“Sen, I—I like Rose!” Yuzuru shook him. "Help me get a girlfriend too…”

“But isn’t she into girls?”

"Yes!"

“Then cross-dress or change gender.”

Yuzuru smacked his head. “Idiot—”

Sen's eye twitched, and he slammed Yuzuru to the floor. “Never do that again.” Yuzuru's face went pale. Sen gasped, “I’m sorry, I got mad…”

Yuzuru sat, grabbing his head. “S-sen, are you okay?”

NO. I’m not okay. I’m addicted; I get flashbacks...

“Sen?” Yuzuru stared at him.

“N-nothing, Yuzuru… I was thinking about what to do about the Rose thing. I have a plan.”

"Really?"

“Yeah. love potion-filled cupcakes.”

“But the potion room is locked.”

“Don’t worry. Since that torture incident, Amanda listens to me. I’ll tell her I need a new power, and she’ll take me there. You steal the potion.”

“Won’t we get caught?”

“She won’t suspect. And Rose? She’ll just accept it.”

“Thanks, Sen.”

The plan worked perfectly.
We stole the potion, fed the cupcake, and Yuzuru became the first person she saw
There was some commotion, but everyone accepted the new couple.

Sen watched as everyone prepared. Dacoria bounced around Damian and Shar, while others bit their nails at the back. He sighed and walked up to the “strong” members.

Damian looked at him. “What do you want?”

Sen glanced at Philomena and smirked. “Shut it,” Sen snapped, turning away. Damian’s fingers twitched, but he calmed under Philomena’s gaze.

Dacoria kicked Sen’s knee. “Go away, you wea—”

Sen grabbed his wrist. “Dac, let’s follow a plan.”
He gets scared when he is grabbed

“Weak do plan!” Dacoria yelped, trying to pull away. Sen tightened his grip and pulled him close.

“S-sen, let him go,” Philomena said gently.

“If we follow a plan, we can win without losing lives.”
Kind, easily persuaded.

Philomena gleamed. “Really? Do you have a plan?”

“He can’t—” Shar glared and tugged Dacoria free.

“Let me plan, and I’ll tell Amanda to let you wear whatever you want at the next ball.”
Idiot cross-dresser. Easy.

“She won’t listen to you.”

“I was tortured. Remember? She listens to me.”

“Okay~” Shar winked, stepping back.

That day I devised a plan, and we won without deaths.
They called me the genius plotter.

All I did was use what I knew about the others ' powers and personalities.

I learned one thing:

I can seem stronger if I plot to look like one.

I thought, 'What could make me seem authoritative...?' I decided on the role of a strict teacher

“Nami, where are you going? Let’s hang out.” Sen followed.

She kept walking. His eye twitched. He rushed forward, grabbing her wrist. “Nami… STOP ALREADY!”

She turned, teary-eyed. “S-sen, let’s end our relationship.”

*CRACK*

He tightened his grip, pulling her closer. “WHAT DID YOU SAY?”

“Sen, you’re different now. I’m not sure if I love you anymore.” Tears rolled down her face. He let go, wobbling back, staring, hands trembling, then ran away.

Why doesn’t she like me anymore?
I’ll win her back.

He stopped outside the potion room, hitting his head on the door.

It was obvious. I used the potion on her.
Now she was mine again.

“Sen, mind if I hang out?” Yao patted his shoulder.

“What do you want?” Sen gestured for him to sit. This new guy, he died fighting in a war.

Yao fidgeted. “S-sen, you’re Nami’s boyfriend, right?”

Sen’s eye twitched. “Yeah, so?”

“Toby confessed to Nami.”

“What?” Sen composed himself. “She’s my girlfriend—”

“She considered it. It happened a few days ago.”

Sen grabbed Yao’s collar. “How many days?”

“About two weeks after I came…”

“Why do you know?”

“I saw it. And… one more thing.” Yao’s fists tightened, eyes glistening. “Will you believe me?”

“Yes.”

“I overheard Toby asking Dacoria to pull out Nami’s feelings for you…”

Sen’s body heated; his heart thundered. A vein throbbed. His eyes widened with fury. That’s why she broke up—because they removed her feelings. “I’ll kill Toby…”

“A-are you mad?”

“NO. I’m happy. Are you dumb?”

“If you’re mad at Toby, why kill him? Death isn’t punishment.” Yao stared into his eyes.

He surprised me. Clever. Of course, death isn’t punishment.

While I plotted to destroy Toby.
One day, Yao grabbed my hand.
I couldn’t pull away. I was still weak, despite the strong outlook.
I needed power....

“So this works better than the white potions?” Sen stirred the black fluid, like flat cola.

“Yes. Black potion power’s easier, no training,” Alexander smiled.

“Where did you get it?”

“Dark forces. It’ll add manoid and make you better at combat.”

Sen clenched his fists, then gulped the full bottle, smashing it onto the table.

*Ba-dum*

The world blurred. He clasped his head, gasping. Sharp pain tore through his body; he writhed, screaming, then a wave of relief.

“The potion’s accepted you. Any power Amanda gave you is gone. Do you want to check your powers?”

“Yes. I’m itching to fight.”

For the first time, I fought a demon. It was fun. I enjoyed it.

I asked Gyru to make me a scythe—a scythe for someone who is nothing without his powers.
