Before It All Happend (Hostage)

It was free time, my friends and I sat at the school cafeteria table near the exit. We were talking about the new popular comic that came out a short while ago. It was about a guy named Mark, who got summoned into the kingdom of Avaleit and his task was to lead the war against the Demon-King and his army of monsters.

But that's when we heard the loud noise of a police siren and loud barging footsteps,

I turned my head to see eight men wearing ski masks covering their faces, they were all dressed in pitch-black leather. The group was also armed with pistols and three of them held a bag full of what I would have guessed to be money. Everyone in the cafeteria immediately stood up and abandon whatever they did. Everyone was cautious, it wasn't normal for a group of grown men in black leather and ski mask's to come and barge into a school cafeteria and the police siren to be heard as well.

I looked at the window on the other side of the cafeteria, police cars were parked, and police officers could be seen going through the entrance.

A thin man from the group came out pointing a gun at a blond girl from the table beside me and to my surprise pulled the trigger of the gun and all of us heard the bang and saw the girl fall on her knees and then on the floor lifelessly while a pit of blood was around her on the ground "That's what happens if you resist"

the two girls who were formerly sitting with the dead girl had a terrified faces and held their hand against their lips to not scream, I saw tears form in their eyes.

Since I and my group were the closest to the exit, I was the closest out of my group of friends. Then a tall, muscular man I guessed to be the boss had scars all over his left and right arm. He walked towards me, grabbed me by my shirt collar, and grabbed my military-style hair with his left hand while pointing his gun towards my head with his right. " Hey" I barked 'I used a long time preparing my hair this morning, I wanted to look cool and impress my friends. Remove your hand this instant and apologize you damned bastard' I tried to sound badass and authoritative.

Alex POV:

Is my best friend in his right mind right now, someone is literally pointing a gun towards you're head and you're talking about your hair. No one cares if you used a long time to copy Levi's. And you're tone, are you gonna boss over a mafia boss 

If you're like this while someone is doing something as insane and scary as that

then you're probably fantasizing about GTA or Call of Duty right now

My face twitched slightly but I soon remained calm as I had a plan

Blake POV:

"Okay boys, just grab some random kiddos and don't let them get away if we want the cops to let us go we need hostages," the man said with his raspy and deep voice without paying attention to me "Yes boss on it, you hear that baby's you better stay right where you're at" and like he said no one dared to move they blocked the escape route so there was no such thing as running away. I never thought to see a mafia boss in my life.

"Please let Blake and the other people in the cafeteria go if it's money you are after we'll give you everything we have on us, as long as you let all of us go' Alex said. What a good best friend I thought to myself while trying to remove the man's grip from my hair then the man holding me brought his face down to level with my ear and whispered " if you try to resist I'll kill you and just take another hostage." We have already robbed more than enough the only thing we want is to escape and enjoy the money" one said answering Alex's question

"Hands up the police is coming in" and so they did 14-16 policemen and policewomen came in armed

that's when the boss spoke up "we got hostages so if you don't want losses to let us go" then a policeman came out of the police crowd with a megaphone, I guessed that he was the leader of this patrol "What if we let you go in exchange for the student's life and safety"

the police officer said through the megaphone. What are they doing call the FBI helicopter team or something, corners them I thought It maybe wasn't the time to have fantasy's of GTA police officers arresting crooks.

even though the police officers had a nice and soothing voice I knew it was a lie, it was the police's duty to capture crooks

The boss smirked "that's more like it, cops but I'm not stupid as soon as we let the valuable hostages go you'll arrest us"

I thought that the mafia boss had let his guard down a so I tried on last time to push him away from me despite his warning. I freed myself and attempted to run away from the thug of a man, but he reacted fast and pointed the gun at the running me. And that's when I heard a loud bang and at the same moment I felt something heavy go right through my head and I felt my eyelids become significantly heavier the world became blurry and left me and I blacked out.
