The Unexpected Mission

In the morning, Amai woke up and thought of himself, “Why did she become his partner yesterday?” He left his old town; then he realized that he had to go to the college. When he went to college, he saw her and remembered everything that had happened last night. Then he noticed that she had also seen him. It looked like he wanted to talk to her, but he changed his thoughts.

While he was walking in the hallway, he saw that the mayor’s son had also taken admission to the same college. When he was passing by the group to which the mayor’s son was talking, he heard something like, *”You know, they took me to their base, which is used by huge loans, and operated all of them on my own.”* Amai heard all of it, but he didn’t say anything and just left for his class.

But when he went some steps ahead, he heard someone calling, *”Hey, you! Wait, you messy-haired guy!”* Amai stopped there and realized that the mayor’s son was calling him. Then he came towards Amai and gave him a very suspicious look. He said, *”I have seen you somewhere.”* Amai didn’t reply to his answers, which made him frustrated. Then he asked Amai, *”Where do you come from?”* Amai replied, *”Your Shikiya.”*

Then the mayor’s son said, *”That’s the reason he was being recalled,”* and went on his way. But to his surprise, when he went to the class, there was no space left for him. He looked through and saw only one seat in the back corners left. When he went next to that seat, the girl was sitting there. He made his face dull but sat on the seat. Aria was at her place when he sat on the seat. Aria also noticed him; she quickly changed her expression like she was sitting near the garbage. After some time, the class started, but Aria didn’t put her phone down. Maybe the teacher saw her, so he made her stand up and asked her a question. She panicked because she never heard her name called by the teacher.

She looked at the teacher, who was staring at her with a strict look. She couldn’t answer the question. After that, the teacher asked Amai the same question. He stood up with a charm on his face and answered the question meticulously. The teacher praised him and made him sit. He also scolded Aria to not use her phone in class. When she sat down, she looked at Amai and asked fiercely, *”Did you bribe the teacher?”* Amai replied, *”Aren’t you just a child?”* She puffed her face and put her head down on the table.

In the evening, they were returning to their homes when the manager made a conference call to them and scolded them about the mishap that had been done by them in the mission. They both argued on the phone, blaming each other. The manager made them quiet and told them that since they made the mistake, the person who had seen them knew something about the agency.

So they had to kill him. They had to preclude that the agency would be safe. He also told them about the mission. From the intel, the manager had found that the man was in Osaka, in a hotel. From there, he would go to a gang in Kasukabe to inform them about the agency. So they had to kill him in Osaka. They both ended their calls and saw that their tickets had arrived for Osaka. On Saturday, they would go there and complete their mission.
