In the west of Miraii City lies a vast, sprawling forest, infamous for one thing.

The existence of the Amarok.

Legends describe this creature as a massive, wolf-like beast whose movements are rumored to shake the very ground. Its terrifying howls echoing across the landscape.

Naturally, the presence of such a fearsome monster turned its territory into a coveted challenge — a gruesome proving ground for hunters and thrill-seekers desperate to make a name for themselves.

However, the creature is as lethal as its legend. Every season, new hunting parties enter the darkness, yet they fail to return. None have ever survived the Amarok’s fury.

For the citizens of Miraii, the Amarok is no longer a story. It's a silent threat that lurks at the edge of their everyday lives, looking for its prey.
