Chapter 21:
TOOI
"What's this? Am I still in the cell?"
"Why do I feel so heavy? Did I pass out?"
Kän wakes up... kissing Samuël, the same man he'd been kissing since they met in the cell. They were searching for Albert Zhadnost, but he was spotted by the police and ran away.
"Huh? I, I, I, I, I kissed him, so how could that happen?"
"What? You were the one who passed out first."
"Huh? How long were you unconscious?"
"It's been... um... two hours."
"Huh? Was it that long? I was only unconscious for a few minutes."
"Since you were taking so long, I got up, and then we..."
Samuël and Kän shared their feelings, blushing as they kissed in the middle of the prison crowd.
"Yeah, right. Oh, how's your wound? Can you still walk?"
"O-Okay. Look..."
*Wa-wa-wa-wa*
"I finally got him. Get some rest. I'll see you later. By the way, what's your name?"
"I'm Kän. Where can I help you?"
"Apparently... he's... escaped from prison."
"Damn it, why are you getting in the way again? I should just arrest him again and give him more time... Aaaaaah!!!" It just makes me so angry! ! ! "
"Calm down, Kane. He's already out of this prison and heading to the Exodus Kingdom. He'll be executed there tomorrow."
"Yeah, it looks like... that's what's going to happen..."
"Hmm...?"
"Well..."
"Can I marry you?"
...
"Ah... I see... I feel the same way. Why did we meet in this place where so many great people in this world gather?"
"So we can question our differences together, quit this job, and start a family of our own."
"Well..."
"Hey, you. How are you? Have you found the culprit?"
"W-What? "That thing... already got away."
"Damn, why didn't you catch it..."
Samuël and Kän are confused by the instructions of their respective superiors and begin to think about quitting their jobs and taking a break...
"Hello. I'm sorry to inform you that I will be resigning from my position. Thank you for your cooperation."
Samuël and Kän have spoken to their respective superiors about their jobs and want to quit, but getting married is proving quite difficult for them. The two were finally married, and the wedding was held in a large venue, so the gathered residents were eager to see the bride and groom as they headed straight to the wedding altar.
"Hey, are you ready?"
"Okay. So, do you think my clothes look good on me?"
"It's very nice. What do you think of my dress?"
"It looks good for you."
"Forget the sweet words for later. We'll get married later."
"Yes, my love. I'll protect you until the end of our lives."
Samuël and Kän walk to the wedding altar because of what happened to them. In this story, despite the fact that it's impossible to find a partner quickly compared to the outside world full of vicious arguments, like the proverb "When it rains, it pours," he loses his loved one, and his heart becomes like the proverb "It's no use crying over spilt milk," creating a story that can never be repeated in the rest of his life.
The couple began their wedding happily, and all the residents were happy about their wedding. Samuel and Khan are nervous as they exchange rings, one after the other, from the groom's ring finger to the bride's, and from the bride's ring finger to the groom's. Suddenly, the residents erupted in joy that the wedding had gone smoothly. Perhaps we humans should be grateful for what God has given us and respect one another as He commands all people to do.
Samuël and Kän finally got married and breathed a sigh of relief, and at the same time King Ivige Justysje also visited and presented them with wedding gifts.
"Congratulations on your marriage. Thank you so much for planning this sudden wedding. But I'd like to give you a present from me."
"Is it true that the king gave us a gift?"
"I have truly brought you a special gift. What are you waiting for? Open it."
"Well, it's up to us to decide which master to command."
Samuël and Kän opened the gift from King Ivige Justysje. It was a book, but he was confused as to why the king had given it to him.
"A book? For what?"
"To reinforce the lessons written on its pages." Samuël picked up the card, confused.
"What is this for, Your Majesty?"
"Your Majesty has lifetime access to the kingdom's library. The Exodus Kingdom's citizens, from lowly to high, are listed. You are of the highest rank, aren't you?"
They rejoiced, thanking the king for his gift and the kingdom's nobles. The king was delighted with the gift and with meeting such a wonderful person.
Samuël rejoiced and thought of his family who had lost their parents. His parents died tragically, and her daughter was left traumatized and unable to live her life. He wondered if he had been trying to survive and how his brother had been traumatized and left isolated for the rest of his life.
But he forgot about the escaped prisoner, Albert Zhadnost, and they forgot that he was trying to escape from the local police. However, because of that incident, he became a fugitive from the Exodus Kingdom that very day and began to exact revenge on those who had hidden his identity, nearly getting caught again and ending up in prison in a faraway place.
"Be careful, guys. I'll kill you one day."
Albert's face was furious, as if he wanted to end Samuël and Kän's lives forever.
