If you are reading this, it is because you are about to enter the first version of this story. This novel was written in an intense month-and-a-half marathon in order to participate in the MAL x Kadokawa contest.

I must admit that it was a journey of sleepless nights, passion, and learning, where I poured my heart and soul into every word. And although this version did not win the contest, it won something much more important: your affection and my own determination that this story deserves to shine.

What does “Legacy” in the title mean? It means that this is the original draft. Here you will find the raw story, with all the successes and mistakes of a novice writer. It is the seed and the true beginning of Lover Online.

I have decided to leave it published as a reminder of where we started (both for the readers who followed me to the end, and for myself). Not only to remember the story, but also to remember my beginnings as a writer and for those who want to see the evolution of the work.

I haven't given up. On the contrary, I've decided to rewrite the story from scratch to give it the quality it deserves.
