The Errand – 1

In the morning, Amai is sleeping in his bed when he suddenly wakes up and realizes that he might miss his flight. On the way to the station, he regrets staying up late playing games. He

reaches the station and takes a subway to the airport. There, he meets Aria. He just walks up to her but doesn’t say anything.

For the first time, we see Aria looking fully at Amai, as he is dressed in a beautiful way. Maybe she is flattered. Then, both of them head toward the check-in counter and board their flight.

During the flight, Aria listens to music while Amai sleeps soundly. They land in Osaka at 12 PM. From there, they head to the hotel where they will be staying. The manager informs them that they booked the hotel under a fake name, so they should say they are Mr. and Mrs. Kaminari.

Amai goes to the check-in counter and tells them there is a booking under the name of Mr. Kaminari. The receptionist smiles and confirms the booking for “Mr. and Mrs. Kaminari.” Both Amai and Aria are shocked but remain silent. The receptionist takes them to their room and leaves, saying, “If you need anything, just call the reception.”

Once the receptionist leaves, Amai quickly calls the manager, frustrated, and demands to know why he listed them as husband and wife. The manager explains that Amai is not just a teenager but has been assigned a mission—to bring someone to the agency or gather information. Now that he has become an adult, he must face every challenge in life.

The manager Instructs Amai to make a connection with the target, a man staying in the same hotel, and then find a way to eliminate him. Amai lies flat on the bed, wondering, “How will I conduct this mission?”

He learns that the man Is careless and always available. So, they decide to trail him, have conversations, and gain his trust. After discussing the plan, Aria says she will take a bath and asks amai to leave the room.

Amai refuses, saying, “Why should I? You could bathe or die, I will not move from the bed.” Aria calls him a pervert, but Amai responds, “Whatever,” and goes to sleep. In the evening, they start following the man. They find him wandering around the shops. They devise a plan—one of them will pretend to be drunk and bump into him, while the other will step in to help and start a conversation.

They wait and track him until 9 PM. When he is crossing the street, Aria bumps into him. Amai, who is pretending to be dazed, apologizes for her behavior and politely asks if the man is okay.

Amai strikes up a conversation, asking about the man’s day and where he is heading. The man tells them that he is from Tokyo and is going to a restaurant for dinner. Then, he asks them why they are in Osaka. Amai, caught off guard, hurriedly says, “We are here for our honeymoon.”

Hearing this, the man relaxes. He enjoys seeing people happy in their married lives. Thinking this is the best way to gain his trust, both Amai and Aria agree with the story. They all go to the restaurant together. Aria is about to sit on the other side of the table when the man looks at them suspiciously. Noticing this, Amai grabs Aria by the waist and pulls her toward him, making her sit beside him.

After dinner, Amai and Aria thank the man for his generosity and leave the restaurant. As they walk out, the man asks where they are staying. They tell him the name of their hotel.

The man seems even more excited and says, “Since we’re staying at the same hotel, we should visit the tourist places together tomorrow.” They agree and return to their room.

In the hotel room, Amai apologizes to Aria for what happened in the restaurant. However, Aria says, “It was my fault, so you don’t have to say sorry.” After that, they both go to sleep—Aria on the bed and Amai on the sofa.
