[Anime Review] - Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin (Mynoghra)

This is my first impression/half-baked review of an anime called Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin (Mynoghra)

I was actually not interested in watching this, but it's on Muse Asia, and it was viewed by 500k people, so I thought I'd give it a try.
First impression, not really great. I might revisit this to share my thoughts more fully after it's finished airing, but for now, it's just mediocre.

Animation.
It's okay, I guess. Not too bad, not too great. It's watchable.

OST/SFX
I like this! No, actually. I love it. It's pretty damn good for the opening and ending of an Overlord-type anime like this. A bit disappointing about the animation that goes with the OP, though, it feels not engaging enough as the song plays. However, that could just be me, because CawcawTV liked it.
SFX also sounds good. I'm just going to give the two thumbs up.

Story/Plot
Again, it didn't grasp me in the first three episodes. It's a really long worldbuilding, huh?
I'm not hating it, it just feels bland.
I would definitely be back when episode 12 aired, but for now, it feels like deja vu. Too much information, but there isn't much plot to go.
I guess building a civilization is a plot, there is that. But if that's the direction of the story on the first arc, I would rather control it than see the author making it, you know what I mean? I played Sid Meier's Civ. a lot, and I didn't need guidance.

VA
Actually goated. I actually want to stay a bit more to hear Atou talk, but the plot is stopping me from continuing. It's hard to watch because it's so slow and kind of boring.

Character
It's a well-thought-out character. Again, don't get me wrong! I don't hate the story and characters; it just feels too slow for my liking. They spent 3 episodes in the same place, and it feels like the animator is trying to reduce cost by reillustrating, recoloring, and reanimating the same place. I'm not judging, it's just hard not to say that.
I hope there will be progress made after the first 3 episodes. I really want this to be as good as Overlord, man. I really do, because the worldbuilding is so interesting.

Conclusion
I will put this on hold for now, and after it finishes airing, I (Hopefully) will come back and fully talk about it.

First impression 5/10
In the middle, cause it's... well, you know, it could go up or down depending on my liking. You guys can judge it for yourself from my first impression.
