An investment of time

Several days have passed since Belt arrived in that strange world where his father is still alive.

He has discovered that there are magicians, sorcerers, demons and swordsmen, he also knows that they are in the medieval era.

Before arriving in that world he always liked things of that kind and has decided that he will study magic to become a good magician and also to be a good son so as not to miss the second opportunity he has to live with his father and mother.

And apparently, his father in this world is a very powerful swordsman, and his mother, a mage who knows healing magic, so to speak, is a high-level healer.

< Ma I'll go and look for potatoes in the garden. >

Belt leaves the house to go get potatoes to help Emi make a potato salad to eat at night since Emi likes to leave the food done early because she is tidy and very responsible with what to do around the house.

Even though I'm in a world where I can be a better person, it makes me uncomfortable to be here knowing that my father died and my mother doesn't remember anything, but for now that doesn't matter because I'm happy for me will be enough.

After finishing picking all the potatoes he takes them home to give them to Emi, his mother thanks him.

At night, when everyone is eating, Belt wanted to ask his mother something if she could teach him how to do magic, healing.

Since Fred and Emi are in bed, Belt takes the opportunity to go to the small library that the house has downstairs in the basement and it seems strange to him that they have a library since in the previous world they never liked to read or even know about it.

On the other hand, with the champion style it is used a lot defensively because it does not have good counterattacks or good techniques to fight hand-to-hand.

As Belt does not like the defense so much, he decides to choose something more accessible, which is the God Sword style, since it does not require so much physicality, since all his life he has been skinny and now that he is a worse child.

It's been a while since Fred taught her to do a few moves so as Emi also decides to do a mini lesson to see if she paid attention to everything she taught her.

Fred bends down to give him a "light blow" in the stomach with the sword, thus ending the small fight between the two where the clear winner is his father.
