“OMG - So is it Like Really the End!?”

“LIKE - WHY KAYLEE!? SHE MAY BE STYLISHLY GOTH BUT THIS IS LIKE TOO MUCH!”

Alexis blurted out, before she took a breath and quickly glanced at Natsuki, all the while holding her enchanted sword at the ready. 

“I don’t know, Blade-chan, but I don’t think she’d, or what’s possessing Kaylee, would tell us that if she didn’t truly believe that we wouldn’t be able to win! So there must be a way!”

Natsuki replied as she quickly took out two more of the undead with a double stroke of her enchanted nunchaku! 

As Alexis skewered three more undead in a line - before tithing her sword and quickly pivoting into a rapid circular strike - the ground began to rumble hard, as even the undead seemed to move out of the way! 

“Like, what is that!? OMG - we are totally not having an earthquake NOW, are we!?”

Alexis asked frantically as Natsuki then pointed up ahead of them! 

“Look, Blade-chan, it’s - “

Natsuki let out before she was cut off by the sight before them that also served as the answer to Alexis’ question! 

“YOUR DOOM! Don’t think for one moment, foolish mortal girls - that I’ll let you operate and join the ranks of my undead without truly suffering from absolute fright, with the last emotion you’ll ever feel besides pain being all-consuming terror!”

The possessed Kaylee blasted as she idled in the air with red and black energy around her, while she looked down at Alexis and Natsuki! Standing below her, was a twenty to thirty foot tall muscle, bone, and torn flesh amalgamation of the undead - different parts of different corpses firmed into one gigantic and grotesque human form with large, thick, shining black spikes protruding from its back, chest, and shoulders! 

“KILL THEM!”

The possessed Kaylee yelled to the abomination under her, while pointing at Alexis and Natsuki, as she disappeared yet again into blank and red energy, while the amalgamated corpse monster picked up an empty police car, tore it in half,  and held the two halves like jagged metal gauntlets! 

“KKKKIIILLLLL!!”

The monster yelled as Alexis and Natsuki nodded to each other! The buildings around then continued to be consumed in the odious, miasmic, black and red unholy biological coverings, and the sky deepened further into its black and red coloring - but that didn’t damage the morale of Alexis and Natsuki!

“OMG - did she forget that we’re like, the main cheerleaders for now two high school sports teams that are literally called the Slayers!? Why don’t we totally live up to that name even more than we already have!”

Alexis fired back loudly with a smile, as Natsuki smiled and nodded at Alexis. Their weapons granting them some sort of supernatural courage was certainly helpful! 

“Hai, Blade-chan!”

Natsuki exclaimed and hand-sprung towards Alexis, as they both stared at the amalgamated undead monstrosity before them! 

“KKKKIIILLLLL!!”

The monstrosity said as Alexis then turned to Natsuki, nodding to her as both girls smiled at each other. 

“You like, clearly don’t know who you’re dealing with - but we’re totally going to show you the true meaning of school spirit!”

Alexis claimed as she jumped up high into a splits as Natsuki slid under her, damaging the legs of the amalgamated monster in front of them as it roared in pain, buckling momentarily before Natsuki caught Alexis and threw her, just like in their cheerleading routines! 

“San Russo High Pride means - SLAY!”

Alexis cheerfully yelled as she slashed downward swiftly with her enchanted sword, slicing the monster in half as it burst into blood and ashes! 

“OMG, talk about defeating a rival! This is like, more thrilling than a Friday night game!”

Alexis exclaimed as she high-fived Natsuki. Natsuki nodded and smiled briefly, before her expression changed as the possessed Kaylee then returned in an ominous flash of black and red energy.

“You two really think that you’ve won this fight!? You’ll only lose your lives!”

The possessed Kaylee announced menacingly as and shot energy into the ground, before the growth on the surrounding buildings forcibly merged with the surrounding undead, then forming into a roughly one hundred foot tall, black and red, bio-organic, amalgamated monster with a long mouth full of razor sharp teeth, three tusks sticking out of each side of the back of its mouth, and two sets of six large, glowing yellow eyes on what could be considered its torso, with one large eye in the center! The much smaller red eyes on its head glowed as it stared down Alexis and Natsuki as they stood their ground, and the possessed Kaylee hovered above it! 

“I guess you could say that it’s in my nature to create such beautifully obscene monstrosities as this! Just like the nature of your world will become irreversibly corrupted in the beautiful unholiness manifested before you!”

The possessed Kaylee bellowed before disappearing once more!

“RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWRRRRR!”

The bio-organic amalgamated monster let out in the form of what sounded like the combination of a pain scream and a threatening roar! 

“Natsuki, I like, have an idea - OMG WHAT!?”

Alexis said and then blurted as the monster managed to have bio-organic spikes fly upwards from out out the ground - skewering plenty of the remaining undead in the area, but which fortunately missed Alexis and Natsuki due to Alexis using a swift, spinning, circular slash with her enchanted sword - as the blade and white energy destroyed the deadly black and red spikes! 

“OMG, like, rude! Don’t you know to like, shut up when a girl is talking!?”

Alexis blurted out as she taunted the monstrosity, before she turned to Natsuki again.

“I like, have an idea! You clear the path of the undead - and I’ll like, totally get this bio-organic nightmare out of our lives!”

“Hai, Blade-chan! Go!”

Natsuki replied as she nodded, before flying into a set of hand springs, and then into an aerial backflip - which fulminated in her fitting the ground with her enchanted nunchaku as white energy blasted out and instantly turned a large group of the undead surrounding her into ashes and blood! Meanwhile, Alexis made a daring attack!

“OMG - looks like it’s dissection day in Science Class!”

Alexis declared as she dashed forward and swiftly stabbed her way through the main eye on the monster, making her way inside - before the monster burst into a gigantic shower of blood and ashes a few seconds later!

“Like, do I get an A on that one?”

Alexis joked as she stood there, covered in ashes and blood as Natsuki couldn’t help but giggle! Yet, the fight for Tokyo’s and humanity’s survival wasn’t over! 

“FINE! I’LL KILL YOU BOTH MYSELF!”

The possessed Kaylee growled as she reappeared before Alexis and Natsuki!

“Like, I think you mean - SLAY! Now, Natsuki!”

Alexis declared as Natsuki smiled, nodded, and dropped to a splits, before tripping the possessed Kaylee with her enchanted nunchaku,  as Alexis then landing on top of the possessed Kaylee - holding her sides with her legs and placing her hand on possessed Kaylee’s chest to hold her down, feeling something solid.

“OMG KAYLEE, LIKE - HOLD STILL!”

Alexis yelled as she pulled the item out of the possessed Kaylee’s short dress that she felt - finding that it was the talisman! 

“LIKE, WHAT IS THIS -“

Alexis blurted out, before feeling the instinct to place it on the forehead of the possessed Kaylee! Alexis quickly acted on this, as the possessed Kaylee shrieked - and a swift wave of red and black energy exploded from her, while those undead who hadn’t been rendered to blood and ashes returned to their human selves, and the overwhelming unholy growth on the buildings rapidly receded, while the sky returned to its normal blue. 

It was definitively over - Alexis and Natsuki had won. 

“What - what happened!? Why am I - why are you here, why do you have that massive sword!?”

Kaylee blurted out as Alexis cried tears of joy and hugged her, the blood and she’s that had previously covered her were now gone! Natsuki joined in as well, as the three then collectively wept in grateful joy, befits they turned and looked at the school. Just then, the talisman fell off of Kaylee’s head, and shattered into dust!

“This was like - the strangest way to start school in a new place!”

Alexis said cheerfully as she picked up her enchanted sword, and Natsuki her enchanted nunchaku, as they made their way to the school!

They turned out the sounds of people trying to figure out what had happened to them, and where they were going to go? As Alexis, Natsuki, and Kaylee made their way to the school - they saw James, Jessica, Hideaki, and Yumeko waiting outside to greet them - the school no longer having the white energy aura around it. 

“Honey - you did it! You fulfilled your destiny, a destiny that’s been in your bloodline for centuries.”

James exclaimed as he hugged Alexis, with Jessica stroking Alexis’ hair and smiling, as Hideaki and Yumeko silently hugged and held Natsuki. 

“We’re so glad you’re ok, Kaylee darling. You’re back, and you’re you. We love you, and we love you too, Alexis.”

Jessica added as Kaylee and Alexis both blushed and nodded. 

And so, the day was saved. In that moment, as the two families united in a centuries-old common cause stood there in familial affection on the streets of Tokyo, there was a feeling greater than any victory in a cheer competition  could ever bring - a feeling that Alexis and Natsuki felt dearly: that they had overcome the threat of death together, and stopped an apocalypse - and that the dedication that brought forth such a victory, also helped help save Kaylee’s life. As was said about the many sporting events that Alexis and Natsuki had cheered in - this was truly, a day to remember.
