The sky is dark and cloudy. The absence of sunlight makes the surroundings incredibly gloomy. In the damp house, the silence in the room almost makes it feel like an uninhabited building. It is as if hell has fallen from the sky. Many people say that hell is not above but in the lowest layer of the earth, but that is true and, at the same time, not entirely true.
Whether it came from the sky or from the ground, hell has now truly appeared in the country. A very small country, not worth a second glance, let alone a mention. Only one treasure is worth fighting for spices. The country is in a state of war, which has caused all its inhabitants to perish overnight.
The war to seize the treasure has claimed the lives of many innocent children. A great deal of virtue and hope was instilled from an early age to fight against those who colonized the land. However, after successfully liberating their country, the war has not truly ended.
A scruffy black-haired boy runs down the street without wearing any footwear. He does not care about the broken glass or even the gravel hurting his feet, he keeps running in one direction and then breaks down a half-broken door of one of the damp houses.
"Ningsih! Are you okay?!" The boy asks in a loud voice that echoes inside the house. His breathing is erratic, and his legs are trembling from exhaustion.
The little girl, who hears her name being called, immediately comes out of the room. Hugging a doll, she smiles and runs joyfully toward the boy.
"Brother!" Her loud, sweet, and positive voice makes the 12-year-old boy smile happily.
Ningsih hugs her older brother tightly as if she has missed him for a long time. The same goes for her brother, who is very happy to finally be reunited with his little sister.
"Brother, are we going to get out of here?"
"My smart little sister, you can write, count, and read better than I can. I know you want to leave, but it's not safe right now."
"Why?"
"Dad and Mom have fallen. Only the two of us are left. So, save your valuable knowledge, never show it to anyone until we are completely safe, okay?"
Ningsih nods her head and says, "I understand, brother.""Good." He gently strokes Ningsih's head. "I'm going out for a bit to distract the people in the village."
"You'll come back, right?"
"Yes."
Even though the war has ended and the country is free, it doesn't mean that conflicts just disappear.Once a person gains power, everything seems to belong to them. The world feels unfair, but this is reality. Greed blinds their eyes, and the true nature of high-ranking officials begins to show like a wolf's fangs. This leads to civil war, either openly or secretly.
The boy then thinks as he sees the chaos among the villagers, "In the end, nothing has changed. Will it be like this forever? If so, what's the point of living?"
He, who has experienced life-and-death situations in the middle of the war, must now face the bitter reality of the dark side of humanity. He, who is still young, must survive by any means necessary for his beloved sister. He, a helpless, weak human, bravely holds a weapon while suppressing his fear and his cowardly nature.
Amidst the confusing rise and fall of chaos, someone who looks like a nobleman appears.
He says, "History may not repeat itself. However, war will never end."

The life-and-death situation the man experienced comes back to him when he falls into a steep river. Dimly, Mahendra sees a black crystal slowly shatter, and a woman dressed in all white appears, then swims towards him.
Her long white hair and long white dress revealed her curves, revealing a shroud-like figure. Her golden eyes, shining in the darkness of the water like crystals from another realm, stare at a pair of red eyes that are fading and finally disappearing.
"Who?"
The warm sunlight spreads over his soaked body. A slight breeze is felt, and the sound of small birds can be heard. Mahendra finally wakes up and finds himself alive and healthy. Although he does not know if the ancient spell will act up again, at least he feels safe with his personality still intact.
Spontaneously, he turns to the left. He does not know what he is thinking, but suddenly he wants to look to the left, and he is very surprised by the presence of a girl in all white, who has a contrasting color to his, sleeping beside him.
"Huh?!" In his shock, his eyes widen. Mahendra then changes his position to a sitting one and confirms his sight correctly.
"A woman? A human? A complete human?" In his confusion, he looks for other living beings. He finds a number of fish swimming in the river, and all the fish are just skeletal frames swimming with a life aura.
"These fish are alive, but I see them as skeletal frames swimming, just as I see living humans as skulls, but..." Mahendra says, then looks at the girl again. He asks himself again, "...why do I see her as a complete human?"
A girl with flesh, skin, and everything else that makes a real human. Not only that, but this girl also looks so beautiful, like an houri or celestial maiden from heaven. It is like a blessing has come to him, Mahendra still can't believe what is in front of him now.
The girl then wakes up not long after Mahendra looks at her closely. She opens her eyes, which look like bright golden gems. Her long, beautiful eyelashes are quite delicate, and her skin is absolutely flawless and white.
"A beautiful houri." Mahendra spontaneously says.
The golden-eyed girl blinks for a moment before finally sitting on the same grass. She looks at Mahendra while smiling with her red lips. A pure beauty that is hard to find in any race, truly a very rare beauty that makes Mahendra unable to look away from her.
"Who are you?"
The girl simply shook her head, a sign that she didn't know. It seemed she had lost her memory, not knowing what had happened before this. However, Mahendra felt it wasn't right to continue being involved with her.
Meanwhile, in another place. The Royal Palace of Murcia.
The King gave a command, ordering the victims of that night to appear before him. Dozens of students were injured, and at least all of them knew Mahendra. Many of them testified that Mahendra was the culprit, but at the same time, they asked for his forgiveness.
"Your Majesty, Mahendra is not a bad person as you think. He was just stressed. He lost control for a moment."
"Lost control for a moment? So much that you all were quite seriously injured? If there hadn't been a healing spell from the gods, you would all still be lying in your beds!"
A figure with power equivalent to a god, who had just been mentioned, now appeared with a face of anger and disappointment. He walked into the throne room, standing and looking at the king arrogantly. He was the God of a Speck of Light, Zia.
"I have healed them, but it is not completely finished because what attacked them was not ordinary magical power," he explained.
"What?!" The King was so shocked to hear the news.
"That's right, what attacked them was not ordinary magical power but evil magic. The student named Mahendra who attacked you all is a Devourer Destiny!" he declared bluntly.
The 5th Princess, who was accompanying the king, now looked nervous upon hearing that. She averted her gaze as if reluctant to admit that Mahendra had committed the evil deed.
