Alexis Blade thought that she had it all: her family was moving from San Russo, California to Tokyo, Japan - and the “blonde bombshell” of a “Valley Girl” was even going to get to set up the first ever American-style cheerleading squad at her new high school! Plus, all of this was happening just after she turned 18!

Of course, things didn’t go quite as planned! Because when an ancient Japanese talisman is removed from a centuries-old grave that was found on the grounds of Alexis’ new high school, the city of neon, night life, and otaku culture - became the city of the ravenous undead!

So now, it’s up to Alexis to wield a supernaturally-powered sword that she didn’t know her family had passed down through the generations, and take on the other family tradition besides cheerleading: making the undead - dead amid a glass, concrete, and neon supernatural apocalypse!
