TAKEN

After the speech, Rukito answers some questions from the people before ending the event. Rukito takes Athena with him and teleports back to the mansion. He walks towards the kitchen but is stopped by another servant. She tells him that Tamako has been kidnapped.

"I sent her with you guys and had her take a few soldiers to ensure safety! How can she get kidnapped with so many people around ? "

How could I let this happen? I shouldn't have left her alone. Why is this happening to me? Tama was here yesterday and now some bastards dare to take her away! I'll find her even if I need to turn the whole city upside down.

           "Rukito, darling, I have no clue who this person is, but you need to calm down and think clearly ."

Rukito takes a deep breath before replying to Athena, "You're right; anger clouds the mind. Sorry for lashing out."

Rukito gathers his thoughts , thinking about how to act. ' She was kidnapped last night.' Rukito tells the maidservant to gather all her co-workers who were with her that day. Rukito also tells her to get the unit of soldiers that was escorting them.

Thinking about it now , Tama never had any enemies. She stayed at the mansion, only going out for food supplies, and that too; she grew her own ingredients as well. Most of the humans were injured to the point where moving was impossible. Even if someone could move , they would have no motive to kidnap someone moving in a group. Was Tama alone? Did they see who the kidnappers were ? If humans wouldn't do it at that point in time, that leaves the ...

                                                                                 " I brought them my lord."  

"Good, now all of you stand outside; you're coming in."

(Rukito and the maid who informed him both go into the room for her to be questioned.)

             "We just finished cleaning up after we were cooking. There were no more people to feed, and it was late. By the time it was night, we were close to the capital. That's when we were surrounded. Tama tried to defend us and asked us to run. She created a mud wall to keep them away , but the elves were too strong. We ran, but Tama was nowhere to be seen. From what happened, we gathered that they took her as they paid no attention to us."

Elf, huh? That was what I had suspected, but why? Why would an elf do something like that ? Which elf has the nerve to take my girl ? I never wanted to believe that elves would do something so terrible. 

Rukito questions the rest, and they all have the same story. He then questions the elven soldiers . They did escort Tama and the others . But they seemed to have split before getting to the city. They went their own way home.

"You call yourselves men! How could you let girls walk home alone ? Even if they are adults, they are women first and foremost. But it's fine; the deed is done. Next time any of you does something like this, I will have your heads!"

    " It's fine, Rukito. Don't take it out on them. Why don't you get an artist ? "

"Hmm, you know what? That's a good idea. If we get... No, that's hmm. Why don't I read their minds and have them picture the person's face so I can project it ? Then I can ask around and find out who did it. Once we get the name and address, we can arrest them."

      "That's a much better idea. Say what now!? You can read minds?"

"Yes, no big deal . I met someone who could, and they taught me how to read minds."

On the other side of things: Tamako is tied up with her mouth sealed. There's someone beating her with a whip . Tamako's clothes are slowly tearing with the lashes. She's in pain and can't even scream for help. The elf that's beating her is laughing and telling her, " Hey, you worthless piece of shit. You remember me, don't you ? How dare you humiliate me like that!"

Rukito, help me, please, wherever you are. Will he come even ? Will he care for someone as worthless as I am? He asked me to do something, and now I ended up making trouble for him. I hope the girls are safe. If only I were stronger. Am I going to die today ? How can I just die here when I still need to cook for Rukito ? Oh, Rukito, I'm sorry for causing so much trouble...

The unnamed Elf persistently lashes her body, ripping a section of fabric with every hit. He appears to be the same elf from before who bullied Tamako, but Rukito kicked him away, launching him into the air. At that moment, Rukito donned a cloak that hid his identity, rendering him quite unmemorable. It appears he spotted Tama and seized the chance to capture her when the soldiers departed. He has no idea that the person he's troubling is Rukito, the monarch who currently governs over more than half the continent.

Rukito was reading everyone's memory to try and get a clear image. Some were a bit blurry, but then he found one of the girls who got a clear look at him. Rukito found that he looked familiar but brushed it off . Rukito then used a spell he just created to print the image he had on paper. He named the spell Print . He then asked the soldiers if they knew who this was. The soldiers were all quiet . Then one of them came forward, hesitated, but still spoke, "My lord, I believe that's Kerym, the son of Silvarens' brother's son. They are royals, but now that you are king, I believe that makes them top nobles." 

After hearing that Rukito's anger escalated, Rukito responds, "Oh, a noble dare goes against me. I shall destroy this family for what they have done!"

                                                  " But your majesty."

"No buts, take me to the place. You come with me; we leave now!"
