Chapter 0:
Quiet Seat, Loud Heart
There wasn’t anything special about you.
Not to them, anyway.
Every day felt the same — walk into school, stay quiet, sit in class, eat alone. You weren't popular, you weren't loud, you weren’t the kind of person people noticed.
And maybe you got used to that.
You knew which tables were always full.
Which girls laughed the loudest.
Which guys always got attention — the ones with sharp haircuts and confidence that walked ahead of them like a shadow.
You weren’t like them.
You were the background character. The silent observer.
The guy who brought his lunch, stared at the floor too much, and said exactly what was needed to get through the day — and nothing more.
Your seat in the canteen was always the same:
Far left. Two tables from the corner.
Close to the window, far from everyone else.
People passed by.
Talked.
Laughed.
Sometimes even bumped into your chair — but never stopped.
No one sat there.
No one asked about you.
And maybe… deep down… you believed no one ever would.
But stories don’t stay still forever.
Sometimes, even the quietest seats…
Get noticed.
