Chapter 6:

Little Dipper

Shorts

Traveling down the road eastward with a busted brake pedal. When we all pull in different directions, nothing happens, of course, everything cancels out vectorwise, and we continue onward in constant motion. Red and orange glow on the horizon, the sun doesn’t set that way. Seeing this, we pull harder, but the problem is the same. Polarization depolarizes our waves. I think we ran over someone back there.

Generations are found, it seems, only in retrospect, once their time has already passed. Perhaps, by then, it will be too late.

We definitely just hit another person. And there’s someone on the gas.

In the twilight, can we find our immovable? If we can’t find it, can we at least imagine it? If we can’t imagine it, can we at least stop pulling on each other?

We don’t have much time. And we can’t keep going straight.
