Chapter 18:
Kingdom of light: Stories untold
A kingdom that predates all,
Brought to ruin in one day,
By the birth of something odd….
In order to learn about the Kingdom that once existed, you need to learn what a World raid is. A strange phenomenon that occurs rarely, whenever a being threatens a balance, the universe puts a hit on their head, and in very rare circumstances, it's a disaster that cannot be stopped. The very first one happened on Star, in an ancient Kingdom. This Kingdom was east of Star; it was one of the largest Kingdoms on Star, millions of years before Luminos. A being was born, something powerful enough to warrant a world raid. Space dwellers, large creatures of immense power said to live at the Wall of End. These sleek, dark blue creatures wander space; they have long bodies with four limbs and a set of three eyes on each side, adding up to a total of six.
These things feed on excess energy leaking from the Wall; they live up to a few millennia. The birth of a Space dweller is natural; they are born from seeds left behind by dying dwellers, and somehow, one seed made its way to this Kingdom, but the seed only grows when exposed to high amounts of energy, which is why the dwellers lurk near the wall, where massive amounts of energy are almost always present. This kingdom discovered the forbidden power that the Shadow Kingdom knew of; one man was able to safely generate “Creation” energy, and in doing so, woke the seed hidden within the Kingdom. The sudden influx of power rapidly grew the dweller into a massive size; it towered over the Kingdom as it looked around, dazed, unaware of where it was. The Kingdom tried fighting back using the weapons they made using the creation energy, but nothing worked. There appeared to be some...outside, interference. Someone, I won't point names now, but a higher being from beyond the Wall triggered a failsafe of their own design. The newborn Space dweller would depart the planet to find its way to the Wall, to reunite with its kind. The Kingdom, on the other hand, was gone; no trace of its existence remained, all of its technology and history were lost, though it seems that the power to wield creation was best left unknown, but the royal family of the Shadow Kingdom knew, and they had no reason to tamper with this power. The only written document acknowledging the Kingdom's existence was in one book.
