work! Wait, what is it I’m supposed to be doing again?”

“Your job is simply to be with me, Shota-kun♡”

(I really want to work but… I don’t have any actual work to do… This really is a punishment…)

Shota sighed as Ryoko massaged his shoulders.

“Chief, that’s sexual harassment... This is no different from home, so can I just work remotely instead?”

“No way. The office setting is essential. Shota-kun, you’ll be working where I can keep a close eye on you♡”
