10:40 PM – Theo’s House

Theo and Hakim were asleep when the sound of the Galaxom woke them both.

Kira (over Galaxom): There’s a supervillain in the city.

Theo (yawning): At this time?

Kira: Teleport to the Guardian’s Chamber now.

In the Guardian’s Chamber

Guardian: The villain is a C.O. holder called Ms. Feline. Her powers allow her to transform into any wild cat.

Theo (still yawning): But why would a supervillain be attacking at this time?

Kira (yawning): Cats are usually awake at twilight.

Hakim: Why are you both yawning so much? Are you seriously that tired?

Kira: We’re not all aliens from another realm.

Hakim: Just take this — squeeze it and you’ll be wide awake. (He hands them each a crystal.)

Kira: This better work. (They squeeze the crystals and a painful shock jolt through their hands, instantly waking them up.)

Hakim: Did I forget to mention they give a little shock?

Kira: Why you—!

Guardian: Enough bickering. Go! (They transform and step through the portal.)

In the City

A woman stands in the street, wearing a fur tiger coat, a neck roll like a lion’s mane, a tail between her legs, cat ears, cheetah markings around her eyes, and the V.S. insignia on her forehead.

Ms. Feline: Meow… looks like my new toys have arrived.

Cartoon Kid: Oh, we’re going to play alright — a game of “take the C.O. from the weird cat lady.”

Ms. Feline: Meow… you’ve got the spirit of a lioness. Let’s see if you can fight like one. (She transforms into a lioness.)

Ms. Feline:Roar! (She charges, tackles Theo to the ground, and tries to claw him, but his suit blocks it. He punches her in the face, sending her sliding three meters.)

Cartoon Kid: When did I get so strong?

Ms. Feline:Roar! (She charges again, but Theo jumps over her, grabs her tail, and slams her into a wall.)

Cartoon Kid: Training’s starting to pay off. But now, I’ve got the perfect hero to take you out — Vamplina! (A beam of yellow light shoots from his C.O., and a female vampire appears in a swirl of yellow smoke.)

Vamplina: I prefer purple smoke, but yellow will do for my grand entrance — for I am Vamplina!

Ms. Feline: You called out a scrawny bat to take me down? I’ve never been more insulted.

Vamplina: Who are you calling a bat? I’m your living nightmare.

Ms. Feline: We’ll see about that. (She turns into a tiger and lunges, but Vamplina flies upward, dodging with ease.)

Vamplina: I expected power. This is just pitiful. (Ms. Feline snarls, leaping incredibly high before slamming into the ground.)

Cartoon Kid: A tiger can’t jump that high.

Molecular Girl: Her transformations enhance her abilities.

Decibolt: Then it’s time to tame this cat! (He fires sonic blasts. She dodges, racing toward him.)

Decibolt: Deci-Cannon! (The blast knocks her back, but midair—)

Ms. Feline:ROAR! (A sonic roar flings him flat.)

Vamplina: Now’s my chance. (She turns into a swarm of bats, flanking Ms. Feline before reforming and kicking her down. Ms. Feline lands perfectly, forcing Vamplina to swarm again, biting multiple spots. Stumbling, Ms. Feline transforms back to human — all damage erased.)

Vamplina: Transforming back heals her.

Ms. Feline: Unfortunately, I can’t reuse that form until it fully recovers.

Vamplina: Then I’ll poison them all. (She swarms again, but Ms. Feline turns into a cheetah, darting away. She slashes Vamplina, then headbutts her to the pavement.)

Molecular Girl: Gravitational Kinesis Attack I — Gravity Enhance! (She pins Ms. Feline to the ground and launches a barrage of punches.)

Ms. Feline: Grr! (She breaks free, transforms again.)

Ms. Feline: Meow… interesting.

Cartoon Kid: You find your defeat interesting?

Ms. Feline: I just needed a taste of your power. Now I can take you out one by one. (As she transformed into a leopard and charged towards Vamplina, with a great leap, she pounced on her. Then she grabbed her with her jaws and jumped extremely high, before knocking her to the ground.)

Ms. Feline: Roar!!! (As she pushed her into the ground. Then dove down to finish her off, but one of Kira’s kinetic punches knocked her off course. Still, she landed perfectly on her feet.)

Ms. Feline: Roar. (As she transformed into a tiger and tackled her, she used her immense strength to push her to the ground.)

Molecular girl: Full body repulsion (As she sent Ms. Feline flying while creating a hole beneath her.)Ms. Feline: Roar!!! (But Kira was able to dodge, then Ms. Feline rolled up into a ball and began to shoot fur as sharp as knives.)Kira: Pretty sure tigers can’t do that. (She dodges but slips; a roar smashes her into a wall.)

Decibolt: Triple Sonic Blast! (He drives her back, but she shifts into a panther, cutting through his blasts, then roars him away.)

Cartoon Kid: I release you — Bulbe! (Vamplina vanishes. Bulbe appears.)

Ms. Feline: Meow… a floating ball? Really?

Bulbe: Enemy identified. Engaging battle mode. (Panels open; limbs and a head extend, forming a battle robot.)

Cartoon Kid: Take her out, Bulbe.

Bulbe: Affirmative. (It charges, but Ms. Feline — now a jaguar — dodges. Bulbe uses its techno create to make plasma guns, forcing her to zigzag. She tackles him, roaring repeatedly, pinning him.)

Bulbe: Laser Blast! (A cannon from his core launches her upward. Bulbe leaps, makes a clamp, clamps her neck, and slams her down. She strikes the ground hard, making it stumble.)

Ms. Feline:Roar! (She attacks from all sides, then roars him away.)

Bulbe: Recalibrating… systems stable. Electroshock! (A lightning blast stuns her; she collapses, transforming back.)

Ms. Feline: Meow… I underestimated you.

Bulbe: That’s why you don’t judge a robot by its exterior. (He uppercuts her.)

Ms. Feline: Ugh… no one gets the drop on me! (She turns into a tiger, firing fur needles. Bulbe makes a force field generator to block, then grabs her paw, spins, and throws her. She reverts to human.)

Bulbe: Your defeat is inevitable.

Ms. Feline: You sure about that? I summon the full power of the wild cats! (Her orange aura flares. She now channels all wild cats’ strength in human form.)

Molecular Girl: She’s awakened her aura.

Ms. Feline: All V.S. C.O. holders can — except the nerd, which is why we sent her first.

Molecular Girl: Then I’ll match you. (Her aura rises.)

Decibolt: I don’t need aura to beat you.

Ms. Feline: Let’s end this. (She blitzes Bulbe, sends him skyward, evades Decibolt’s attack, and knocks him flying. Kira charges, same result. She leaps over them, roaring them to the ground.)

Molecular Girl (thinking): My gravity enhancement needs recharge… but I can still use another kinesis attack.

Molecular Girl: Gravitational Kinesis Attack II — Anti-Gravitational Beam! (She rises; Decibolt launches upward.)

Decibolt: Deci-Cannon! (They hit her together. Bulbe punches her midair, but she lands perfectly.)

Ms. Feline: Meow… I felt that one.

Molecular Girl: Kid, let’s finish this.

Cartoon Kid: You got it — Power of a Chosen One: Mystic Kid, Zaps! (He transforms and summons Zaps.)

Decibolt: Sonic Step! (He strikes multiple times; Kira pulls Ms. Feline in with kinesis.)

Molecular Girl: Kinetic Punch Barrage! (She lands a flurry, then kicks her up.)

Cartoon Kid, Zaps & Bulbe: Triple Mega Volt-Cannon! (The massive blast knocks her out.)

Molecular Girl: Quickly! Her C.O. is a chain under her neck roll — get it before—

Radiax: Before what? (He appears.)

Radiax: You know the drill — lose to them, lose your life. (He throws her up and bombards her with energy orbs, killing her. He takes the C.O., now a headband.)

Radiax: My work here is done. (He disappears.)

Cartoon Kid: He got away with another one.

Decibolt: No use whining about it. (He starts walking off.)

Molecular Girl: Where are you going?

Decibolt: Home… which, unfortunately, is Theo’s house.

Molecular Girl: Who’s going to clean up?

Decibolt: Isn’t that your job?

Molecular Girl: You’re the one who isn’t tired. As mission leader, I’m telling you to handle it.

Decibolt (to himself): Wouldn’t be a mission if I didn’t have to stay strong.

Molecular Girl: I’ll send the coordinates. (They leave.)

Decibolt: This is unfair on so many levels…
