Plans Are All Falling Through

Iki thought, ‘It actually exists? The Lost Chaplet? Saikou? Have I heard that name? Saikou? Saikou? Sai–’

He then blurted out loud unintentionally, “That kid in the strange outfit! I remember Michiaki saying his name! Where is he?!”

Kazuki: “I would like to know the same thing. Although I created the chaplet, I cannot track him. I would like to say hello. It’s been quite some time. Oh well, he will probably pop up eventually. I need to release this Time Chaplet. It’s only hurting everyone here since time is speeding up.”

Iki: “Wait!”

Iki wanted to ask more questions, but he undid the Time Chaplet and nobody questioned it. It was as if it didn’t happen in their minds and everyone continued with the conversations that they were having.

Kazuki: “Alright! So, I can only assume that the Dark Mold is our enemy today. Shall we go now?”

Yahiko: “We can’t. We wouldn’t stand a chance without our moons. Even with them, we basically lost.”

Natsuki: “We don’t have Yasuhiro or Kouki either.”

Kento: “You all are losers. We don’t need any more help. Me and Kazuki will go. You all can sit back and do nothing.”

Arata: “Kento, stop being such a selfish condescending bastard. You know you won’t win. I watched from the sidelines and you struggled.”

Kento: “I was fighting 5 of em at once! Don’t ever insult me you twig! I’ll beat the crap out of all of them!”

Kazuki: “Hahaha! Lovely! Alright, we shall wait until nightfall.”

Astro left via his shadow transport to someone that he had not seen this entire time…Goro Retsu. He didn’t know what happened to him, but he realized he wasn’t dead. He teleported away while everyone talked about the plans for the night.

Mugen: “I see. Quite the wrench has been thrown into our plans.”

Henry: “What choice do we have, boss?”

Caroline: “Daddy!!!! They bullied me! I was so scared!”

Mugen: “I know sweetie. It’s okay. We will pay them a visit. Go outside the doors for now and bring Jotaro inside…”

Jotaro: “Yes father? Why was I called here?”

Mugen: “We’re in quite the predicament son. My plans are a little messed up at the moment. I don’t believe we will have time to find the rest of the chaplets.”

Jotaro: “What are you talking about? Henry, what’s going on here?”

Mugen: “I have spies everywhere and some unfortunate news has gotten back to me. Someone very powerful has been reborn and he even sensed my top spy who has trained his entire life concealing mana. He’s never been detected until now by this man, however he was completely ignored and the man still shared the information he had. We don’t have a choice now…Henry, do it.”

In a heartbeat, Henry pulled his sword and sliced off Jotaro’s neck.

Jotaro tried to speak, but his mind and body shut down before he could. Mugen did not look at it, but he cried 1 single tear underneath his eyes before speaking again to Henry.

Mugen: “The others are dead. Someone killed them when the Time Chaplet was activated. No doubt it was Iki Ritus. Some of the man’s men perished too, but Henry, you are the only strong one left. Call him. Bring my son’s head to show that the deal has been made. Call Reiken Ento.”

Raven: “Agh! Screw this! I can’t get anything done now. The Time Chaplet? Who the hell activated that? I’ve been stuck for years. Did Mugen activate it? Did he get all 70 chaplets? What the hell has Seraphelle been doing? She hasn’t contacted me at all and I can’t find Jotaro either. Why is everything getting messed up?!”

A skeleton figure emerged from the ground behind her. She couldn’t sense him at all, but out of the corner of her eye, she saw something, which made her turn around, but there was nothing there.

Raven: “God! Now I’m freaking out. I’m going to have a heart attack from this.”

She turned back around to see the same skeletal figure glaring her in the eyes. He grabbed her face and put his other hand up to his mouth, shushing her, as her heart stopped suddenly and her soul was extracted into his body.

He laughed eerily, disappearing underground not to be seen by anyone.
