THE KINGS SPEECH

"Salutations to you, my fellow elves." I, as your new monarch, assure that we will rise to the pinnacle of the world. For countless generations, we elves have resided in this land. We were left with no option except to arrive. Some of you were born in this place, and many older individuals understand what I mean, but how many are aware of our siblings in the mainland?

For years, you have been able to choose whether to remain here or to leave this realm and discover the world where humans reign. I would have been okay if it stopped there; people are not entirely virtuous. Indeed, an entire nation exists that subjugates the elves residing within it. They are subjugated, assaulted, and murdered. They sever resources and relentlessly assault. They are wicked! Our elf companions are powerful, yet even they possess a threshold.
  Silvaren had no knowledge of this, so he cannot be held responsible for not acting. Ultimately, the sole path to achieving justice for our departed brothers and sisters is through struggle! I proclaim war against them. However, there's no need for concern; I won't lose any elves. I, Rukito, will face this fight by myself to demonstrate my value. If you desire, you can accompany me to seek revenge for your families! "The war starts in two days."

Rukito continues by presenting the evidence he gathered, as well as taking the elves that were on the mainland out and having them look for their families . Most were still recovering, but they were much better thanks to Rukito. With just one speech, he won over the elves, as many came to sign up for war; even those who had no family from outside the realm felt the need to fight for their people. Thanks to all the blueprints for weapons and the weapons he had stolen, they are no longer lacking in military equipment. Elia has a lot on her plate, but we will only need her to finish making the new weapons in 3 to 4 months.     

I could end the war myself, but I need to fight Lloyd. Out of everyone, he's the strongest I have ever faced. If it weren't for my void rift, I don't think I could have hit him. But having fought him once, I understand how he's untouchable. The only reason he was untouchable is because he seemed to be incomplete in terms of memory, as I only remembered that moment of the void rift. Only by fighting powerful opponents can I get stronger. In this world, power means everything. Anyone can become strong as long as they know how to use it. Only your mind will stop you if you're too dumb to think. My books were proof of that.

Before the mission, I had Silvaren pick someone to study and train an army of good soldiers in magic. They willingly trained to get stronger, and with that, they have the potential to reach my current level. All the anime I watched and light novels/manga I read were worth it, as they made it easier to understand and use magic. Even now, with Aether, I have more freedom in what I can do. Taking a page from isekai anime , how could I not come up with creative and effective ways to mold my own power ? The only limitation for others is energy. 

Rukito visits the train hall he asked Silvaren to arrange for the soldiers and meets the trainer assigned by him. "Oh, greetings, Your Majesty. I am Hugen . I'm in charge of training this unit . How may I be of assistance?" Rukito inspects the place and checks out the soldiers before responding, "Nice to meet you. I'm sure Silvaren gave you the training guide I made, so how much of it did you master and how much did you teach to the seedlings here?"

                                                "It was easy to understand your teachings, and fully mastering them only took me 5 months. As for the others, they are also good and didn't take long to understand. So now we're working on teamwork and strategy , as some find it hard to work with each other."

'I specifically wrote down different skills and martial arts styles to use, not for them to learn all but to choose what they are good at and study only that category or categories if they had talent in multiple. So either he is lying about mastering all or is a prodigy.'

"Teamwork can only be formed when facing a real enemy, but I am interested in seeing how strong you are, so let's have a match."

Hugen was surprised by his words, as he couldn't understand why his new king would challenge him. Rukito wears a smile that suggests this will be finished in an instant. Hugen recognizes Rukito's strength but cannot perceive the complete range of his powers. In the end, Hugen has to accept the challenge and states, "Don't take it easy on me, or I might harm you."

Rukito was planning to go easy on him, but after what Hugen said, Rukito sent him flying, ending the fight in an instant. If it were any of the soldiers, they would have died, but Hugen surprisingly was only able to get away with a few hairline fractures . Luckily, Rukito was able to quickly heal him.

It seems that being back here, so close to the World Tree, strengthens my power. I did not mean to hurt him as badly as I did. Now I know for sure that I'm on the right track with my plans. Hugen may have been arrogant in his claims of skill, but he was not entirely lying. One who didn't understand my methods would not have survived, yet he is still not a true master. With my authority as king , I can increase the aether that the World Tree distributes to the soldiers, making them stronger.

The next day, Rukito seems to be placing magic circles in different areas . He has been traveling around the realm from one place to another. As Elia continues crafting weapons , Silvaren wanders about the war. Many are fired up, and many are anxious about what's to come. Only Rukito is able to revolutionize this nation and change the world.
