Chapter 3:

Mirror vs Rizzo crow

Why do mirror lies?

Morning sunlight stabbed through the curtains like it had a grudge. MC was face down on his bed, drooling into the pillow, when something heavy landed on his butt.
“Oi, stupido baka! Wake uo!” squawked the crow.
MC mumbled, “Five more minutes, bro…”
The crow tilted its head. “Fine, I useo ultimate technique Butt Peck-o.”
Chomp.
“AHHHH! Get off my butt, you crazy black Japanese crow!” MC jumped up, flailing.
The crow hopped to the desk, unimpressed. “You callo me blacko? You tryana beo resisto?”
MC rubbed his sore butt. “Bro, you overreacting again. Every crow’s black.”
The bird puffed its feathers. “Exactly! So stopo pointingo it outo!”
“Fine, fine. I’m going to wash my face.”
The crow glared. “I comeo too! Needo clean beako for insulto later.”
“Whatever, man.”
They entered the bathroom. The crow immediately flew toward the mirror. “Is thiso the mirror who lieo, huh?”
“Yeah, that’s the one,” MC said, turning on the shower. “Don’t start drama with glass, please.”
While MC was taking a bath behind the curtain, the crow hovered before the mirror. Its reflection began to twist turning into a weird scene: a desert island, a dinosaur in shades, holding a pistol.
The dinosaur pointed. “Blacko crow, your timeo endo!”
The crow gasped. “You again, Dinogang boss? You thinko you beat me? Kwaa! Keepo dreamingeo, Dino! I useo my ultimate power Rizz-o Beam!”
In the reflection, a ridiculous anime style energy beam shot from the crow’s eyes, vaporizing the dinosaur. The real crow watching screamed, “HELL OOYAAA! Rizz-o that dinosuero!”
MC pulled the curtain, dripping wet. “Bro, who you fighting now?!”
The crow flapped, proud. “My arch nemesiso! He dead now. Kwaa!”
“...You’re insane.”
The crow puffed its chest. “No, I’m passionato.”

Later that day, MC got a message on his phone
“Hey, it’s been a while! Wanna catch up? Your childhood friend.”

He sighed. “Oh no… she was the one who saw my Beyblade phase.”
The crow perched on his shoulder. “You go datingo? I come too! Needo wingman power.”
MC groaned. “You’re gonna make her think I’ve lost it.”
The crow tilted its head. “Too late. Kwaa.”
They left the apartment, vending machine humming softly behind them.
