Chapter 13:
Hillary's I Spy Junior Adventure
Mrs. Hubertson, Hillary and the other preschool students went back to the preschool classroom and sat back to their seats in their desks so quietly and peacefully. And after enjoying the preschool auditorium puppet shows and solving the riddles in them at the same time, Hillary put away her Riddle Solver Ray 3,000 back in her backpack. And then, Mrs. Hubertson came to Hillary and said to her, "And now, Hillary. It's time for the prop box. So you're going to put all objects in the right boxes." "Thanks, Mrs. Hubertson," said Hillary. So Hillary went in front of the preschool class and Mrs. Hubertson gave her a prop box game. Mrs. Hubertson said to Hillary, "All you ought to do here is put objects correctly in these twelve boxes in all three levels. When you're done, you'll put objects correctly in four boxes, then you'll put objects correctly in six boxes and then you'll win a purple Prop Box badge." "Thanks, Mrs. Hubertson," said Hillary. So first, Hillary put some pigs in the first box and then she put some horses in the second box. Next, Hillary put some trains in the first box, she put some bikes in the second box, she put some boats in the third box, and then she put some airplanes in the fourth box. And last, Hillary put some insects in the first box, she put some shells in the second box, she put some trees in the third box, she put some stones in the fourth box, she put some leaves in the fifth box, and then she put some flowers in the sixth box. So when Hillary was done putting objects in twelve boxes correctly as she finished all three levels, Mrs. Hubertson took away the prop box game and gave her a purple Prop Box badge. She said to her, "Well done, Hillary! You played the prop box game so well! Great job!" Thanks, Mrs. Hubertson," said Hillary as she shook Mrs. Hubertson's hand. So Hillary went back to her seat in her desk and waited for something artistic and crafty to make.
