Chapter 1:

When you meet the God is where the time stops

Like I said, you have to be friends with the whole town within a year or you'll be erased forever

At that moment... I couldn’t breathe.

It felt like all my strength had left me. My body was drifting in the middle of an endless ocean, numb and powerless. The cold crept in little by little, and I could feel myself fading away.

My senses were slipping. I couldn't see, hear, or feel anything anymore. It was like the world had gone completely silent.

And then, out of nowhere, I heard a gentle, warm voice.

—Hey, you… wake up, sleepyhead.

SLAP!

Something hit my cheek—

My eyes open since it really hurts.

—Finally. Took you long enough —said a young girl, letting out a relieved sigh—. I’ve been trying for quite a while to pull your soul into this place.

She has like a divinity aura long purple hair with a black dress with small gold details and yellow eyes

—My name is Siphtia. I’m the goddess of this realm. And I sincerely apologize for the slap —she said with a little smile—. But I had to give it my all to make sure the transfer was successful.

—W-Where…?

I tried to ask something, but she gently pressed her finger against my lips.

—There’s no time. Things are moving quickly, and I need to explain everything as fast as I can.

She took a deep breath, then said it straight.

—You're dead.

—But don’t panic —she added quickly—. You still have a life ahead of you… in another world.

I couldn’t speak since she wouldn't let me. But deep down… I already knew.

The memories were starting to come back—my last moments in the hospital. I was sick. Very sick. I couldn’t move. I couldn’t fight anymore. Things got worse in less than a day and then… dead.

Is funny since i was a normal university student but the sudden strange sickness was a surprise

—Seems like you’re starting to understand —Siphtia said softly—. Good. Then I’ll get straight to the point.

Suddenly, she knelt down in front of me.

—Please… save my people.

I froze.

—Right now, I no longer have the power to reach the people of the world where I was once worshipped. I want to help them, but I can’t do it on my own.
You… are my last hope.

She looked up at me, her golden eyes trembling with emotion.

—This world has stopped believing in me. The younger generations have turned their backs on my existence.
You are my last miracle. I’ve sent others like you to take my place, but every attempt has ended in failure.

—But… I still don' know what is happening —I mumbled.

In that moment… something about all of this felt familiar.

This was literally just like those isekai novels I used to read all the time.

And honestly…

My old life was a mess. I didn’t have anything to go back to. That illness was the final nail in the coffin—literally.

—Then let me explain more clearly —she said—. In less than a year, a disaster will strike a small village called Sunbless.
When the last person who still believes in me dies… I will vanish completely.
And when that happens, all the miracles I created will disappear...including your presence in this world.

Make friends and guide them for surpass this cruel destiny and create a future for all them  I beg you

If you can do that, there’s still hope is a battle against the time.

—But… why me?

She stared at me for a second, then asked:

—If I tell you… will you accept?

I paused. Then nodded.

I had nothing left to lose.

—You’re the only one I was able to bring into this realm. I tried with others, but it didn’t work.
So… will you help me?

I nodded again. There wasn’t much else I could do.

The goddess smiled—softly, gratefully… and with tears in her eyes.

—Thank you… thank you so much.

Her figure began to fade away. Or maybe… it was me who was disappearing.

The last thing I saw was her face.
Crying… but smiling.

And that’s how my adventure in another world began. But she said something about time....
