Chapter 14:

Meeting of Aldrith Von Rosenberg

The Dimension's Last Hope

She sees a blue sky and four moons in the sky and two suns. She hears a voice.

“Hey Viltro, quit daydreaming.” Viltro stops looking up at the sky and then next to him, it was the judge sitting on a log next to a campfire.

“Sorry Jeremiah.”

“It’s fine, you remember why we were here, yes?”

Viltro had a puzzled look on his face, Jeremiah sighed. He pulled out a small rectangular device and clicked the center a holo screen then showed up and showed a map of the plant there on there were two giant castles across from each other.

“We are here to recruit a king said to have the ability to overwrite someone's mind, our king would like to make him a celestial and depending how strong even a grand one.”

“Woah, we haven't had a new grand in a long time.”

“Yes about 45 million years to be exact”

“dang it's been that long already of course you would know you nerd.”

“Your concept of time is horrible Viltro, but I understand why.”

“Hey, can you blame me?”

“No, I can't. Hahaha”

“Hey why are you laughing at me, wanna fight?”

“Ha now that's a joke you know it'll last another 1000 years.”

“Yeah you're probably right.”

Viltro got off the ground and started to stretch his legs and arms. Then he drew his sword and shouted, Ic’larna. A figure was standing above Jeremiah with a sword starting to strike down. The sword never reached the judge; the person was sent flying back as he was falling he was turned into a blood pool. Judge sighed. An army of soldiers surrounded the two swords drawn and archers aiming at them. Viltro smiled, he then looked at Judge, Judge smiled and nodded at him. Viltro then started to emit a visible aura and a huge beam erupt from him knocking out all the enemies surrounding them except one. Viltro rushed him with his sword clashing with him. Viltro laughed and looked happy. The other soldier clashed with Viltro, matching him in speed and strength. Viltro finally overpowered the soldier, sending him flying into a tree. The soldier crashed into one tree landing on the second and then catapulted himself towards Viltro. The soldier swung up towards viltro, Viltro parried the attack sending the soldier to the ground and went to swing down on him. The soldier defended, cracking the ground with their blows. The soldier was holding the sword in both hands while defending against Viltro who was using one arm with his sword to push the soldier further into the ground. Judge stood and nodded towards Viltro. Viltro stopped attacking the soldier and jumped back to where Judge sat on the log and sat back down. Judge then approached the soldier.

“You must be the one they call Adrith Von Rosenberg.”

The soldier started to go in for an attack on the judge. Judge readies his rocks for defense. The soldier rushed and almost looked like he phased through the judge, cutting the judge's chest!! Blood splashed out from the judge, The soldier sword was covered in the judge's blood. VIltro looked at the site in awe. Judge stood there in silence for a while, in disbelief someone cut him. The soldier turned and went to attack the judge again. As the soldier got close. He sensed a terrible feeling. Judge grabbed his head and slammed him into the ground creating a crater. Judge grabbed him and kept slamming him over and over. Judge started to fly in the sky and summoned a bunch of rocks and started to pelt the soldier. The soldier quickly recovered and sliced through all the boulders and speed blitzed the judge slamming him down into the ground from hitting him from behind. Before the judge hit the ground he stopped himself and then went back and sat on the log and with an annoyed look on his face nodded at Viltro. The soldier started to get in a defence stance. Viltro rushed the soldier faster than speed of sound. The soldier blinked and viltro had cut him down and sliced his sword in half. The broken half fell into the dirt. The soldier fell down to one of his knees. Blood dripped down the soldiers' armor. Viltro approached the soldier and raised his arm to help the soldier up. The soldier looked at viltro in fear and he dared not move. Judge got back off the log and stood next to Viltro.

“Adrith Von Rosenberg. We are the grand celestials and we are here to recruit you into the emissary. Don't worry we won't kill you, if you agree we will help you win your war.” Judge said to Adrith.

The soldier, after hearing it, took Viltro’s arm and was helped up. He removed his helm.

“Well good to know I won’t die today,” He laughed.

Viltro brought him to the log and healed the cut he made. Adrith looked in amazement as he saw his wound close. After viltro healed the cut he sat down on the log.

“That was great. It's been so long since I fought someone who could handle my strength.” Viltro laughed and smiled.

“Handle? I’m pretty sure you struck me down quicker than I could blink.” Adrith laughed nervously.

“Nonsense, I'm not allowed to fight all out.”

“How come?”

“He’ll destroy the stability of the world he's fighting on.” Judge informed him while he closed his wound.

“That aside he is right not many have the claim of wounding me.”

“Well so you say you're here to recruit me then that most means King Thanatos answered my prayers.”

“Yes, he has ordered us to come assist in the eradication of the other kingdom.”

“Don’t lie to him Judge we were testing if you could fight us if not we would have sided with the other king.”

“Oh, I see, I'm glad I could handle it then.”

“So now that you know, when do you want to attack them?”

“I can’t.”

“Why not?”

“They took my daughter captive, that's why I haven't crushed them. I can't let my daughter die.” Adrith said as he punched the ground making a hole.

Viltro got mad and punched the ground too, making a hole. Adrith looked at Viltro and punched the ground making a bigger hole. Viltro smiled and looked at Adrith, Adrith punched the ground and made an even bigger hole he looked at Viltro and grinned. Viltro went to punch another time and was hit on the head by a book slowly followed by Adrith getting hit. They fell off the log.

“Owww”

“Ahhh”

“Would you two muscle heads knock it off.” Judge was irritated.

Adrith was holding his head and rubbing it.

“What's your problem man?”

“He doesn't understand us because he's a nerd.”

Judge hearing that gets mad and slams his book down onto Viltro’s head burying him in the ground, just Viltro’s head popping out. Viltro struggled to get out but couldn't.

“Hey Jeremiah, help me out!” Viltro cried for help.

“Are you done being a musclehead?” Jeremiah asked.

“Yeah sure come on man I don't want to be buried again.”

“Buried again?” Adrith asked.

Judge used his power to rip Viltro out of the ground.

“Oh yeah I've been buried plenty of times even frozen, but luckily for me Jeremiah wouldn't know what to do without me so he's come and bailed me out every time. Hahaha.”

“I only came back for you those times because Thanatos ordered me you muscle head.”

Adrith looked at the two and just laughed. Viltro and Judge looked at each other and then back at Adrith and laughed.

“Oh before we continue I must clear up a misunderstanding with you. My name is Aldrith not Adrith.” Aldrith said.

“Aldrith?” Viltro asked, puzzled.

“Yes.”

“I amuse you, go by Adrith because Aldrith is known as the god of insanity.” Judge made a guess.

“You got it right, Judge.”

“I see that having a name like that could cause troubles in recruiting people I understand.”

Aldrith looked a little hesitant to say anything.

“Um see the funny thing about that is, well my brother told our people so now must people won't back me.” Hahah he laughed nervously.

Judge had a deep sigh.

“So how many people back you?”

“Um, just my close family and the soldiers you just killed.”

“Do I even dare ask how many back your brother, if you even know.”

“Oh of course I do the entire population of Rosenburg.”

Judge heard that and just laughed.

“How many would you say that be?”

“Last count was a year ago it was at or around three million. If I remember correctly then about two million would be able to hold a sword or staff.”

“So it's us versus the entire planet. Sounds familiar doesn't Viltro?”

“Yup this brings back memories.”

Aldrith couldn't believe what he was hearing, these two had experience being outnumbered and won.

“Ok then let's get to my headquarters. My loyal servant should be there awaiting me.”

“Sounds good, let's get going then Viltro.”

“Judge, should I get rid of the evidence we were here?” Viltro asked.

“Yes, go ahead.” Judge gave permission.

Viltro raised his hand and energy started to emit from his hand. He formed an orb and put it in the center of their camping ground.

Boom! A huge explosion and a giant pillar of light erupted from the orb. After a few seconds the light vanished and all that was behind was a huge crater. Viltro realized he used too much power and feared the repercussions as he felt an immense aura behind him. He slowly turned to see a very angry Judge and shocked Aldrith. Judge then grabbed his book and slammed Viltro into the ground. Judge then pulled Viltro and surrounded him with rocks to keep him bound and then started to walk away with Viltro floating in tow.

“Come Aldrith we need to get there quickly.” Judge ordered.

“Oh right, follow me, it's that way in the forest.”

They entered the forest, it was a beautiful sight of huge trees that glowed a bright green color. The leaves and trees were abnormally huge. Judge noticed this right away and shot a rock at it, it went through the tree.

“I see, very smart Aldrith.” Judge praised.

“Wow why am i not surprised you figured it out, but how did you know the forest is fake.”

Viltro in the rock tomb spoke up.

“That's easy we can sense the life force of everything but, these trees didn't give off any.”

“I see I didn't know you had power like that. We're almost there.”

They walked for a little while deeper into the fake forest. Finally they arrived at a giant tree and stopped.

“This is it. Himanko open the gate, it's me Aldrith.”

Soon after issuing the command the giant tree opened up and revealed a huge town and at the end of the village was a huge mansion. A man wearing commoner's clothes appeared.

“Lord Aldrith welcomes back home.” The young man said while bowing.

“Hello Himanko, how is the town?”

“Everything is fine, the servants and royal family are all patiently waiting for your return.”

“Then let's not keep them, let's head to the manor.”

“Yes my lord, are the two also coming with us?”

“Yes they are.”

“Understood, please lower your magical resistance or I can not care for you and your rock sir.”

“No, I'll fly there myself.”

“I understand then the giant building is where we will see you, sir.”

The young man then waved his hand up and shouted.

“Teleport!” A gust of wind could be felt and Aldrith and Himanko were gone.

“Oh that's a neat trick. Also when are you gonna let me out of this Jeremiah!!” Viltro screamed.

Judge sighed, then released the rocks that held Viltro. Viltro fell face first but got up and stretched his arm and legs, as the judge flew towards the mansion without him.

“Hey wait for me!!” Viltro said, then quickly started to fly towards the mansion as well. As he flew he could see the small village in all its beauty. A blacksmith shop and item shop next to each other. People walking around and going about their day. Viltro felt at peace looking at the place for once in a long while. Finally Viltro arrived at the mansion. It was a giant building built in and around one of the huge trees. The structure itself was astonishing. Viltro then descended down where he could see the others waiting for him.

He landed near them and Aldrith then looked around then at them and the rest of the town, he then looked at them with a big smile and said,

“Welcome to the town of Gambolsia.”

Unbeknownst to Viltro this little town would later go on to become the strongest line of defense against the evil god.
