The Last Human

My name is Go Anderson and I am the last living human. Whoever is reading this probably doesn't know what a human is, so I will briefly explain.

Humans are a carbon-based lifeform originating from a planet in what we called the "Milky Way" galaxy. They are stubborn and tend to destroy everything around them, but fundamentally they are good.

I came from the homeworld of the humans called Earth and I had a very important job, I was known as a "NEET". It would be too complicated to explain to you, but basically I was really really important. How did I come to be stranded on this world you might ask? Well it's a long story, but it starts with me conducting some important shut in business.

In the middle of an important battle, my mother barged in to talk to me "Son..." she said, hesitating so she could find the right words to say, as always. "We need to have a serious talk, please turn off whatever game you're playing." Her tone sounded unusually serious; unlike the caring, kind mother she always prided herself to be. "I can't pause an online game Mom, how many ti-" I said before being interuppted by my mother "I know where your father is." She said sternly, a tone I would only hear when I misbehaved as a child. "I know where he is, and I need to get you to him right now!" The sense of urgency was apparent in her voice, mixed with a sense of grief. "I know this is sudden but if you don't come with me right now then you'll die." "What kind of joke is this?" I said, not believing the words I was hearing out of my mother's mouth. "This is not a joke, I would never joke about something like this Go." She said as she grabbed my arm and dragged me out of my room. The last thing I remember is my mother giving me some kind of pill before we frantically rushed down into the basement. The next thing I remember is waking up to strange men pointing spears in my face.
