Prologue - Kamino Tsutomu.

(Time & Date: 2:05 AM, May 9th, 2023. Location: Saitama, Japan. With Saitama’s Police Prefecture blocking off the streets towards the crime scene, many officers at the scene were disgusted at the grotesque mess of blood that was left by the assailant before escaping from the crime scene.)

Prefecture Officer #1: “This is… horrible. This is the forty-seventh victim this year from the same killer!”

Prefecture Officer #2: “We’ve come so close to capturing him several times. How is it that he keeps getting away so easily?! Detective, you must know something that we don't know about this guy!”

(This detective was shown a tall and highly intelligent woman. With the detective taking off her glasses after examining what weapon was used, she then began to speak on what she knew and how the victim was murdered.)

Yoshino Ari (Saitama City Detective): “He used a silencer pistol. He attempted to pull a quieter kill around the same time he planted a smoke bomb to detonate to give everyone a reason to evacuate.”

Prefecture Officer #3: “What kind of planning was this?! How did he even execute this flawlessly..?”
Yoshino: “He must’ve planned this overnight. Setting the smoke bomb in the vents of the restaurant and it must’ve detonated during the woman’s meal.”
“Prefecture Officer #4: “Such a damned monster, it won’t belong before we catch him!”
Yoshino: “We’re talking about the same guy responsible for two hundred counts of murders and homicides combined. This is no regular human being, he is a monster living among us. Someone with the ability to murder up to two hundred people and not get caught is a walking nightmare to the country of Japan. …Kamino Tsutomu, I will capture you myself if it takes the rest of my life.”

(As this killing spree assailant has now been named Kamino Tsutomu, Yoshino would wrap things up on her end before giving out further instruction to the other dispatched teams. Meanwhile at the same time at an assassin’s hideout within the south of Saitama, Kamino himself was currently resting after cashing in his 200th successful kill with a deep rinse within a luxury shower he was gifted for his hard work. With Kamino eventually stepping out of the shower, the 6’3 assassin himself was drying off his long silvery hair, stretching down to the top of his waist then cleans the steam off of the bathroom mirror, admiring his cold eyes and his grey colored pupils as the very sight of his own face was enough to even scare himself.)

Kamino Tsutomu (Japan’s Most Wanted Criminal | Nickname: Silver): “…How is it that I even give myself the chills? Eh. Probably a family thing.”

(Kamino would ignore his thoughts before redressing himself in his normal casualwear, black steel toe boots with black cargo pants, dark blue colored motorcycle gloves, and a dark ocean blue colored trench coat to match his gloves. Without forgetting his special locket he keeps with him and around his neck, Kamino would then dye his hair into a black color to hide his silvery hair which he was born with.)

Kamino: “Well since it’s still late out, I wonder what I could eat at this time...”

(With a sudden knock on the door, Kamino flinched at the noise before dropping his hair dye onto his floor. Irritated at the mess he’s made but ignored it for the time being and rushed to the door, forcefully opening as a sign of anger.)

Kamino: “What?! What is it?!”

(At the door was a frightened young boy, carrying a school bag full of his belongings as he was then terrified to speak. Suddenly, Kamino quickly realized who the kid was and apologized immediately after raising his voice.)

Kamino: “Oh crap.. Jun look, I’m sorry. I didn’t realize you were coming down here, didn’t the boss tell you to leave me a message?”

(To stop himself from crying, the young boy would then wipe his tears then sniffles before answering Kamino.)

Jun Sekino (Middle School Student): “I tried to leave a message b-but your phone was off…”

Kamino: “Oh… Sorry about that. I had to leave it off during my mission.”
Jun: “I-It’s okay… You really scared me there, sir… Anyway, my dad wanted me to bring this to you, it’s a milestone check for completing two hundred jobs, congratulations by the way!”
Kamino: “Well, tell your dad I thank him for this, really. And thanks for bringing it to me, kid.”

(With Jun then departing back to his father’s office, Kamino would close the door and confidently yet slowly open his letter, expecting a check to be inside the envelope. With a small light emitting from the envelope, Kamino pays it no mind as he fully pulled out the check, then is suddenly surrounded by a blinding light for a short period of time. With the light vanishing and Kamino finally opens his eyes, he was no longer in his hideout, but is now inside an undisclosed location, surrounded by hundreds of cloaked worshippers and sitting on a throne coated with nothing but darkness was an unknown woman who had summoned Kamino.)

Cloaked Worshipper #1: “This is one of Earth’s most feared killers?!”
Cloaked Worshipper #2: “How can a human actually be deemed a fearsome adversary?! They’re fleshy and weak!”
Cloaked Worshipper #3: The guy’s tall but he looks gloomy, is this a joke?!”
Cloaked Worshipper #4: Who knew humans had no taste in fashion?!”

(With many worshipers disliking and disapproving of Kamino’s appearance, the woman upon the throne would raise her leg up high and slam the back of her heel, made entirely of crystal onto her obsidian formed throne, demanding silence.)

???: “SILENCE!”

(With nobody daring to say another word, Kamino finally had a chance to speak.)

Kamino: “…Uh. Okay, this is all new to me so I’m just gonna go ahead and ask… What the hell is this, where the hell am I and who the hell are all of you and who the hell are you sitting on that throne?!”

(With the woman then rising from her throne and descending from step to step to come face to face with Kamino, her very attire would be less revealing to the eyes of her worshippers and even Kamino. However, what took his interest about her was the exact cold eyes she shares with Kamino, the two seen as cold-eyed killers. With the woman then reaching the final step and standing where she is, she was revealed to be two inches taller than Kamino, standing at exactly 6’5.)

Adiri (Villain Empress): “Introductions are needed at first. I am Adiri, the Villain Empress. Where you currently are is my town in the capital of Elderborough. You are currently in the town of Stroywell, or known to the humans in our world as Villain City and lastly, this is my throne room. The ones surrounding us are my subordinates, devious villains just like you, Kamino Tsutomu.”
Kamino: “Okay… You know my name, totally not weird at all. Oh wait, yes the hell it is. How do you even know my name?!”
Adiri: “I’ve summoned you to our world for a purpose. I will answer all questions you have if you can do one thing.”
Kamino: “And that is…?”

(With a sudden bow on all fours, this would scare even her subordinates into believing Kamino is actually controlling Adiri but he was not. She is actually bowing on all fours intentionally and she finally speaks of her wish.)

Adiri: “Mister Kamino, please fight alongside us and assist us in annihilating the Hero Clan.”
