Chapter 38:

“Aghori’s Nightmare Army”

Rudra Singha

The jungle sky turned dark again, even though it was still afternoon. The sun hid behind heavy clouds as if it didn’t want to see what was coming. The wind blew with a strange sound, like someone crying far away. Birds flew in fear. Animals ran deeper into the forest. Everything around Valmiki and Rudra suddenly felt dangerous.

Rudra watched Valmiki step forward with calm eyes, his staff shining faint white light.

“Valmiki… what is happening?” Rudra asked, nervous.

Valmiki didn’t turn back.
“Aghori has awakened something very old… and very dangerous. This fight is not for you yet, Rudra. You must heal first. Jinnah’s power inside you is still unstable.”

Rudra felt frustrated.
“I don’t want you to go alone.”

Valmiki gave a small smile.
“I have faced monsters before you were even born. Do not worry. I will return.”

With that, Valmiki walked into the dark jungle.
Rudra stayed behind, fists clenched tightly.

Aghori’s Dark Ritual

Deep in the jungle, Aghori stood on a large stone platform. All around him were hundreds of broken bones, skulls, and ashes from his previous battles. His staff glowed red, and the ground beneath him cracked open like something alive was breathing inside the earth.

Trishantha—the huge three-headed demon—stood behind him, waiting for orders. The demon’s silver eyes shined dangerously.

Aghori raised his hands and shouted loudly,
“Rise! All of you who served me once! Rise again and destroy everything!”

The cracked ground erupted with smoke and red fire.
The smell was terrible, like burnt flesh.
Slowly, dark shapes began climbing out of the cracks—
Skeletons of old monsters
Creatures made of shadows
Demons with twisted horns and glowing eyes
Creatures half stone, half ash
All returning to life.

Aghori laughed loudly.
“My nightmare army is complete! Let Valmiki come. Let Rudra come. I will crush them!”

Trishantha roared so loudly that birds fell from the sky.

Aghori turned to him.
“You… Trishantha… go ahead. Destroy Valmiki. I want no trace of him left.”

Trishantha nodded, and with huge steps, the demon marched forward.

Aghori grinned with excitement.
“Now the fun begins…”

Valmiki Reaches the Battlefield

Valmiki walked calmly through the forest, though the air was shaking with monster footsteps. He reached a large open area where the trees had already been destroyed. The ground was black like burnt coal.

In the middle of this destruction stood Trishantha.

The three-headed demon saw Valmiki and growled.
“You again… the one who saved the boy.”

Valmiki planted his staff on the ground.
“I will always protect him. He carries a destiny you cannot understand.”

Trishantha smiled with all three mouths.
“And you… will die first.”

The demon swung his huge arm at Valmiki like a hammer.
But Valmiki moved lightly, like a breeze.
The ground exploded where the attack landed.

Valmiki raised his hand and chanted a mantra.
Green light shot from his fingers, hitting Trishantha’s chest.

The demon roared but did not fall.
“You are stronger than the last time I saw you, Valmiki… but I am stronger too!”

He opened all three mouths.
A blast of black fire shot out like a dragon’s breath.

Valmiki quickly created a shield of light.
The fire hit it with a loud BOOM, pushing Valmiki several steps back.

“Hmm…” Valmiki whispered.
“He is stronger than I expected.”

The ground shook as Trishantha ran toward him.
Valmiki raised his staff—

But suddenly dozens of small monsters jumped out from the trees around him.
Shadow demons
Bone soldiers
Claw creatures
All attacking together.

Valmiki now stood alone against an entire army.

Rudra Cannot Stay Still

Far away, Rudra sat under the banyan tree, trying to calm himself.
Valmiki had told him to rest, to regain control, to recover.

But how could he rest when Valmiki was fighting alone?

Rudra’s heart raced.
He felt something burning inside his chest—
Anger
Fear
And… responsibility.

“I can’t stay here,” Rudra said finally.
“I can’t leave Valmiki alone.”

He stood up and started running into the jungle.
Branches slapped against his skin.
His breath became heavy.
His legs felt weak, but he kept going.

As he ran, he whispered to his bracelet,
“Saktra… give me strength. I don’t want to lose control again. But I have to help him.”

The bracelet glowed faintly, as if agreeing.

The War Begins

Valmiki blocked a claw attack from a shadow creature, then swung his staff to break a bone soldier in half.
He jumped back from Trishantha’s punch and rolled across the ground.
Dust rose everywhere.

Trishantha laughed.
“You are getting slower, old man.”

Valmiki wiped blood from his lip.
“I may be old… but my spirit is not.”

He pointed the staff into the sky.
A burst of light exploded upward, then rained down like glowing arrows, piercing the smaller monsters.

But Trishantha rushed through the light shower and hit Valmiki in the stomach with a heavy fist.

Valmiki flew back, crashing into a broken tree trunk.

The demon army roared and moved toward him.

Trishantha lifted his foot, ready to crush him.

Valmiki whispered, holding his ribs,
“My body… is getting tired.”

But he stood again, even with pain.

He tapped the staff on the ground.
Roots shot up from the earth, creating a wall of trees between him and the monsters.

But Trishantha smashed through it easily.

“You cannot run, Valmiki!”

Valmiki tried another mantra—
But before he could finish—

A loud voice shouted,
“STOP RIGHT THERE!”

Trishantha turned.

Rudra stood at the edge of the battlefield, breathing hard but eyes full of courage.

“Rudra…” Valmiki whispered in shock.
“I told you to rest…”

Rudra wiped sweat from his forehead.
“I’m sorry. But I can’t let you fight alone.”

The bracelet on Rudra’s hand began to glow.

Valmiki shouted,
“Wait! You are not ready! You will lose control!”

Rudra smiled slightly.
“I talked to Jinnah… he won’t take over. I learned something today.”

Trishantha roared at him.
“You again, little boy? Did you come to die?”

Rudra took a deep breath.
“I came to finish this fight.”

The bracelet exploded in bright light—

Flames
Shadows
Wind
Sand
All mixed together.

Rudra transformed—
But not into Jinnah this time.
Something different.
Something new.

His body glowed gold and blue.
Wings made of fire opened behind him.
His eyes flashed like lightning.

Valmiki gasped.
“This form… I haven’t seen before…”

Trishantha’s three heads spoke at once,
“What… are you?”

Rudra stepped forward.
“My name is Rudra. And this… is my true demon form.”

The ground shook beneath him.

Valmiki whispered,
“He did it… he balanced Jinnah’s rage with his own heart…”

Rudra raised his hand.
A massive blast of energy shot out—

Straight at Trishantha.
