When I saw the figure of the wounded escort who was crawling out of the room, I realized something. The men under Shihtzu’s command were making moves to usurp the authority of the underground. 

Whatever kind of guy Shihtzu himself is, his position and those who follow him are real.

The fat pig rose with a snort and a flush of anger. Shihtzu's men advanced to take down the leaders of the underground. One took a liquor bottle which was on the table and slammed it down on a head of a hoodlum.

A shattering bottle. Splintering debris. And with that momentum, the hat the leader was wearing flew off.

As chaotic situation unfolded. The hoodlums were in a panic, and the guest nobles were astonished to see a power struggle happening in their vicinity.

Along with those words, the guys who came along with Shihtzu gave a broad grin. “You guys, I want this bastard beaten to a pulp no straighten him up dear me dear me dear me!”

They’re like bodyguards, yet they’re not warriors. But they don’t seem to be respectable either. That said, dozens of Shihtzu's men with bottles, chairs, blunt instruments and so on in their hands were in front of hoodlums in a stand-off.

We could hear screams that even the Minister didn’t even expect.

“Giiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!!”

A chilling voice came out from the back of the room, collecting miasma and that shadow was not alone.

“KIIIILL HUUMAAANSS”

With the screams of the bloodied man, shadows wriggled in the darkness.

The size of the shadows varied. Some have a physique no different from ours, while others are obviously several times larger.

And in some places, the shapes of the shadows were different from humans. One of these entities, who gives off a strange ambiance, stepped into the gambling hall, raised its huge arm, and tried to swing it down at the crawling man, and at the same time revealed its full figure. 

Normally, if such an unexpected event happens, you can’t move immediately. At the very least, I observed it, thinking about what to do.

The girth was about two times bigger than that of a normal person. Screaming “Free…kill…you…I’ll kill you!”

Its whole body was covered in green skin, the hands were sharp sickle-like arms. The expression, completely different from that of a human being, was that of an insect.

“A… Praying Mantis?”

“This thing… a giant human-shaped mantis. Mantis race!?”

It’s a monster that I’ve only seen in picture books. A race that is extremely ferocious and has been designated as a dangerous species.

Shihtzu was panicking at the unexpected. “Hey, what’s going on? Why is that bug loose, darn it?”

Then, upon closer inspection, Mantis’s ankle was dragging along broken chains and shackles.

The moment the guests understood that everyone turned pale and started running away in panic.

“H, hey, what that monster… n-no way…”

“Run away, kaaa”

The mantis monster started slicing through the guests and guards. “Cursed humans. I’ll have you clear away my grudges!”

Another humanoid figure leapt out of the shadows and started slicing up the guests. 

Light brown skin. The voluptuous body which could easily charm men was covered with a tattered long skirt and a short shirt which stopped at her navel. Oh, a woman.

Her long purple hair was damaged from being restrained for so long, but it doesn’t detract from the woman’s beauty. However, the ears protruding from under the long hair proved that the woman was not human.

I said, “Dark Elf, hey, come on, are you serious?”

Yes, it’s a dark elf. I’m seeing one for the first time, too.

In addition, not as much as the Mantis, it is the first demon that appeared with a massive, muscular body. A Cyclops. “Uga, kill… Uga, eat… raid”

A small demon appeared from underneath the cyclops’ feet. “Gigigigigi, Gi, Gii!”

I said, “Goblin?”

Four demons who appeared were released from their restraints.

It seems that Shihtzu brought them in, but apparently, they saw an opening and broke out of the restraints. But before we could figure out who they were and what circumstances they were under.

The hoodlums guarding the underground did the opposite of Shihtzu. They reorganized and attempted to stop the monsters. “Rather than thinking, run, risk it all, fight and protect!! That’s it!!”

Enuma said to me, "Hmm, it is why they are hoodlums because they are emotional, quick handed, and simple-minded folk. Actually there are times when such is indispensable."

Even though I was shocked by the four demons who showed up. At the same time, I felt a little miserable, but I was amazed at the hoodlums and laughed.

The dark elf called out, “Oh, I won’t let you get away! Everyone here dies!”

The Dark Elf started running to attack the fleeing guests. Shihtzu drew back and shouted in a trembling voice. “Hunting in a forbidden area on human territory the female dark elf poacher, Skevern. The same is true for others! The Assailant Cyclops, Bowei, the Goblin Potato Thief, Yasashi, the Escaped Pet Mantis, Toulowe! No, I’ve kept you all alive and you’ve forgotten what I’ve done for you, what’s the meaning of this?”

Shihtzu shouted out the names and charges of the four who aren’t even of the same tribe, much less human. I was a little concerned about the charges, but rather than a debt of gratitude, at the very least the other party seemed to harbor a grudge.

In response to such a crime, the dark elf shouted, “There’s no balance between the crime and the punishment I’ve tasted. Do you know what I suffered in the women’s prison because I’m a demon? Generally, poaching? Such foolishness. That mountain was originally home to our village. It was overrun by the filthy Imperial Army!”

The dark elf Skevern turned her murderous intent on the minister. The minister's guards stepped up to defend Shihtzu from the dark elf woman. 

The Mantis, who started running, swung its sickle-like arms. I saw a small window and decided to make a move. I was still wearing my mask, and was still near the origin of the stand-off of Shihtzu's power play to take control. 

I used my newfound parkour skills, moved quickly and none of the guards noticed. I grabbed Minister Shihtzu, and quickly moved to spot and dropping him at spot in front of the mantis. 

Apparently, it was trying to kill humans indiscriminately. I escaped the slicing path with more quick parkour. Watch as the minister got butchered into pieces, barely noticed Minister Shihtzu let out a massive curling scream before decapitation. 

I was nervous, should I be happy? I did intentional make sure the corrupt minister died. I also helped my father indirectly too. 

Enuma smirked, "No, boy. In a sense, this is a win."

The dark elf Skevern noticed, but too late. She seemed upset that the Mantis took the kill of her targeted anger. "Oh, the minister is dead. Congrats Toulowe, you took my kill."

Then mantis Toulowe stopped, and looked around. It said, "KILL MORE!!"

I was still using my flicker step to parkour to save location to remain unnoticed. 

Oh, I can see the trajectory perfectly now. I saw the path to stop the demons rampaging. 

Enuma delighted, "You have come to enter the zone at this time."

At that time, the voice of Enuma, who seemed to be in a good mood, reached my ear. "Dynamic visual acuity, Peripheral vision and it bloomed to grasp the existence around oneself. Everything from the speed, size and even the sense of distance, so long as you enter the extreme concentration state of the zone, boy. No one will be able to catch you anymore!"

Well, that’s far from the point. Don’t let your guard down. Focus, concentrate. I’m not simply going to ward it off anymore.

The moment Toulowe attacked and tried to pull his arm back, I will inconspicuously flicker at once. I said, “Here!”

A huge and strong mantis body. Half-hearted blows will not work. I wanted do 1-shot take it out by aiming at the neck, but Toulowe was most likely to guard against that.

So, I had to aim for another point and now that everything looked slow. My field of view is wide, and my concentration has increased, I realized that looking closely at Toulowe’s body, there’s a spot where I can hit as much as I want.

I strike while activating my Light of Gaia Breakthrough quickly on and off, as I flicker past and come back to strike the legs of the Mantis and, because it jumped in without fear of the injury. 

The high-speed rush of lefts and rights were beat into the body. Toulowe’s body wobbled for a moment by the blow.

Now was the time to strike. Toulowe’s weak point might be his neck, but I don’t have to aim for it. Already struck with a smash, corkscrew and body blow. 

Toulowe’s legs seemed to have already reached their limits. He was beaten with my fist, his body was hurt, and his movement was already dull. Unlike previous high-speed attacks, he focused his strength on a single point.

In the end, mantis fell down on the spot with a thud. I had to end the rampage of the demons, and the biggest one took my focus. Even though it helped me eliminate the pig of Minister.
