The World Outside

A kid is visible who is no more than 13 years old is standing in front of a large house with a man who was tall and thin.

Then that man asked that kid in a very cold voice

“Once we are inside you will do everything as I say or else you already know what is going to happen right Ningyo?”

Then the boy answered in a voice both cold and distant and one that lacked all emotions,

“Yes sir, I will”

“Good” the man replied.

Then they entered a black car and went inside the house.

Once they entered many maid and butlers were visible who were near the parking space near the big yard of the house,

All were bowing to the man who was inside the car,

Then both Ningyo and the man came out of the car and once they did all the maids and butlers welcomed them in a sync

“Welcome back, lord Minamoto”

Then with a sweet smile Kyo Minamoto replied with a nod.

And then asked “Where are Kazuto and Kazuya?”

“They are inside the house sir”

An old man in the butlers uniform replied .

“I could not wait to see my precious children, Its been a long time since I saw then”

kyo Minamoto replied in a sweet voice.

Looking at this Ningyo couldn’t help but get filled with more hatred for Kyo Minamoto,

(This man has the audacity to smile like that after doing what he did to us, Anyway I have to get myself together is not the time to think about that and lets put my focus on the task in hand)

Then they both continued to enter the house while getting escorted by the butler,

But in the way they could hear mild wispers of the maids

‘Who is this child with lord Minamoto?’, ‘What do you think is his relationship with lord Minamoto?’, and many others.

But ignoring all this they both continued to go inside,

And then they opened the door beyond the door were 2 people both wearing traditional Japanese clothes one male and one female, both had blonde hairs and fair skin, they were 17 or 18 years old, they looked very similar as if they were twins.

Then they both bowed in sync while saying

“Welcome back father.”

To which Kyo Minamoto replied

“I am back”

Then the gaze of those people fall on Ningyo who was standing there like a statue,

Their gaze was filled with confusion and questions.

Kyo Minamoto saw their gaze and then he with a smile gently placed his hand on Ningyo’s back and said

“This is Ningyo his parents used to work for our company, but…

(The smile from his face disappeared and a hint of sadness appeared on his face)

But in a tragic accident they both died…..

And he has no one to call his family…. So till I find a good place for him to live in he will be living with us .

Is it alright with you guys?”

To which the boy replied

“Its no problem father, we will treat him like our little brother”

“Good to hear”

Then kyo looked at hus watch and says

“oh my look at the time I have a meeting in 30 minutes,

(With a disappointed look)

Looks like I have to take my leave for now”

“No worries Father”

Then kyo whispered in Ningyo’s ear

“while I am gone, you will not say anything strange to them right?”

“Yes sir I will not” Ningyo replied.

After that Kyo left and then the boy came forward and he bought his hand forward for a handshake and says

“Hi Ningyo, Nice to meet you,

I am Kazuto,

Think of me as your big brother.”

To which Ningyo gave him a handshake and said

“Yes I will, Lord Kazuto”

To which Kazuto replied in a awkward tone,

“Please drop the lord part first ok”

“I will try” Ningyo added

Then Kazuto went on to introduce the girl who was standing there

“And she is my sister Kazuya”

To which Kazuya bows and says

“Nice to meet you.”

To which Ningyo replied with bowing and saying

“Nice to meet you too maam”

Then with a little laughter Kazuya says

“This kid has more manners then you Kazuto.”

To which Kazuto replied

“You might be right there”

Then they both continued chatting,

At the same time Ningyo looks at Kazuto and thinks

(So this is Kazuto the guy, Mr Reaper told me about,

He looks like a kind person, the type of people I hate the most.)
