Chapter 6:
Hillary's I Spy Junior Adventure
So when Hillary sat down in her preschool desk, Mrs. Hubertson said to her, "Now here're the six scenes where you can simply put stuff in the correct order. So you can start with the first one." "Thanks, Mrs Hubertson," said Hillary. So Hillary put away her Riddle Solver Ray 3,000 in her backpack and began putting stuff in the correct pattern. First, Hillary put small orange, green, yellow and red fuzzy balls in patterns of two caterpillars correctly. Second, she put ducks and geese in the water in the pattern and in the correct order. Third, she put green and red beads correctly in a crafted snake. Fourth, she put red and yellow toy airplanes correctly on the road path in the pattern. Fifth, she put white frosted and brown decorated gingerbread cookies on the paper plates in the pattern and in the correct order. And finally, she put white, yellow and pink flowers on the vine in the pattern correctly. So when Hillary finished putting everything in all six patterns in the correct order, Mrs. Hubertson gave her a yellow Pattern Place badge and said, "Great work, Hillary! You put stuff correctly in the patterns well!" "Thank you, Mrs. Hubertson," said Hillary. "So now the final time is the Oops Hoops Junior game!" "Hooray!" cheered Hillary.
