Spotlight #8: Aydan

Aydan Bülbül, age 19. The daughter of Azerbaijan's leader, Aydan has quickly made a name for herself as one of the biggest peace and women's rights activists in the world. "Liberation" is her favorite word, and what she always preaches and practices. Societal standards can't tie her down. As such, she rocks a flamboyant pink kimono along with white sneakers, even though the outfit combination isn't exactly common where she's from. "A woman can wear what they want, when they want" is her response to those that give her odd looks.

And speaking of looks, Aydan used to sport long dark green hair before willingly shaving it all off along with her eyebrows and eyelashes in an act to promote liberation from societal beauty standards. She ended up doing this long before Mizuse even considered shaving her own head, making her one of the inspirations motivating Mizuse to embrace the bald.

Most of the world over holds a very positive opinion of her and believe she's guaranteed to win the next major peace prize. However, there are some that hold a different interpretation of her moniker, the bad bitch of Baku. These folks are a small minority though.

In terms of recreation, chess, surfing, and skateboarding are Aydan's favorites. She's always trying new things, and encouraging her fellow woman to do the same. She's hoping to gain the grandmaster title in hopes of inspiring other women to do the same.
