The First Adventure!

After the Knight had joined the team, Haruto wanted a name for the team, so he asked everyone, including the maid. "We need a name for the team! Anyone got any ideas?" Then, Aurora stood up. "I have one! How about.. Yeah, I have no idea." "Me too.." Kaelen and Vanessa say in unison. "Totally Useless... Damn, it's already night outside." Haruto stands up, going to his room for sleep. "Goodnight, guys. The day went by pretty quickly today." Haruto says, very tired. "Goodnight, Haruto!" The three say in unison. The next day. "Do you guys wanna go on a hike?" Haruto asked. "Yeah, sure!" All 3 say together. The 4 then get their stuff and head out. "Which mountain?" Aurora asked. "Hm... How about... The country's second biggest mountain? Logea?" Kaelen says. "Yeah, okay, I don't have a problem with that." Vanessa and Haruto say. The 4 then leave the mansion. "Good luck, guys!" The maid says, worried. "No need for that, we'll come back alive!" The 4 say in unison. "This is gonna be a long walk..." Kaelen says. He's still pretty scared. "Don't worry, though, we'll take the horses once we're there!" Haruto tries to cheer him up. It was a long walk, though the 4 finally reached the mountain. Once they reached it, they took the horses, got on them, and went up the hill with the horses. "It's so hot.." Aurora whined. "I know, right?" Vanessa replied. "It's gonna be worth it tho," Kaelen says. Before Haruto could say something, people from the Maw appeared, about 10 of them. "Not good..." Haruto says, worried. The mawists charge at them. Kaelen blocks their attacks with his sword before they can harm him. "Thanks, Kaelen!" Aurora says. Kaelen tries to use his abilities, Tho it wasn't working. All attacks from him were getting cancelled by Haruto. "Huh..?" Kaelen was confused. "What the hell? Where'd you get that from, dude?" Haruto then uses Avarice's special weapon, the executioner. "Whoa.. Dude, where'd you get that weapon?" Kealen was surprised. "Uh.. Don't worry about it." Time freezes, and Haruto gets teleported to Avarice's domain. "Let me use your power!" Haruto says to Avarice. "Hm.. Fine." Haruto gets teleported to the real world, and time resumes. "I was hoping I didn't have to fight today, but you didn't give me any choice." Haruto says. He was very annoyed. Haruto sends lightning strikes at the Mawists, killing half of them. He charges at them with his sword, which was glowing with power. quickly cutting them in half, one by one. The mawists scream in pain. "We're sorry! Spare us!" Haruto was disgusted at the Mawists. "I only spare innocents, you disgusting apes." Haruto then beheaded the rest of them. "Brutal. But hey, they deserved it." Aurora says, Happy they're gone now. The 4 then continue going up the mountains. After around 2 hours, they finish going up half the mountain. Then they stop to take a break. "Anyone thirsty? The water here is the cleanest in the country." Haruto says, pointing at the flowing water. "Uh.. I guess I'll try it." Vanessa tries it and she is amazed. "Whoa... It's.. so good.." The others try it too and have the same reactions as Vanessa. "Told ya! Anyway, we will stay here for a bit, and we will go on foot then. It's too dangerous to go with the horse now." "Alright." The 3 say in unison. After around 30 minutes, the 4 then went back to hiking. "Careful!" Kaelen says. The path was very broken, making it easy to fall and die. After they pass the bad path, they continue, not stopping at all. After they reach the good part of the path, they sit down and admire the view. While they may not have been fully up the mountain, they still were amazed. "Come on, we have to keep going now." Kaelen breaks the silence. "You're right. Come on, guys!" Haruto says happily. After a long and tiring hike, they reach the top. "It's so.. Beautiful!" Aurora says. she was amazed by the view once again. "We should find a spot for the camp." Haruto says. "Yeah, you're right." Vanessa replies. "I found a spot!" Vanessa says, smiling. The 3 then go and check the spot. "That's.. Gorgeous!" They say in unison. It was a breathtaking view. Mountains surrounding the spot with a beautiful view of wild horses. As the night rolled in, the 4 set up their camp. Once they all finished setting it up, they sat down next to the campfire. They could even see the nearby galaxy with their naked eyes now. It was truly an amazing sight to see. "I'm glad we came here." Aurora breaks the silence. "You're right, we're all glad that we decided to come." They all say in unison." They then all go into their tents. "Goodnight, everyone!" Haruto says happily while smiling. "Night!" The other 3 say in unison. The next day, Haruto woke up early in the morning. He went to the horses and then tried to ride one. After a few attempts, the horse finally didn't kick him off. "Finally!" Haruto screams with joy. "I'll name you.. Hm... Peter! We're now best friends, Peter!" Haruto smiled and laughed. Vanessa woke up from the screaming. She came out of her tent worried. "Are you okay, Haruto?" She asked. She was surprised. Haruto? Riding a wild horse? It was a funny and unexpected sight to see. "Hop on!" Haruto told her. "Is it safe..?" She asked. "Totally safe!" Haruto answered her question, reassuring her. Vanessa slowly hops on. "I forgot to say, this is Peter! My new best friend!" "Your new best friend?" She giggled. "Hey! I'm serious!" Haruto said. Vanessa still didn't believe him, tho. "Sure, dude, I believe you." She laughed and smiled. Even tho it did take me around 6 tries, it was really worth it!" Haruto smiles. "Mhm, it really was worth the pain!" Vanessa says. They both smile and giggle. "But in all seriousness, this guy is now my best friend!" They both laugh together. "You're a funny guy, you know?" "I know I am!" Haruto giggles. "I'm going back to my tent now. Don't hurt yourself!" Vanessa says, getting off the horse. "Alright, Bye!" Haruto says, waving her goodbye.
