The world outside (part -2)

(So, he is Kazuto , he looks like a kind person the type of person I hate the most)

This was what Ningyo thought after meeting Kazuto the son of Kyo Minamoto.

After the meeting they went inside the house where Kazuto showed Ningyo the house, He showed Ningyo the house, halls ,and introduced him to the people who worked there,

And after that they went to the garden where they both sat at the sitting area where Kazuto asked Ningyo

“You drink tea or should I call something else for you?”

“I drink tea”, Ningyo replied.

“Ok, got it”

Kazuto then continued to ask the maid for some tea for them.

Then Kazuto asked, “Are you alright?”

“Yes sir I am alright.” Ningyo replied

“Do not use sir for me ok, well anyway you looked like you were not present here and were thinking about something?”

(Then with a panic Ningyo replied in a fast voice.)

“So sorry about that, it will not happen again, very sorry.”

Then with a calm expression Kazuto tried to calm Ningyo by saying,

“Easy there buddy, no need to apologize, I understand what you are going through, right now”

Then with a deep breathe Kazuto continued,

“I know its hard, what you are going through in life right now only you can understand,

I will not pretend that I can understand it,

But I do know that it is hard to loose a very important member of your life and then to go and live with strangers,

I know it is though on you.

But I can help you get familiar with us.”

Then with a pause he continued

“first stop calling me sir, ok.

You can call me brother, bro or anything you want but not sir ok

Am I clear?”

To which Ningyo replied “I understand brother.

Then Kazuto smiled a little and at that time the tea also arrived,

Kazuto took a sip of his tea and then started telling about himself,

“So, As you already know I am Kazuto Minamoto and I am 17 years old and Kazuya is my twin sister we were both born here in this country,

One year after we were born we went to foreign country, where we used to live with our mother,

But…. (With a pause) but she passed away when were 15 since then we shifted back here where we now live with our father,

(Something in his tone shifted it became a little cold)

But he is a busy person so he stays busy most of the time,

he is travelling attending meetings but I don’t blame him for it…..”

(With a pause)

“Well enough about me, now tell me about yourself.”

Then to which Ningyo became a little tense, which was too less to notice and then he started saying

“I am Ningyo, I am 13 years old and I was born in a poor household in the countryside, my parents used to work in your fathers company as you already know, but 2 days earlier they both died in car crash.”

Then he requested to Kazuto, “can we not talk about it please.”

Then Kazuto replied in a apologetic voice,

“yeah you don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to,

I am very sorry.”

“You don’t have to apologize.”

Then Kazuto stood up from his seat and said “Well anyway it’s time I saw you your room.”

To which Ningyo noded

Then they went inside the house where Kazuto showed Ningyo his room where he will be living.

“If you need any help you can all the maids or you can come to my room it’s the 2nd room to the right.”

Kazuto said and then he left him in his room.

When Ningyo saw his room he saw a big cardboard box on his bed,

Which were his only belongings.

After seeing the box Ningyo felt a mix of relief and sadness at the same time.

Then he quickly opened the box there were 99 items in it, in total.

Then he gave a sigh of relief.

Then he thinks to himself,

‘At least I can complete my promise to all of them now,

Now I have to fulfil the promise before Mr Reaper's makes a move.’
